  1. @visine well that is really just your point of view, I do believe what I do is close to perfect, what are a few mistakes on 196 tracks released on DAT Records and 60 on the Mind Rewind Series? I would like to see you do better, and the amount of work that went into creating these releases is immense. Not only to find the music in itself, but to arrange everything from the pressing, the artwork, the mastering, the contracts with the artists and writing the promo releases texts, interviewing the artists and writing the booklets and then again checking everything with my collaborators, which are not amateurs but professionals. The problem with the crop circles single was yet again a mislabelled track on a dat tape. The glitch on the etnica vinyl is the pressing plant fault and they promised me to repress that track on an EP but even if I have asked like 20 times they are pretending to be deaf to it, a lot of time has passed and they "forgot". That one, wasn't my error, as the track on the CD sounds fine, they fucked up at the pressing plant. The only mistakes I recognise as my fault are to have released 2 mislabelled tracks, and two tracks at wrong speed, but that's all, and yet again on 196 tracks. If that for you is being FAR from perfect, well sir, I have nothing else to discuss with you in particular. @BASS-O-MATIC there is one track by Lotus Omega released on a crop circles release and of course this happened because i have ripped the master dat tapes of lotus omega and on one tape that track was included in a liveset as "crop circles - no name" they later renamed it as "Cosmic Creative Rays - Effortless" and if I may add something both this track that was unreleased and the track by Evolution that was a vinyl only, probably wouldn't have been released ever, if it wasn't for these mistakes. I do like to read all the drama that my releases are creating and lovely drawings @Agneton!

  2. I have to say, I actually like this - and the more I press repeat, the more I do. It's a strange and unusual piece, I grant you that, but for somebody that used to play the cheesy Tiesto mix of Delerium - Silence up and down in the past before I found psytrance it's arelief to hear it this way ... it shows the finger to the other cheesy remixes like no other that I heard so far ... it's the only form I can listen to that vocal anymore. It sounds like I'd have imagined a Ticon Remix of the song to sound like. Only Ticon made me sway like this with a grin on my face, imagining some Models On Cocaine left and right... -- oh well don't let my gf read this Somewhat offtopic as it's not psy, SCNR, but I am just reminded ... If you really wanna see a "raped" remix - or rather, live version - of the Delerium song TOGETHER with all the sh*t annoying stuff I hate in modern elecronic music, check out this: (the ruin starts at 4:43 ... and 5:18 is the point where it all cracks down) THESE are horrible melodies. This is what I hate. Right there. A trance remix of a commercial song ... with vocals. Yes, not a psy video, but it i n c r e a s i n g l y is done in our music too. What da fuq! Give me some driving beats to actually go into trance and not something like this that's just here for the kiddies and emos to lift their arms up ... seriously. Nowadays we even have to applaud and go mad if the cheesy shit vocals are some indian singing sample. Oh lord. Where is the facepalm smiley. Gah! Just watch. In a few years we'll be there too ... this is how they grind us down. Serve us so much SHIT we scream for joy when we get served something that's not so crappy... But porn samples I hate more ..... (well I'm actually not sure ) Anywaay, compared to that horrid topic off-drift into commercial trance, the Andromeda remix sounds brilliant IMO. I might ask over at TA how they find it

  3. I currently play Age of Wonders and Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic, only PBEM (play by e-mail). A combination of too little free time, an old PC and nothing really interesting (read - 2D turn based strategy) being released these days. Also have Solium Infernum installed, but hard to find players for that. Haven't played Dungeon Keeper in years, though it is installed as well. Probably my favorite PC game ever. And that's it, only 4 games on my PC.

  5. In this case, I don't see what's the big issue. Or, I guess I do see it, but it just doesn't bother me that much. I got into psytrance in 2010 and as the years went by I accepted the fact that there were albums I'd never own in any format (among others I.F.O. and The Juggeling Alchemists Under the Black Light), Draeke had other ideas and I'm definitely grateful for that. I would've been happy with just vanilla re-releases of the original albums, but instead we got so much more. I really hope Federico continues unearthing the gems of yesterday as DAT is among the few labels I follow.
