  1. I'm curious about what do you think about this track. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7mngy-C-kc&list=PL5C4E6D7A517CE0F4&index=161 IMO it's one of the best tracks ever written and it has the best melody in Goa history. It's closer to nitzho than Goa, but never gets annoying or overly cheesy.

  2. What is Classic Goa Trax? Classic Goa Trax is a sublabel of Suntrip Records, focussing on releasing classic goa-albums from the 90s on all digital platforms! We were a bit sad when we saw so much great music out there was not available anymore, so we decided to help all lovers of goa-trance, or new dj's who want the music in full quality! So, we decided to contact artists from back in the days that created magical Goa-Trance. Some of them reacted positive, and we made the deal to re-release their classic music digitally on Bandcamp and of course Spotify - Itunes - Beatport - Juno - Apple Music - Google Play - Tidal - Deezer - ... The artists get a fair share of the money again and new guys, young djs, or djs that miss the good old times, can get the music again in good quality, instead of buying them at insane prices on discogs! :) https://classicgoatrax.bandcamp.com

  3. Here we are with our next baby! :) A classical melodic goa-trance album with an acidic touch that is not so easy to find! :) The guys that were behind One Man Game, became more known later on under their alternative name Mystica! :) Now available on bandcamp in full quality of course, and all other digital channels! (beatport, itunes, spotify,...) Enjoy!!!! :) https://classicgoatrax.bandcamp.com/album/one-man-game-total-trance

  5. Aaaah, Psychonauts. Alongside Psycho Meditation and Cyan the best 3 greek groups to produce Goa back in the days (yes, yes slightly cheesy but still).

  6. I love that track, it brings back good old memories. The other side of the 12" is much better though.

  7. This ones a track that has honestly gone under my radar all these years. Yes the melody is epic, it's a very good track! One of those, like mentioned, that would be a dream to have in a bit more modern sounding quality.

  8. it's a great melody, making this track one of the 150 tracks (out of >4500) that get a 5 star rating from me. i especially the melody at 4:49 or more specific the transition from the third bar of that melody to the fourth is nice. but it really sounds dated and could use a refresh. preferably with a bit of un-nitzho-ing . good luck to anyone trying that. with the lead sounding so dirty and the generous use of portamento it's not going to be an easy task.

  9. I like the melody and don't find it too cheesy. However the production and sound is definitely a product of its time, and shares a lot of similarity with other trance of the mid 90s (particularly Israeli Goa). So it's hard for me to get hyped about it after listening to 5 other albums with a similar sound... but if someone used this melody with today's tools, I think that would be something

  10. He's making lots of money hopefully so why stop? It's better than being broke making music for cheap hippies who never pay for it. I have been doing the same since inspect most of the 90's making & dj'ing psy in Australia. Terrible scene the way punters & promoters & labels great the artists. Compared to techno, prog house & even hard style it's no wonder many ppl I know has become so disillusioned with the psy scene & are happily moving in to other areas. Even some of the classic names I know are moving in to the techno/prog scene because they are sick of decades of being shat on by the psy/Goa scene. I'm only here because I love the music. I will have nothing to do with gigs or labels. It's a big joke this scene. Every other person in the electronica world just laughs at us. I had a good chat with friends from the other good EDM genres, and they just really laugh hard at how sad this scene has become when it had such opportunity late 90's to early '00s to develope into something very special.
