I.e. a track in 6 minutes. That's lame, it can be done 3 times faster The 2020 version also has the kick/bass phase aligned by default. You can disalign them but then you'll be erased from the universe like Psynina (known bug, they are working on it).

assuming he doesn't ever sleep and didn't do anything else in that month, that's 10 tracks per hour. so nhjo writes music at the same pace that everyone else listens to music. if that isn't a superpower i don't know what is. but the sad thing is, there are only 30 of these track on youtube . i was really looking forward to a whole month of only listening to nhjo nyennro nonstop.

TBH, I don't think you need a dedicated 250 bucks plugin to put your psy kicks and basses into good order. If you synthesze your kicks and basses you can acheive good match between them by tweaking the kick tail pitch envelope and the bass starting phase and then you likely won't need any phase aligning tool at all. If you use a kick sample you can just find out the key/bpm where it work best with your bass and then all you may need is a sample delay utility, which your DAW may have (if not, download Forward Audio Sample Delay thingy, it's free), to align them a bit better. There is also that method Imba posted earlier here, it also uses only free plugins but I haven't tried it yet.

Since you wanna connect your turntable, I'd recommend you find an old integrated amp from the 70s, 80s as those generally tend to have better phono preamps built in than some of the 90s models have. You could find a great one for 25-50 eur. Downside is they have a larger noise floor than the modern stuff. I'd also find a cheap old Cd player from the 90s, and some passive 4-8 ohm speakers (preferably monitors, if you can find a good pair, as a linear frequency response is more pleasant) Then you'd be set, and you wouldn't spend hardly anything and you would be reusing someone's fully functioning old gear. There's honestly not many modern new options that would sound better than this, unless you wanna spend 50-100x that. edit: i have since 3.5 years worked at a large 2nd hand shop, at the electronics dept. So for the past years ive done nothing but testing + refurbishing, pricing, and selling old vintage stuff that people turn in. Plus Ive always been a hifi geek since i was little, so i have some slight credential on the matter :p Its not until you get to the modern NADs that you really start to outclass the old stuff. And even then i would pick a 70/80s amp any day of the week over one of the new ones! This is a hifi/turntable/cd setup Im talking about just to be clear.

i had such a thing as a kid. didn't even realise that some of these are still working today my current "hi-fi system" is monitors hooked up to an audio interface and the computer. there's no need for an amp with active monitors, but still with a cd player you'd be looking at something like 2000€ for my setup but i think with cheaper speakers like the adam t8v you'd spend something like 500€ for speakers (active, so no amp needed), and get superb sound quality compared to your old system. of course you'd still need a cd player (a quick search only turned up discman clones and usb-drives for the computer, so i'm not sure if they still are a thing now) and an interface.

Okay, so I talked with Frode and Igor and everything is okay on their side, especially with the mastering. Issue might be the fact that manufacturer probably did the normalisation/RMS during the burning process so Intro and Outro do sound louder compared to trance tracks on the album. I will see what I can do to prevent this kind of situations and have some talks with the manufacturer as well. Appologies from my own and Neogoa side regarding this matter, we did everything we could to deliver top-notch release, so you can have great listening experience, especially when it comes to proper mastering. We did this drill many many times and we never had any problems. However, I always advice anyone to have the digital version from the Bandcamp instead of ripping any medium, it's the best version you can have and it always comes alongside with the physical. Good stuff posted by Colin from OOOD in facebook some dayS ago and this is really important if you want to have great and clean lowend. I tried it last night and it worked pretty well for me! "Having trouble getting your kick and sub phase relationship right? Try this. 1. Grab MFreeformphase + Voxengo Correlometer (both free) 2. Put Correlometer on your kick and set it's sidechain input to the sub. Set the primary to LEFT and the secondary to S LEFT (sidechain) in the plugin. Set the average time on the right to the length of a quarter note according to your project tempo (eg @ 120bpm, 1 quarter note = 500ms) - http://www.sengpielaudio.com/calculator-bpmtempotime.htm 3. Put MFreeformphase on your sub as the last plugin in the chain and draw a straight line at the top of the graph so the phase is set at 360 degrees for all frequencies across the board. 4. Open the Correlometer and watch the graph as you adjust the depth knob holding ctrl (or cmd on Mac) in MFreeformphase. When you find a spot where the correlation stays in the above zero section the most, that's the sweet spot where your kick and sub have good phase coherence and no cancellation going on. There may be more than one sweet spot. The beauty of this is you don't have to mess up your timing using delay OR mess up your subs attack by changing the waveform phase. Give it a try!"
