  1. @Taika-Tim the streming online won't maybe be for long, youtube is applying a very restrictive policy sometimes and some channels who had a lot of rare old vinyl rips of, for instance with techno from the 90s, were targeted and forced to close. So I wonder how long before they will ask us to provide proof that we are authorized to publish the music we upload. Or the other option is that they turn it into a big spotify where labels uplaod the music themselves and get a small reveue from clicks and streaming play. They have the advertising button but let's be honest, nothing comes out it, I don't know, maybe for commerical tracks with over 100k views there is a revenue from clicks and streaming but not from a goa track which has, in the best case scenario, 1000+ cliks/plays. I think it still makes sense to archive digital releases because I don't trust the internet and it can all change suddenly , so for me streaming is always a preview and either i get the physical media or the FLAC/MP3. I wish there were more vinyl only tracks on youtube though, especially of techno-trance-acid of the 90s. @laik I think the graphic shows that in the US people actually fear copyright agencies and law enforcement and I met more than one person in his 20s from there that told me he wouldn't dare risking downloading mp3 illegally because "they catch you here, and then it's a lot of money to pay..." so that is something different. Also, there may be a reflection of consumers in the US buying a lot of commercial music from itunes /whatever because it's simple and the only way they know to get it.
  2. Well I think if artists go bandcamp and press their own cds properly, why not ? The revenues is direct and I like to support him this way. He has always been a great producer and he also made some GOLD goa trance, did you know he made THIS? : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QIU2D77WDo And yes, everything he does as downtempo is really cool. Let's not forget this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJj_4ir12-w and this great mix: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cW1TJ5dvmik

  5. I am working actively to have a bomb compilation and it is taking long because of the artists involved, 2 artists that i can tell you already (since I secured the tracks) are Prana and Nervasystem, both unreleased tracks. The rest will have to be a mystery for now...
  6. that's no problem! ehehe, Arabesque decided to announce that before me so... no mysteries... I will do a proper announcement as soon as I have a release date... things have been a bit slower on official DAT since I am following day and night Mind Rewind 2 to make it come out on time!!!
  7. 7,8,9 are interesting tracks, those deserved my attention, the rest was not special, but those 3, yeah! Ephedra having awesome production skills...
  8. nope she is un-trackable sorry, it's the tale of a traveler who cannot really trace her back, so there is no way but I trust him completely when he told me he saw with his eyes the piles of sealed cds, he didn't have t make this story up, but said also she did not want to hear any reasons and she knew she was sitting on gold, and liked it like that.
  9. wow, nice discoveries technosomy , happy for you!! the case already is worth buying! in any case, the lady i think is not in thailand, she is either in malasia or somewhere else but i know that someone i know saw the pile of originals sealed of blue moon, he inquired and wanted to buy at least a copy and she said, not for sale, only for me... like 50 copies each of every release...
  10. Full album: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piyqjnFntio enjoy PS: i dont know why it doesnt show as a playable link here...
  11. please keep it, there is nothing that could be traded for such a rarity! i myself never got any of these blue moon discs, i still remember how stupidly i miss the auction where Joske got them all for a ridiculous 80 eur (if memory serves well), if i'd remembered about the auction i would have offered enough to score them, but they are in good hands . if you are willing to part, you know where to find me, i also think i can work something out with you!
  12. why hasn't he been banned yet?!
  13. I have seen somehow not long ago you website and thought it was a more recent venture but 10 years, that's great. Now I have never worked with ingrooves but there must be a reason why they decided to stop all of a sudden the distribution? Can't you work with some other distributor such as recordunion maybe? Another thing that comes to mind is to license the music directly from the labels, have you tried that? Sorry to hear the story anyway!
  14. I think they should remake some classics such as "gremlins", "critters", "the thing", "the abyss" and "alien" those were flicks i really liked back as a kid, and would benefit of a modernization i think!
  15. it's basically just rubbish, they sing a song and nothing more, they mention smth about the money and then the movie turns into english
  16. draeke

    A Serbian Film

Please refrain to see this movie, it is the most disturbing, insane, psychotic, troubled and horrific movie ever. I wish I never saw it, the damage may be permanent. You really don't want to see it. Rated: -10
  17. fast acid stuff, hmm, i don't really know it. may be smth on phantasm records? heavy sound!
  18. I am listening... we don't know, that's a track in possession of my friend, but little is known. We are in contact with gangguru, we will ask! They have over 30 unreleased tracks, that we know of, maybe more as they never sent material to labels for releasing, they were not interested. The sample says something unintelligible, but i don't think it is english, vaguely sounds like "tibet" but i don't think it says that
  19. This thread has now been reported to be a scam, no matter what. Other people got robbed.
  20. no answer from the guy who wrote the review... i guess we will never know!
  21. Where did they get the idea he worked with etnica in the 90s? I read this "In the Year of 1992 he started with Etnica Group before he decided to create his own individual position on the Goa Trance music. In 1997 he had a few life gigs in Europe, also together with Mark Spoon and other artists. Besides producing his own music Luca is also working for musical projects, he is composing music for a band. This album contains hot melodies and hot sound different to normal performance strongly define goa trance. All tracks are released following the partiture and notation made with a keybord, are different works to montage sourcing the sample or loop to be not constructed. In the complex reflect melodies similar at end of '90 years. It's a nice piece of music, enjoy it!" But this is unconfirmed , I have never heard Max or Mauri commenting of this guy working with them, I will ask but I suppose if he did, it was in the early days before they even started with the real etnica sound... not sure who wrote that text..
