http://www.discogs.com/release/328741 this cd should have a proper version of the track! i cant recall if it is mixed but i will check it on sunday when i am at home where my cds are.. if in the meantime someone has it contact dado! PS: you must include flamycogyre!!! and other never released tunes.. there must have been some great ones (bombay cat, code s9 remix, i am sure there are dozens of crazy unreleased!)
-
maybe u shoudl try to post this on isratrance too.. there are many people that try to identify stuff.. i am listening to track 9 but never heard it... really weird kick i can say.. seems very old.. like 95 or so..
-
Agneton and Cosmogenesis i strongly encourage you to submit such discs to discogs! i die to see weird nitzo stuff on it mostly cause i am cruious to know what was produced and possibly to get some of it! but without knowledge of titles, tracks labels and all i cannot.. i know hundreds of nitzos are probably missing on discogs and this makes me sad!
-
in my opinion this was made in israel.. the sound is not the UK one and the use of that instrument.. might help the rest of the track as on the sample it kinda ends in the middle of a thing.. but i know i heard it already loooong ago.. damn memory where u found it? mixtape?

ETNICA Anniversary Release @ Etnicanet
draeke replied to Young's topic in Artist News and Labels announcements
Hello everyone! In my opinion hearing great artists such as Dick Trevor, Wizzy Noise, Bamboo Forest remixing old etnica tracks would be killer! They surely were in the scene since a long time and know the old and new sound. Furthermore they start from some classic tracks and they would want to achieve a better result; surely not to ruin the originals! I am curious and interested to hear how the result will be and you shouldn't be against before hearing something! How can you know it won't be interesting? You all know I adore the oldschool sound and that I love it above all but this idea seems nice and interesting! Thumbs up and let's wait to hear what will be ! -
THANKS A MILLION MATE! is indeed that track with some slight lil differences and lil shorter, but is THAT ONE! the one i have must have been the rough mix from 96 . Ott and Darren Evans.. nonetheless than two uk producers! marvellous tune!

i have received this track from an oldschool dj in canada who got it from a new zeland dj who recorded it from DAT in australia in 1996 and all eh could remeber is that the project WAS australian. i am posting this on every forum i know as i MUST find whoever made this track, is monstrous. made samples of the track that is 9.11 minute goa delirium hypnotizing tune track on DAT was called: angle of light - anamatha here samples: http://media.putfile.com/angle-of-light-1 http://media.putfile.com/angle-of-light-2 http://media.putfile.com/angle-of-light---anamatha-sample-3 one fo my all time faves.. fucking incredible one

Deepdrone why are u being so negative on all newcomers? well in any case i find the tune interesting! i can say you tried to get inspiration by some oldschoolers, it reminded me some synths used by prana or transwave. trippy! go on and make more you should! and get suntrip to listen to your stuff, they might be the right label for you

OHH COME ON REGER! please let's not make this a thread about Filteria! I mean he was the first one or about the first one to release oldschool sonorities with new equipments and after him a lot took courage and/or got their chances to make this kind of material! In my opinion thanks to him many people discovered the "old school sound" as all the kids couldn't be exposed to true goa warriors and epic old tunes just because they were TOO young and nowadays they were only discovering the FULL ON standard sound! back on topic: the album is MARVELLOUS! my compliments and best wishes for the future!
-
WAY TO GO AFGIN! lovely lovely music! I just started to hear your full promo and so far return to the source is promising! we never have enough producers making oldschool with moder technichs! the revolution has begun! filteria opened up the ways to everyone ! thumbs up!

well there were interviewed on old magazines, (like mushroom magazines in 96 featured their interviews) and somewhere else and i rembember even on some solstice dvd they were asked a few querstions but i mean they been asked by many many many people about their past in real life but your right nothing exist on the web. Everyone who met them at parties asked them about the past practiclaly so just ask around to people and u'll ahve ur interview... if u have some curiosity ask me but i'd reply in PM.

Help w sample identification/looking for similar
draeke replied to Cybernetika's topic in General Psytrance
Hearing the track.. this is ODD, as elysium said it might have been played back then a lot but i am not sure i heard it before, 99% is TOI DOI, i am very positive about it. Seems like a remix or an unreleased old track. Is really that typical sound that i heard on other tracks from him. Might be one of these tracks: http://www.discogs.com/release/364358 will check it -
I would want to answer about the etnica interviews As for going to ibiza is possible and i am sure that more than one person can ask them an interview. The guys are usually friendly about that. But i think they would be cool to speak about their future and not about their past, they have been asked already too much about it! As for the other guys well there is not much to say, i could make some some question to each of the members of the team. But that won't be an easy one as all the projects have ended and beside some chit-chatting of some things they all moved on from the crop circles, pleiadians and lotus omega projects. As a matter of fact Lotus Omega has alread ended since 2 years (more or less) and i doubt it will ever be again. They have shitloads of unpublished tracks made after the second album but there are no plans of releasing so far. I am trying to help both Franco Rossi and Filippo Scrimizzi with their new material tough and i really hope some label would be interested! Filippo made over 14 tracks since the split and some are really cool! I would like to read a RA interview as well, so Anoebis go go go !

i contacted ajuca productions and asked for a copy of the promo. in case i'd be lucky i'd share it around some passional goa lovers . they are just conrcened somebody might steal the tunes and release on different alias, but that won't be the case of some hardcore goa lovers . I asked the guy who submitted it and said the tracks sound a little different from hunab ku first album (maybe remastered) but the other sounded not sogreat. that's maybe why it didnt come through. no other ideas

well i am sure Young will register sooner or later (or when the system will work anyway) and he will be happy to write here! He is already active on Isratrance forum so would be just a matter of time to see him here as well. As for sampels, well, i am not in the position to decide anything or do any of them, better you ask him reger! But i can tell you there is no blabbling or rumors the material is very interesting and very real!

if is for some use i tracked down a sort of homepage of this guy: http://myspace.com/groundlevelbreaks and to answer some questions about CHI-A.D. they were Dave Young and Andy Cotta so he is not the guy in question hope u all get what u paid for!

I'm posting this infos on behalf of DJ Young (EtnicaNet) cause he is having some troubles registering (probably he will sort it out soon) so here it is: "ARKANOYDZ are Giotto Bini, Andrea Rizzo, and Young Kim. Carlo is an old friend who visits the studio from time to time - inevitably there are conversations and feedback in the studio about the music and the trax, but the 'official members' are just the 3 of us mentioned above. As DETOX has said, I have sent him a preview of the 'Space Care' track and we had a conversation about the ARKANOYDZ project, etc. I must point out, however, that the name of the project was not inspired by the game 'Arkanoyd'. It has other origins And the music (that means melodies & everything) is made by the 3 of us. So, thanx Detox for the positive feedback and Draeke for the clarifications! -young-" -- . young@etnicanet.net . . DJ / A&R : www.etnicanet.net . . DJ : www.ultragrooverecords.com . . Plus i forgot to say that in the old days it wasn't just Carlo responsible for the melodies! all of them were making ! Andrea has always been doing melodies (Trip Tonite was all his own) and evolution/scales. So did Carlo and Maurizio. It was the alchemy of these three together to form the mystical tunes. It was 10 years ago, they were younger and much more interested in the goa aspect of the thing. Now is different, music has evolved! Also once they had to do all with midi and tons of gears, now the studio they have is very different (old studio is splitted in ibiza, some at carlo's place and and a bit at thes new studio) everthing is made on logic with an external master keyboard.

It was at the time Tranwave name couldn't be used so they simply decided to patch it with a sticker they probaly got complains by some other labels and yes is their good sound! i think it can be tracked down on some online music store like gemm or musicstack (at least that's where i got my copy) nice tracks!
