Why is there never any parties in Vietnam or Cambodia ?. Police want too much Baksheesh ???. I know there used to be the odd party in Sihanoukville in Cambodia, but why not anymore ?. Does anyone know a track and/or a mix with a sample in it that in the middle of a track the music stops and a guy says in a strong English accent "Sorry everybody but the police have arrived so the party is now over" and you hear the crowd going "awwwweeeeee", then the tunes start up again ?. I heard this in a taxi in Goa and I've been ripping my hair out for it ever since. Loads of thanks for anyone who can help me. Cheers, Afrodo
