That's the dude that did the Auschwitz symphonies right? I heard some of his avantgarde stuff when I worked in the record store... We had education in specific types of music, and our teacher in neo-classical, raved about Penderecki all the time... Karlheinz Stockhausen too - though I don't think they make even remotely similar music...!? /DP
