One of the best albums of 2005. High quality weirdness.
-
Tracklist, please!
-
Tracks 1-4: Average Tracks 5-9: Above average Because of the many collaborations this is not a journey album, and that's a disappointment. A non-journey album can still be a solid album, but this one fails to be that because of the first four average/filler tunes. We should expect a lot more from an Eat Static + Frank E and Absolum, Deedrah + Frank E combo. Reminder: Frank E and Ian Ion used to be Koxbox. Frank E and friends, that's something different.

Tracklist, bitte.
-
I wouldn't be too sure about that, Twisted seems to be on track again. Koxbox was released on time and if they manage to keep the release date for GBU then Prometheus should most likely also be released on time.

Like a rhino that realized it wasn't flying after all, it was just falling and earth was its inevitable destination.

His previous album is indeed great, but I'm glad he decided to try something different. I would not have bought another Ocelot album if he had stuck to the same sound. A related example is Penta, his debut was great but the second album was just more of the same and I can't be bothered with that. Ocelot's new direction seems fresh and interesting to me. There's still the Ocelot weirdness in the music, but this time with melodies, a winning combination if you ask me. My opinion may change when I've heard the full album, but so far, the samples have cought my attention.

Remember Ocelot's ultra weird Vector Selector album from last year? Forget about that. In his new album the weirdness has been toned down (it's still there) and the melodies (yes, melodies) are the main attraction! I guess it would not be an exaggeration to say it's a flashback to old times: http://www.saikosounds.com/english/display...ase.asp?id=6048

Of course you think so, you're after all the A&R for Etnicanet and part of Arkanoydz. -
If I'm not mistaken his debut album will be released on Sundance. ...and yes, Pr0teus music is really good.

There are many engrish promo texts, my personal favorite is the promo text for Gus Till's Electric Oceans album: Gus Till has been active as a musician, producer and Dj since the Punk days of the 70's in Melbourne Australia. It participates psychedelic trance scene as slinky wizard from genesis, recently album release with the Zen Lemonade name is newer than Dragonfly in memory, scene prominent creator Gus Till. Chill out album, electric of the highest quality which is colored in image of the south of the fantasy which the he sends ocean. Comfortable warmly the acoustic image which is the straw raincoat which is done covers the whole and it is exotic and one oriental starts projecting fantastic scene beautifully. Why didn't they just let him write the promo text himself instead of using Babelfish?

Nice idea! I've got one of your original mixtapes from 1996, asuming you're the Hugh Sharpe of New York (?) that used to be (is still?) a member of the 604 mailinglist. Looking forward to your new mixes!

The Delta album was released in late late december 1999 so it's just as much a 2000 release as The Great Unknown (TGU). TGU was/is indeed a great album, but it is, IMO, not as important as The Delta's Scizoeffective album. Delta's debut started a new style but the same can't be said about TGU. You might find that TGU is the better album but Scizoeffective is the most important of the two.

More myths: - Psytrancers are openminded. They are openminded about drugs but that's about it. Calling various phenomenons "gay", muslims terrorists and women cunts are as common as in any other scene. - Psytrancers use drugs that change their lifes. The change is this: pre psychedelics they drink beer after psychedelics they smoke pot and drop acid. That's it. They do however love to talk about how all life is connected, all is love and how Buddhism is the answer, all this while eating a hot dog, calling things gay, muslims terrorists and women cunts.

Ah, the Faggotts are the best.

Btw, the guy screaming at 0:28 sounds like Leonardo DiCaprio in Gilbert Grape.

It's Prometheus' Oscar of Twisted's Unusual Suspects 2 compilation: http://play.saikosounds.com/m3u/05c/1b.m3u Excellent track!

It's a very valid question (and your United States citizenship is excused but we still reserve the right to blame your government for anything bad in the world ). Any way, we old school lovers just can't accept the fact that our beloved music with its divine cosmic origin and all is still ruled by the simple laws of the current market economy. But do not forget that although the world is currently ruled by capitalism Shiva could stomp it flat any day if he choose too and then resurrect twisted melodic mushroom fueld analog controlled psytrance. Boom Shiva! -
1995: Anything 1996/97: Etnica and Pleiadians 1998: Twisted Records (Dementertainment, Eclipse, Shpongle) 1999: Israel (Infected Mushroom, Space Cat, V/A - Israelians, Spiral Active, Power Source) 2000: The Delta and Spirallianz (the delta album was released in december 1999)

Hey, friend, my reply was also a joke.

I write this out of concern: If you had ended your reply with "GOA TRANCE 4-EVER" or "SHIVA BOOM GOA" it would have been an Ale reply.
