  1. Once again it's established that Posford rules, no further discussion needed.
  2. Here's a sample: Parasense (?) - Bizarre
  3. Some time after Parasense released their debut album on Acidance Records I downloaded an album called Life Circle credited to Parasense. It doesn't sound very Parasense like though, the album is quite simple and melodic, in a good way. I like the album for it's fast pace and simplicity and I would really like some background information about it. Is it an early unreleased Parasense album or something completely different?
  4. Two more I forgot to mention: Spiral Active Project - Spiral Active Project - Krembo Records 1999 It's a collaborations project between Yakov Biton and friends. Some of the collaborators are Simon Posford, Riktam and Bansi, Har-el Prusky and DJ Goblin. The overall vibe is dark, trippy and melodic, just the way I like it. Excellent album. DNA Productions - Virtual Jungle - DNA Productions 1997 Yet another collaborations project, and yet again it's centered around an israeli producer namely Avi Algranati aka Space Cat. This time around the collaborators are Dino Psaras, Joti Sidhi, Olli Wisdom, Max Lanfranconi, Riktam and Ofer Dikovsky. Most of you have already heard at least of the collaborations namely Phreaky's The Second Moon. There are some very strong tunes on this album in the same style, the Algranati and Sidhu collaborations are the best ones. I think someone on this forum or maybe the 604-list claimed he had heard a promo of an upcoming album by Yakov Biton, but I haven't heard anything since then, any rumours out there?
  5. Even though you might not share their view of the world it's still something new, right?
  6. Why? ??? This doens't make a lot of sense, please elaborate.
  7. Get yourself a VISA, it only costs 250 SEK per year and it's free if you're a student.
  8. We need more political statements in psy-trance, after all psychedelic culture is a movement towards change. The particular tune and video might not be the best, but at least someone's trying to do something new.
  9. Here's my collection: Trolsk @ Discogs I've only added my psy-trance records, the rest (200+) will follow some rainy day.
  10. I think I know what you might be looking for, but there's not much of it out there. If you want the neo goa stuff then the essentials have already been mentioned, if however your emphasis is on full on (the good old way) my personal recommendations would be The Misted Muppet - From the Legend Nystagmus - The Immaculate Perception Some would recommend: Droidlock - Elefantronika Talpa - The Art of Being Non Xerox & Illumination - Temporary Insanety but I don't think they were all that, definitely ok, but not more. You could also look for individual tracks like: Killer Buds - Everything Is A Copy GMS vs. Dado , Dino Psaras & Dimitri Nakov - D.D.D. 'N' R & B ...and anything by Gappeq. Have fun!
  11. I bought 2 CDs from him, they arrived in the promised condition. No trouble and no complaints.
  12. I got the picture from a fractal gallery called Fractal Dimentia. Lots of great fractals, the earlier works are the best, imho. A favourite of mine:
  13. It doesn't matter if it's über psychedelic music like True or ultra melodic like Eigou Kaiki, it's all very unique. Yeah, Supermindway is yet another incredible and brilliant masterpiece that didn't get enough attention. Easily one of my favorite albums.
  14. Don't forget about Perception and Spanker. It seems like they no longer work together. The most recent Cass & Slide release I can find on Discogs is from 2003. Any rumours about their cooperation out there?
  15. I always mention Ubar Tmar's True in threads like these. It's a true masterpiece. There's nothing like it.
  16. Top 10 Most Underreported Humanitarian Stories of 2005
  17. Let's not forget about the Jam & Spoon remixes of Age of Love's The Age of Love. That's a classic.
  18. He certainly did, and now he makes great house with Cass as Cass & Slide. Nothing gay about it, unless you're a homophobic and ignorant goa dork.
  19. Full on and neo full on aren't interchangable terms. The topic title should really read "the very first neo full-on track". Full on the old school way would in my opinion be intense high bpm psy-trance and neo full on is that bassline we all love to hate. A good example of full on is UX' Master of the Universe. A cronological view might reveal tracks prior to Deedrah's Reload with definitive neo full on elements but as far as impact is conserned Reload is the track/album.
  20. What track would that be? My money is on Deedrah's Reload.
  21. Radioactive Rain by Mama Indica is phenomenal! Another good acid side project of his is Talking Souls, listen to Karma 209.
  22. Rapidshare sucks; ugly interface, crappy overview, overloaded and slow. Use yousendit instead
