Sorry, some seem to work and some don't. But now you have the file names, so search the sites mentioned above.

True! Full on doesn't have to be generic and predictable, even though the full on sound of today has become just that. That's why we should keep in mind that there's a difference between full on and neo full on, or to keep it simple, a difference between the full on of the past and the full on of the present. A few years X-dream's 16th note bassline got overused just as the neo full on bassline is overused now, but that doesn't mean something is automatically bad just because it's using the bassline we all love to hate. An injection of the old full on of MFG might just be what the present full on needs.

New Blue Planet Corporation album and the Bus debut album just around the corner, it's almost like Flying Rhino was back in business. :-)

Here's a link to their website: http://www.tbl.org/ Choose demos in the menu. Most of their releases can be downloaded in mpg format.

You might be thinking of a demo by a swedish demo group called The Black Lotus. They did a couple of goa themed demos back in the days. One of their demos has a lot of samples from Hallucinogen's Angelic Particles. You can probably find some of their old releases here: http://www.scene.org/ ftp://ftp.scene.org/

I see what you mean, the dark scene could really use some creative talent.

I'm sure your "several gay and bi friends" wouldn't find your homophobic comments very amusing. You have clearly shown us all your actual view of homosexuals: "Regardless, if wanted to suck cock...I'd ask the universe to bring me back as a straight woman in my next life time." That's just plain homophobic and awful! You went way beyond a simple comment about the obvious narcissistic cover, you proceeded with comments such as "fucking gay", "pussy hater", "he is seriously into poop shooting, ass pumping, shit packing, butt slamming, captain crunching!" and that's just not ok no matter cover up comments like "not that I have any personal problem with people who swing in left field". Awful!

The open minded non-judgemental spiritual goa trance vibe in practice.

Untouchable sound quality, lots of good sounds, but the tune feels disjointed. In my eyes/ears this is a bunch of parts (like the intro) mashed into a tune.

It's on the new Solstice compilation: V/A - Elegraffiti - Solstice

We've waited a long time, but finally the wait is over, and judging by the samples it has been worth it, here's the Bus debut album: Bus - Morebusinesslinkyouthere The album will be released on Psy-Harmonics new trance sub label Sub. For the newcomers, Gus Till, aka Bus, is one of the legendary Slinky Wizard members and used to be part of the Flying Rhino label team. In 1998 his first Bus tune appeared on the Flying Rhino Slipstream compilation (the first compilation by the new label manager Cass, if I remember correctly). The compilation and the Bus tune received a lot of attention, even outside the psy-trance scene. Following that tune there was a lot of good Bus material released over the coming three years. Since then the output of Gus Till has been quite low. Any way, the wait is over and this debut album by one very important producer is once again bound to receive a lot of attention and will most likely be one of the best releases of 2005.

I've already mentioned one argument against public feedback on reviews; it's only relevant too the reviewer and if everyone did the same thing all reviews would be 99% irrelevant information. A second argument is time/history. Imagine if you enter the Voice of Cod thread six months from now, all you want is to read a review of the album, but instead you have to scroll past irrelevant information (such as praise of Monis first review). I also find it very annoying with "i'm really looking forward to this", "just ordered it", "can't wait to hear it" type of replies. Totally useless. Immanuel Kant's categorical imperative is a great moral rule that can be applied on most situations in life. The meaning of the imperative is: "act only if your action could become universal law". If we act according to this one rule then most irrelevant replies would disappear instantly, and the great thing is that it's only one simple rule to remember. It would make the general and reviews forums a lot more relevant. There would still be room for irrelevant chit chat in the off topic forum, but it would be limited to that forum.

I would love to hear a NHJOHYENNRO remix of "All That She Wants"!

You've really managed to capture the psychedelic vibe of the past. Your track selection is varied and daring while still maintaining a good flow. I'll definitely download your future sets and I'll certainly look for previous sets. EDIT: Nice to see an old school set based on tracks that aren't too obvious. Btw, shouldn''t there be a track between the intro and the hypersonic track; namely Juice by GMS? Keep up the good work!

Move on! Nothing new or exciting to see here. The so called Psytrance wizard lost it several years ago and this (guitar) mix doesn't help to restore what once was.
-
We're sorry to inform you that the wrong version of your mix has been uploaded. The quality is only 64 kbps, it should be 192 kbps. Please try again. Kind regards, The Listeners

More of the same. It's a big disappointment really, they haven't developed their sound at all. Boards of Canada are the Astral Projection of IDM. Get Music Has The Right To Children and Geogaddi.

I wrote this in another thread some months ago: I would like the evolution to be less genre focused and more focused on psychedelic music. A mix of serious head music and light hearted extroverted groovy fun music would be lovely. My dream party would be a blend of deep house, techno, psy-trance and the new interpretations of samba, tango and jazz. People gathering to enjoy the borderless psychedelic music experience, rather then the genre specific psychedelic trance experience.

My favorite so far is this one: Gus Till - Electric Oceans
