  1. Life will be so much easier now. The Discogs.com service is indispensable.
  2. I believe you, mate, just kidding around.
  3. I think you're ment to shut up by now!
  4. You're just jealous because she's collaborating with other artists and you're stuck with your old DAT samples.
  5. I prefer albums because the artist has a chance to tell a story, or at least create a good flow. Compilations rarely manages to tell a story or create a flow, most of the time it's just a bunch of tunes next to each other, and I find that very annoying.
  6. Please, post a set we can download. Btw, I see you're based in Canada, what's the story behind the name Upplysa? It happens to mean enlighten in swedish, coincidence?
  7. One of the most perfected pieces of psychedelic music ever made. If you like that style try Surreal Audio's Beats and Beyond compilation.
  8. I don't really know what to reply to this. "Idiots like Trolsk". I'm done replying to this thread.
  9. Artists are public persons. If someone says Ott's music sucks, they're not judging him as a person, but when Ott calls twisted fans idiots and wankers for expressing conserns about the quality of their cds then he's judging people whom he do not know.
  10. It's the way you said it. You do not know these people, the Twisted fans, and you have no right to call them idiots or wankers, it's very ignorant and disrespectful of you.
  11. Sure, but it can be said in a good and a bad way. Ott choose the bad way. His respone is just pathetic. Sales are low as it is, insulting your fans and behaving like a total wanker hurts the sales, and people do talk about things like these. People at forums are probably very interested of this music so they are, or in this case were, potential consumers/supporters.
  12. No, I'm not kidding you. Calling your fans idiots and wankers on a public forum doesn't really make you look like a nice guy.
  13. So you decided to take it all out on a Twisted fan at a web forum? Pathetic! You have zero respect left here.
  14. Hahaha, I think you just lost a lot of your sales, mate.
  15. As far as I can see they have been very transparent about this, even published the full contract, that's rare.
  16. All the Ultrabeat releases can be download at ftp.innerverse.com.
  17. The bright and infinite summer nights of northern Sweden.
  18. I choose The Great Unknown because it's a journey album and it's more experimental. The cover art is awful though and doesn't fit the music, I hate that.
  19. Anything but the stuff Raja Ram has in his stash bag these days. Seriously though, this is off topic.
  20. Ah, I just love the openminded, none-judging world of the psy-trance community. Here's another fun thing to think about: why is it that women are always judged by their appearance?
  21. Yeah, the flouro wearing mushroomed psy-trancers certainly make an intelligent impression...
  22. That is great news! What we don't like is the full on bassline that everyone is using these days. 192 kbit would be nice. We do buy music, but there's just too much of it that do sound the same. Btw, are there any plans for a new Green House Effect album?
  23. If I had that release I would rip it to mp3 and spread it across the various file sharing networks. It's really the humane thing to do. Koxbox live at the most nutty festival on earth can only be amazing and should not be limited to nine crazy vinyl collectors.
  24. There's one that stands high above the rest: Texas Faggott's Back to Mad.
  25. I don't mind it in electronic music in general. The use of vocals in psy-trance tends to be unimaginative and generic at best though; breathy female vocals. I guess it's the Posford heritage. It's terrible! I've only heard a handful of tunes that succesfully manages to mix vocals (other than the obvious breathy female vocals) and psy-trance. The best so far is Tristan's deeep psychedelic masterpiece Tentacloid of the Southafrica 2000 compilation on Etnica.net. I really wish he would explore that domain further. Atmos' Random Landlord is another good example.
