pixel - reality strikes back?

Weed is the only psychoactive that works for me when producing. Makes me hear the track on a different angle and hear problems I didn't really hear before ( but also makes me ignore other stuff ). So I like working on my tracks sober & stoned. I don't see how you could produce music under a psychedelic though.

This is not an exam, there is no jury that's going to give a mark to the song we create, I see it as an exercise to improve my skills. When I was learning improvisation on the saxophone, my teacher made me improvise first only with 2 notes, then 3, then 4, ... until I was comfortable enough to improvise on that scale, then moved on to another scale, ... Any musician will practice every day and do exercises ( scales, fingering technics, ... ). It's vain from your part to think this is stupid.

So who is actually going to do something? I'll try to make something acceptable ( I'm in exam till end of may ).

So what's the end date? And the exact theme? Sine waves only with any distortion we want or no distortions? I think it'd be more interesting if we were allowed to modify de wave or maybe a theme, like "Journey into the Interior of the Earth" ( title from a book by Jules Verne )
