  4. yes i agree, the last 3 albums are so so, BUT, theres is into those albums at least 10 songs that are incredible, so still, not perfect, but awsome songs
  5. well, this wasnt what I meant, and you assument about something here. theres artist that doesnt move from one songs to another, that work on their songs 3-4-5-6 weeks. you say: maybe the artist... DUDE! maybe this, maybe that, my point was clear i tought. if an artist takes 4 month to do a songs, well yes, its going to be more complex probably, 75% of the times, IF he stick to this only songs.
  6. I kind of agree, but the 6 album before my dogan are my top 10 album in elctronica. It never happened to me before, to like as much as that an artist.POsford, the only album im really freakin about is AYS, but his other album are crazy, but not as good as AYS for me. But with kettel, i just can't point one exactly that i love more than the others, cause every album are as good as the other, and i cant believe how goood it is. I'm not able to express how much i love his music; its really the first artist that make me feel this way, im really liking him that much! and to answer to the uninteresting comment about kettel being boring: I dont understand, maybe you havent heard enough from him, go check the through friendly waters, or my dogan, and listen to it untilk you love him, im sure you could love him. For example, it took me a lot of time to like Franck Zappa or Chris Whitley. And the first 10-20 times! i really didnt understood how they were so acclaimed, but now i understand. For me kettel stands up there with the best in electronica, i even like him a lot more then AFX, and to be honest, kettel is strating to move Posford from the top 1. Just my tought, hate hime if you want, but maybe your missings something. 2 years ago, i finally decided to listen to radiohead, even tough i had heard a couple of songs there and there from radiohead without being comeppeled by them, and when i started listening to them and liking it, i was finding myself pretty dumb to have waited solong to get into there music, happen with bkork, happened with KEttel, happened with AFX, happened with Miles davis, happened with... thats all, and those band are mostly what i listen everyday now...
  7. haha, exaclty! why talk about obvious facts! God! but you really think that intelligence have something to do with taste? I think that what really counts, is what is our musical background. off-topic: someone need to explain me how to include in one post everything i just did in three, because i feel bad about it
  8. no no, you presume, i didnt said that its necessary a better song, only a more complex song, or at least, the artist that takes 3 month to make a songs think a lot more about his songs then a dj that do his songs in one day.
  9. koxbox u-turn is full-on? haha, euh.. thats your opinion. I think that raja ram might have a lot to do with the mastering. and a songs that takes 3 month toomake is not necessarily more good, but a lot more complicated to make, thats all. And if you say a obvious contre-argument, well shame on you.
  10. ah yeah!!!!! yahel-waves of sound: sounds like it imo
  11. its sounds like some idm songs, it sounds a bit like vibrasphere too, in fact a LOT imo. euh...its sounds good actually, i kinda like it. something similar, euh...its really trancey, its sounds like some early armin van buuren mix, some early above and beyond, in fact, it REALLY sounds like the beginnings of above and beyond, you should really take a look at their early mixes. euh...it doesnt sound like any psy actually, but in the idm scene, try some flashbulb. No okay, maybe this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exbEA0ORSTc&feature=related but its not EXACTLY what your looking for... this hehe, i know some of it is cheesy, but some songs can really have the feeling your looking for.ahah, i find someone you would like for sure, exactly what you want, try jaia: ticon will be worth checking too sorry, i can not help you more then that since its really not my style, before i was really diggin what you search, but my guess its theres lacking of really good producers making this intesrting type of trancey, emotianal, still interesting music...
  12. I think you need to expand your consciousness!!!!!
  13. the blanket assumption?!?! thats funny men. David Bowie admit that he released shitty music in the 80's, and he knew he was! WTF! Those "Popular" artist clearly know that they could do SO much better. Dj's make their tracks in 2-3 days MAXIMUM. Posford can takes up to a month or two to make one track. What else need to be said?
  14. what album are you referring when you say that koxbox meets full-on?????? And Full-on is clearly less "hard", as subjective as it can be, to make then a real psy album, come on! With minimal, once you get the technique, which can be acquired much more easily then custom psy, which by the way, have no specific technic, well yeah, we can say that its "easier" to make. What, for you, full-on is as hard to make as a logic bomb or hallucinogen album?
  15. Because it's easy to make mostly, no effort, full response.
  16. Kettel is just a fuckin genious!!!!! My dogan album is the best album i have ever heard, So much depht, difference, WOW!!!!!!!!!!! :o hehe, i know its the hundred time a blast your ears with kettel. Sorry, sometimes i just cant control myself. But he is literraly the only artist that every songs, i like to listen from start to finish
  17. Hallucinogen-twisted
  18. good vocal psy? good luck!
  19. how COME I dont know these songs?!!!!!!
  20. Nothing better then omnisphere? come-on, he can't be serious. He didnt told us nothing. The techniques he said are quite obvious:layering the same loop, but puting different effect, after 2 weeks, I realize i was able to do that. The only thing interesting is his non-compression thing, he only dont do a final compression? I'll lack on the compression a bit, since his production skills are SO good. I want this interviewer interviewing Posford!!!!
  21. well pitchfork still writes long reviews, so they do in spoutnik site. He's reviews are sometimes negatives, but when they are,i NEVER disagree with him. and he writes his reviews in a pretty good way, intelligent, sarcastic, everything i love from a critic. He totally assume his subjectivity, and that wants make him professianol. A lot of known reviewrs BASH out some albums, and god knows that his opinions about full-on is mostly the overall opinion of psychadelic listeners, from psychadelic lovers that didnt get into psytrance because of skazi or IM
  22. What kind of experience are you talking about? what subjective experience? well, for me and my friends, with whom i did many and many trips, we all feel as if we changed a little bit because of the drugs. We had discussion about things in life on drugs, that affect me definitely now, some revelation happened to me, about our true self and everything. What do you mean by "you can not objectively verified"? I mean... your not in another complete dimension, you still know whats there and whats not, what you do and how you feel, for me, I've learned a lot about how i am, what i do with my life, why do i react this way or this way in a situation etc......What truth are you talking about? I'm trying to understand here, with or without drugs, i always kind of see the world just like before, the only thing that have changed, is how i feel, how i react, how i feel more connected with my GF, and how more fuckin scared i am from the death...
