It's really something to look forward to, Juno Reactor was very good in Helsinki a couple weeks ago Have a nice evening, Kalle! / Tranceform

Have you released those remixes you made for Gjallarhorn? I believe that people who like celtic melodies and folk-sounds in general might like them a lot. They're really good actually, I still listen to them every now and then Cheers, Kalle! / Tranceform

Tranceform replied to Tranceform's topic in General Psytrance
Ohh.. You must be probably the 2383th person asking that Anyway, the cover is being designed and mastering is being taken care of. I contacted CD pressing plant today. It's coming soon, 70+ minutes of pure jesuit repellents! -

Cool . I have never gotten any e-mails like that, maybe Tranceform isn't goa enough ..

I haven't bought much records lately, but here are a few releases that come to my mind when I try to think of full-on trance that fits my taste. A common factor for these releases is that they are more based on goa-like melodies than "killer basslines" and stuff like that Space Buddha - Storm Reaction Astrix - Artcore Psydrop - Fantasy Seeds Electric Universe - Cosmic Experience The Misted Muppet - From The Legend And as far as Space Cat is concerned, I've really liked his albums although I'm having a hard time to see why they're being classified as full-on. Cheers, Kalle!

Heh, you deserve a slap in your face Lohikäärmelaulu is still an extremely good track, except for the SID-sounds - luckily I have made my own Manjunatha's-no-more-C64-edit..

I think that it's totally pointless to start splitting up this forum into subforums. It'd be a lot better if people who dislike goa-trance/fullon/chemical/russian psy/progressive/minimal/whatever would mind not to start a fight on every possible occasion by bashing some particular subgenre . I like to keep an eye on pretty much every subgenre from the psy-trance family, but I don't want to surf on a lot of different forums. And I believe that I'm not the only one. Splitting up a forum like this wouldn't benefit anyone in the long run. There's plenty of room for all of us . Regards, Kalle! / Tranceform

Asia 2001 - New Album
Tranceform replied to amphiton's topic in Artist News and Labels announcements
I'm eager to see what this album is like, I think that he's previous album wasn't that good although there were some good moments in it too - but unfortunately it still was far from Ama-Zone . Let's give it a shot and hear what it's like, it's anyway nice to see that people who've been around since the day one are still active Kalle! / Tranceform -
This track is pretty cool I have to say, Amithaba Buddha has taken huge steps forward when it comes to music production Cheers, Kalle! / Tranceform

Just to put this topic back on rail again, I'd like to say that I'm looking forward to hearing that compilation. It'll be nice to hear what that collaboration has resulted in, and I guess that the other tracks aren't bad either . Regards, Kalle! / Tranceform

It's actually the other way around (Fredrik is the one with Ganesh-shirt and Carl is the Transformer-fan) Kalle! / Tranceform

For the record, they're actually TWO people. The Mystical Painter and El Fredrico Regards, Kalle! / Tranceform

I believe that 2005 will be better than ever. 2003 was definitely a ground-breaking year for me, a lot of good releases throughout the year. 2004 was even better. 2005 won't probably disappoint me either The reason why I feel like this, is that in 2003 the energy and complexity came back to trance and we don't have that much minimal stuff being released anymore (which I think is very nice). And all of you people who feel like starting the usual "generic-gms-skazi-full-on-is-worse-than-goa-trance-and-we-want-to-have-the-95-back" -rant, please do that somewhere else . Cheers, Kalle! / Tranceform

Suntrip / Psynews Party (march 25th 05, Brussels)
Tranceform replied to mars's topic in General Psytrance
Sounds nice, too bad I can't show up at the party myself - I'd definitely be in the mood for hearing Filteria dropping some serious hiphop bombs! -
Hi all you trancers worldwide! There have been a lot of e-mails and other enquiries about the current status of Tranceform Records and its upcoming releases so I decided to post a quick note here to tell you what's going on . As many of you people know, Tranceform (or any other psychedelic trance) has never been a good business, in the sense of people being able to make living out of it. But still, even people who like/produce/release goa-trance need to eat and live somewhere. I've spent pretty much all my time on my studies in economics (so hopefully I'll have a masters degree in economics some day ) and on my newly started software company. Therefore there has not been enough time and other resources for Tranceform. The upcoming releases were never intended to be cancelled, they were just postponed - you know, first things first. Lately my new company has been paying off a bit so it probably won't take long for the release to be in stores and in your stereos . However, as we live in a turbulent world and things can change suddenly, I won't be setting a new release date before I'm certain that it will happen, but I can tell you that my goal is to have the release out before June (please do note, that this is by no means a promise). I apologize for the inconveniency and delay, but I hope that you people have the understanding for the situation and are able to forgive me Questions, feedback etc. can be posted to this forum (I'll try to look through the messages once a week or so) or e-mailed to info@tranceformrecords.com, I do also have ICQ (144602838 is my UIN) for all you instant messengers out there Peace, Love and Goa-trance, Kalle! / Tranceform

Favourite track by Battle of the future Buddhas?
Tranceform replied to Manuser's topic in General Psytrance
I'd vote "Filoti" if it was listed in the poll -
My personal favourites when it comes to psychedelic trance are: Poly 61 and Luminescent. Kalle! / Tranceform

Online shpos that deliver stuff around world
Tranceform replied to Dajek's topic in General Psytrance
Try Beatspace.com and Trance-shop.com too, I don't know what their delivery policy is like but I think that they do ship to Estonia too (?). Cheers, Kalle! / Tranceform -
There are a lot of good artists coming from the Holy Land, so there's no point in trying to choose just one, IMHO But I'd add Prosect to the list, he's pretty good when it comes to vocoded speech samples ..And Agalactia is very talented too! Kalle! / Tranceform

I like every track (being it goa-trance, full-on, progressive and so forth) that tells a story. It's always been more about feelings and stories than some specific set of sounds for me. Cheers, Kalle! / Tranceform

I doubt that it'll sound similar to the old Transwave stuff. I'm looking forward to hearing what the new Transwave sound is going to be like.
