No you're right Goa-Head I did not believe the status "delivered" literally. That's also why I waited two weeks before taking initiative. Can't possibly go that fast from Israel to Denmark Though I actually for a second thought they had messed it up and that they thought the package had been delivered. I am not sure this email has fallen into the right hands, so if you have nothing to do with the matter upon this email then please feel free to delete it. As of Tuesday 03 June 2008 I ordered 4 albums at your internet shop. The order took place the very same day followed by an email providing me the information regarding the 4 albums, billing address and payment method. Wednestay 4th June 2008 I recieved an email from you informing me that the albums had been delivered. However I did not receive any of them that day nor have I received anything yet. as of 6th of June 2008 my credit card got charged. The $55 got withdrawn by you. More than two weeks later, June 18, you charged my credit card once again, but this time $58. It has been three weeks now and I stil have not heard or recieved anything from you. I'm not a hardcore psytrancer myself as I've been on it for only a year now or so. My favourite psytrance artist(s) of all time will forever be Vibe Tribe. Here's my favourite tracks. Vibe Tribe - Big Tasty (awesome bass, and the awesome unique sound at 3.13 exactly) Vibe Tribe - Memories (unique sound at 2.26 exactly) Perplex vs. Vibe Tribe - Meteora - Unreleased 2007 Vibe Tribe - Melodrama (awesome sound at 2.59) Vibe Tribe - Melodrama (Intersys Remix) ------ ( 2.15 unique sound originally made by Vibe Tribe but strengthened by Intersys ) Ona da best dude That's pretty much it for Vibe Tribe. I like the Stringadelic too. Then comes other artists such as Bizzare Contact, Perplex and Astrix. Astrix - Poisen (awesome melody at 5.23) Astrix - Mescaline (good melody at 5.13) Bizarre Contact - Terra Magica (awesome melody at 4.29. Lasts only around 30 secs.) Thanks for the welcome Goa-Head. Unfortunately I haven't received any of the 4 CDs I require. It's been two weeks and it says it's been delivered. Said that just after one day I ordered, and it can't possibly go that fast from Israel to Denmark. After two weeks now they've once again charged my credit card. If PsyGoatDelic cannot help me I'm going to talk to my financial adviser about getting my money back and so on. There must be some international rules that'll help me get back my money (at least the recently/second withdrawal) or my 4 CDs. I'd advice anyone to stay away from Krembo shop. As for now it seems like they're cheating me. And to answer that more correctly I'm a 20 year old Dane. About a year ago I got introduced to full-on psytrance and it's now my nr. 1 fav. music. I like artists such as Vibe Tribe, Bizzare Contact, Ultravoice, Perplex, Ananda Shake, Spade and many more. Vibe Tribe is probably my favourite, and can't wait for the third album to come out I got here by searching "kremboshop" in google. Hello I'm new here, and I'm stock on this matter. Two weeks ago I ordered four psytrance CD's. Only after a day after the order it said "Delivered" on my account, and I got an email saying the same too. I ignored it, and two weeks has now passed and I've nothing heard. My credit card got charged by the second I ordered, but the wrong thing is, they've just charged my credit card once again (after two weeks). So they've charged me twice now. I want my money back so bad, and I'd wish someone in here could help me. I've already sent them an email providing them a screenshot of my online bank account where they can see they've charged me twice. However, I'm so desperate to call them by phone, so. Where did you get their phone number from? Could you post it here for me to use? The sad Releak
