Cosmic Experience is probably the best full-on album out there. This on the other hand is predictable and formulaic. Sounds like it was made really fast knowing Boris's skills.

I don't believe I've praised M-Run enough. That pleiadean (All ufos in goa tracks are pleiadeans ) screech that comes at 7:22 is so immensely mind expanding and trance-inducing. Fucking insane. This is simply the best new school compilation out there. Beats everything post-2000. Every artist that contributed, I am grateful for your amazing efforts, you've given me such an experience. I could praise this VA endlessly..

I agree often old school has somewhat of a poor sound, I'm not concerned though until I hear panning issues. That is the most annoying thing ever. It's all in the how revealing the headphones are, I didn't notice so many problems with my old stuff, but when something is well produced it sounds oh so amazing. Also Porta Pro's are the best on ear headphones for the price. It's like the national headphone over here, you see so many use them. Those things are very expensive thou

I don't have hard time dealing with criticism, I actually wish to encourage it for artist to get better. I may have hard time giving it (Through my reviews), though I am trying to improve upon that. What I am saying is I can clearly separate an artist from another, and so can others, and you argued it's not possible. I don't see how that is possible when others manage to make the distinction no matter how good or bad the music could be. Artists have their own sound even if it's similar to another, I don't see how it ever blends/merges with another so well that you can't separate the two.

I didn't get upset, I explained why the argument was stupid.

Ah yes, you can't tell them apart. It's the same crap with people who don't listen to goa, or any genre that is, at all, whether it's new or old "it all sounds the same". It's all about how much time you spend with the music and in your case I wouldn't think that's much at all when it comes to new goa. I spend a lot of time with new goatrance, so I recognize artist from each others. This is a stupid argument.

Score-junkie? I don't know, I just find it a bit fun to rate them tracks as well as talk about them.

It may not make the words less meaningful but doesn't it distract from them though? Yeah but there's also a problem with the fact people don't really review bad stuff, which leaves 0-5 nonexistent.. What, that makes no sense, 6.5? It's as stupid as 4-10, but nothing like a new system they gave our schools a few years back with 1-3.. I styled the american grading to my POV which was 0(Crap) 1 2 3 4(Average) 5 6 7(amazing) 8, with 8, or A+, separating mindblowing from the amazing. Only for those that I condemn to the very best that I never get tired of are pretty much perfect.

Isn't that also a problem with the broken 10-scale? It's been used to death and improperly by everyone. I chose cocco's style because I always believed in it, personally. It felt genuine and honest compared to other scales but then again, it is basically the same scale, except it's not numerical.. Maybe it's a psychological thing

Edited the review a little. Linked to the kagdila mess as well, so those who would like to support Goasia and the correct label should buy the Dimensional version. I know I will do my part, I love this album.
