  1. Fragletrollet - Goa Snill is one of the best mushroom forest goa tracks written in this century. It's just phat phat immense evil forest atmosphere with psychedelia injected right in the vein by the trolls that kidnapped you whilst you were looking for those magic mushrooms and the climax at the end is absolutely magnificently incredibly fantastico. His debut album was also breathtaking but if I could get a forest goa album of this caliber it would be the best forest album everrr. Rest of this comp is also pretty high caliber darkpsy/forest sound.
  2. Yes I'm very excited to hear the Ubar Tmar remix. Sound wicked! Also even though Simon Posford didn't finish the Conquistador Part 1 remix, I'm happy they decided to put the massive Thomas P Heckmann remix in it's place. I think most people never heard it, such a powerful tune.
  3. Promo video. Apparently there are going to be music videos by the same guy for these tracks
  4. Melancholy @ 180bpm, who would have thought? That was good, very clever imo.
  5. P.s. new school can do it too Also special mention you must check out Cybernetika's latest, it has immense atmosphere. http://www.ektoplazm.com/2010/cybernetika-the-scythe-of-orion
  6. Ye come to the right place, for complete journeys you should check this thread, I'll just list the most atmospheric tracks to me here. Obviously full albums have moments where the atmosphere lessens. Also I'm not posting any downtempo stuff.. http://www.psynews.org/forums/index.php?/topic/61512-best-album-to-travel-on/ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5NqqcS1tBq4 My link
  7. "Psychedelic explorer drowned in his own bathtub while taking anesthetic/hallucinogenic drugs" I don't think he really planned that exploration properly lol. Sounds funny to me. I don't doubt the bit about books, might check one of them sometime. Also is the thread only about coincidences? For example I highly doubt the koxbox story is coincidental.
  8. Still need to get that one. Breathtaking album.
  9. I just found this so damn funny lol.
  10. XP is really old, I always had many problems with it as well. Then I used Vista 32bit for a while and it was fine. Windows 7 has been great, no complaints.
  11. Hah I just found out that the Vinyl release had a track the CD one's didn't. Thought it's worth a mention since it looks like most people missed it.
  12. Well this is supposedly edible. I wanna buy it just to eat it
  13. From Cronomi's facebook
  14. Oh my god. I want more and more and more from you. Such dense sci-fi style. And then there's 4:28.. liquid...
  15. Cosmic Experience is probably the best full-on album out there. This on the other hand is predictable and formulaic. Sounds like it was made really fast knowing Boris's skills.
  16. http://www.discogs.com/Entheogenic-Flight-Of-The-Urubus/release/1285267?ev=item-vc "Biodegradable eco sustainable edible packaging." What the hell is this? I've never heard of such before.
  17. Feels like you're trying to get in my sigspace.
  18. I don't believe I've praised M-Run enough. That pleiadean (All ufos in goa tracks are pleiadeans ) screech that comes at 7:22 is so immensely mind expanding and trance-inducing. Fucking insane. This is simply the best new school compilation out there. Beats everything post-2000. Every artist that contributed, I am grateful for your amazing efforts, you've given me such an experience. I could praise this VA endlessly..
  19. Everything-cronomi now.
  20. Why did you exclude some years? I guess I could try to post mine.
  21. I agree often old school has somewhat of a poor sound, I'm not concerned though until I hear panning issues. That is the most annoying thing ever. It's all in the how revealing the headphones are, I didn't notice so many problems with my old stuff, but when something is well produced it sounds oh so amazing. Also Porta Pro's are the best on ear headphones for the price. It's like the national headphone over here, you see so many use them. Those things are very expensive thou
  22. Doesn't it feel like there's always something you haven't heard before from the old days. Cool tune.
