  1. Holy god this album kicks ass. Extremely old sounding tunes but having that early experimental GOA-magic in them, something I've wanted to own. Quality material. I own only a handful of albums, and only from a couple of labels, but which of all are something that need support, unlike old albums which from the only one getting any money from is the used cd seller - a'la you're buying for the sake of collecting, which is fine, but I personally don't have money to waste. DAT-records is one of those labels that need and deserve that support, they give us classic tunes remastered and more importantly, available. Something that is quite rare to see, especially in this scene as I'd imagine it's hard to make a small profit, if at all, from just album sales. So thank you DAT-records(Draeke) for making this double album possible, I will gladly support all efforts for making stuff like this possible!
  2. I seriously don't hear any relation with the 2 tracks, absolutely none. And yeah, I know stuff like remixes have happened but these two are so nothing alike.
  3. Some of you may know the tune from Paul Oakenfold's Perfecto Fluoro http://www.discogs.com/Oakenfold-Perfecto-Fluoro/master/57483 Yeah well the tune is pretty damn sweet so I looked for more from the same artist, turns out, the artist doesn't even exist and the name terrorvision is greeted by time paradox Terrorvision is a pop-rock band from the 90's, they made a track called conspiracy, and it's shit, but that's beside the point. That track is rock, while the other Conspiracy is goatrance and they're nothing alike Terrorvision - Conspiracy from Perfecto Fluoro(Albeit it's a mix version, but you get the idea) Terrorvision - Conspiracy from the rock band http://www.amazon.co.uk/Regular-Urban-Survivors-Terrorvision/dp/B0000074EP Zero connection with the tracks, absolutely none but here's the fun part, the paradox part... This is the promo cover for the goatrack Conspiracy hexadecimal mix, who's done by Steve Osborne according to the youtube page http://www.discogs.com/image/R-567437-1132419101.jpeg It says "Taken From The Forthcoming Single Bad Actress" and bad actress is the rock bands track http://www.discogs.com/Terrorvision-Bad-Actress/master/125194 But then there's this little fuck http://www.discogs.com/Terrorvision-Bad-Actress/release/567186 So, basically... Help me psynews, before my head explodes.
  4. Are you blind!? I suggested you to remove those insanely annoying gifs, flash shits, pictures so listening to your fucking media player there wouldn't be impossible, but, oh, what did you do? FUCKING NOTHING I really wanted to hear those samples, but you make that shit impossible. Good job.
  5. Nothing has ruined psytrance completely for me, but good god the amount of shit full-on is... even thinking about it frustrates me to hell and back... Man this makes me wonder, when the fuck is this full-on-fested-shit-era gonna end? Ah well, at least this year has been extremely gracious for the goa-ears. I hope it's gonna continue to the next year aswell.
  6. Looks like I haven't made a comment since I got it. This compilation is full of top-quality melodic morning goa, the concept works for every single track and not one is bad - they're all extremely good and I'm not really even exaggerating - much. Quality from beginning to the end. Blissful bright sunshine melodies with a couple that are a tad darker. I mean really, Aerosis track is simply a warm morning with palm trees, soft beach sand and a comfortable chair while sipping that fresh coffee. Energy Waves is a sunshine pill of energy with blissful melodies that sparkle like sun reflects on water. Zanching is that zen morning experience where we let it all in and calm ourselves. Sight Of The Sages is like that soothing morning tune that makes you get up from bed, step outside to the warmth and enjoy the softest breeze. A release that ought to be a classic.
  7. I personally think it should have been 10 stars and halfs included. 5 stars without half's is a bit eh..
  8. Infected Mushroom - Legend Of The Black Shawarma 1. Poquito Mas 3:39 2. Sa'eed 7:03 3. End of the Road 6:47 4. Smashing the Opponent(Feat. Jonathan Davis) 4:10 5. Can't Stop 7:23 6. Herbert the Pervert 7:17 7. Killing Time(Feat. Perry Farrell) 3:04 8. Project 100 – 9:38 9. Franks 8:05 10. Slowly 9:00 11. The Legend of the Black Shawarma 7:12 12. Riders on the Storm (Infected Mushroom Rmx) 4:29 Take it how you will, I'm posting this review for the lulz and to compensate my own disgust towards this release and the fact I actually spent my time listening to it. Poquito Mas Two facepalms. Sa'eed Two double facepalms, two facepalms. Pretty catchy though and at parts sounds very nice in the mainstream kind of way. End Of The Road Two facepalms, one burst to laugh. 5:00 and onwards is actually good though. Smashing the Opponent(Feat. Jonathan Davis) PsyPop. Cheese. Don't like it. Next. Can't Stop Two facepalms, one huge double facepalm. Herbert The Perver I really, really, REALLY don't like the guitars, like, at all. Cheesy to the max. Killing Time (feat perry farrel) Three double facepalms. This singing is shit pretty much. The only good part was from 2:35 and onwards. Perry Farrel almost lost all my respect with this, but not everything since he was a part of the masterpiece called Hybrid - Dogstar. Please, go back to collaborating with genius's. Project 100 Woo fucking hoo, more guitars.. but wait, it actually sounds kinda good! What in the world is going on!? Nevermind, 2:15 ruined all that build-up, fuck these goddamn lyri... oh, 2:37 and they're gone. Yay. Onwards it's pretty good... but 5:50 please no, that acoustic guitar gah. Ah well, that one is gone in 20 seconds aswell. Yay. Aside from those small pieces of turd that came out of nowhere, this is a pretty good track for what it does. Surprising. Although it tends to get cheesy towards the ending. Franks Very Good. Highlight of the album. They actually managed to make an interesting and non-cheesy psy track here. More like this please. Slowly Very good as well, though a little cheesy on the side. The Legend of the Black Shawarma Can't believe I'm back to the facepalm-disgust-land. Good god.. Riders Of The Storm Some good parts here and there, but goddamn how cheesy it can be. Please, don't do this again. This release is obviously aimed for the masses and with that, I can safely say it will be liked - and bought - by many. Not that I have anything against that, but to me, this sounds mostly just bad, cheesy and facepalm-worthy psy-pop-rock. Although, I can actually go ahead and say I enjoyed it more than countless faceless full-on albums, at least it's original. All in all, sure, it has it's moments of being being good even to my ears, but the bad overcomes the good in this album - but for what it is supposed to be, it succeeds very well. F+ as in Franks is a plus lulz Edit: Here's a more... straight to the point review of the album in question, courtesy of psyreviews. An eye opener. http://psyreviews.net/content/view/642/64/
  9. Yeah, I'd help but I have no skill, or knowledge on those. =/
  10. Blue Planet Corporation - Antidote (Pleiadians remix)
  11. This thread is kinda depressing... They don't make em' parties like they used to.
  12. You weren't kidding, this album sounds like really, really bad quality, a re-mastered version would be brilliant to have. *nods to suntrip*
  13. This is some of the most badass and unique form of music. Hard beats with psychedelia and orchestral interludes and segments that make my hair stand up! We need more innovation like this in this full(crap)-on crowded scene! Thanks for Timecode and POF for giving us something fresh for a change. It is very appreciated!
  14. Yeah it's not sure if they are old.. and I sent him a private message a week ago but he hasn't been online at all these days, so I haven't gotten anything back..
  15. It's not very hard for me. Goatrance is a part of one of the major pillars that support my life. I'm not even kidding. Quite sad really, but that's how it is. So, to the question I'm answering with a question - Would I even be?
  16. Extremely strong compilation and it's free too, what more can you ask? Thanks to all the artists! Couldn't have asked for more. p.s. Quoting from my Jikooha - Revolution Spaceship review I still feel the same. Fantastic track!
  17. Jesus h christ, I don't mean no disrespect but tone down your myspace stuff. So many large gif's, images, ads, flash apps. The whole site lagged so bad that I couldn't even begin to listen to anything.
  18. You sure have money to spend at times like these..
  19. I wasn't referring to that. I was referring to a comment which indicated you were about to start flaming another.
