I see fragletrollet! GO LISTEN TO IT NAOW! ITS AWESOME! -
P_p stop messing with my eyes!!!

I must admit it's really hard to get into a style like this but goddamn, something about it tickles my fancy. Maybe it's the fact it indeed could be another one of those ultra minimalistic glitch-fests but somehow it reeks of fantastic dark goa layers instead(Lots of wetness) while being grooooOOoovey. Hard to recommend to anyone but the die hard psychedelic lovers. These tracks are a perfect fit in the middle of an old school psychedelic mix where things really take a turn into the crazy nighttime flavours. A weird release no doubt especially considering it's timing! I just wish it had more prints because as of now the album sells for ~100 euros and even with it's history, it's not really worth THAT much.

I do not think he has apologized but harald (owner of Phototropic) assured this album deal was made far before filipe had the meltdown. Most of the tracks are very old and the money from sales now won't be going toward Filipe anymore due the deal been made so long ago. So in that regard you shouldn't worry. On that note I hope we can keep the review thread clean of that mess.

Don't use hotlink from discogs, it won't show to anyone. I added Guri & Guru, I also voted it. It's the most intense thing ever. Very close second is Eigou Kaiki, an album that is the most stable in it's production structure, it's far less glitchy than most of the other albums and has great atmospheres and melodies.

Well I don't mind, your writing has gotten funnier anyway so that'll replace the gifs neccesity But as a suggestion, I'd still say that you should use a picture if you have a joke in mind that really is golden and requires it.

So how did they get rid of their stock?

Nice review, I also agree with you on many cases. Like the tinny sound of Lepton Head, such an oddity.

Defo - Ka El Mondo seems to cut off abruptly at the end? -
I really love how it's named Psychedelic Trance. It's so far from it that it's not even funny.

I chug these like nobodys business. Damn thing tastes like soda. I never got into the whole "hot day cold beer" thing, in fact I couldn't get used to the taste of beer, but I did get the same experience with these. Good and bad times. Shit is not cheap but I can't settle for less.

I actually just don't get it now. I know they have all this content in their backpocket. Why is it so hard to release it? Any label would do it. Self publishing could do it. Anything. And still, it remains unreleased. Wth? I'm sure this unreleased business is catering to some audience but they would be benefitting much more by putting themselves in the mainstream spotlight of finally releasing an album. You know, "the legendary AP are back"

Trust in trance is full of classics. No filler, no cheese, no nothing except brilliance. The others have their ups and downs, but nothing else is as solid as trust in trance's insanely amazing selection of classical goa.

Radi you need to calm down with these threads, honestly. If you really want to keep doing this legit, then start compiling a list and when it looks big enough, post that and ask for relevant similar tracks to the list. This is all going a bit far and it indeed is cluttering up the space we all post in. These aren't bad or even spam threads, people ask for this stuff all the time, in heavy moderation. Also a healthy dose of respect to anyone trying to help is a given. And for rest of you. Don't bother replying if you have nothing to contribute. If Radi alone keeps bringing the thread up then it will be dealt accordingly. This crap you're doing isn't helping anyone. Also, if someone with some proper suggestions sees this thread, you can send radi a private message. For now I'm locking this.

I do! It's great fun. I like how there's still people in the world who say mental problems aren't real and everyone should just man up. God bless them.

Name the track, round 5 [e: ROTWANG CAN'T COUNT LOL]: The Darkening
Penzoline replied to Rotwang's topic in General Psytrance
My score will be so low.. I'll be denied from the darkpsy school of darkest psy. But shit, I'll give it a shot. If you don't see me post again I'll be crying in the corner.- 14 replies

Despairingly tapping in "Psy-Ko-Logi-Kal" and finding out there was already a DJ in Rotterdam with that name, slamming their fist on the table when they found out there was a clairvoyant impersonator named "Psymon Cowell". :D

Well with this whole Filteria sounds like Pleiadians stuff, well connection there is made no doubt. But I heavily disagree that it sounds like a copycat. Sky Input is some groovy shit that doesn't hold anything back. Pleiadians was a sophisticated evolution of an old sound that ended up having crazy melodies for climaxes. Filteria is about crazy melodies and.. well that's where the connection it ends. Stylistically Sky Input is from another planet. Both great in their own merit, subjectively of course - but to say they sound the same is very narrow-minded. [offtopic rantmode] Radi, you just won the silly post award of eternity. It sounds like a hyperbolic sarcastic joke post but then I realized you are being for real. I can name just one artist that felt more filteria than anything old school and that was old mindsphere, even that being a stretch, all else is kinda like... not filteria-like? Who woulda thought?

From Call Of Goa, track was surprisingly awesome and I never heard of this guy before, also no info anywhere.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KN5LG29_vA

Just one track on MR2 will be enough. Hehehe. -
Finally some artist that sounds like Astral Projection
Penzoline replied to radi6404's topic in General Psytrance
Ehhh. I always found synsun far more agressive and crazy(psychedelic) in its tone to ever really make the connection. Now that I think about it, looking back, most Synsun AP track is Black & White and it feels like Synsun was based on that damn track.. Even with that in mind, most, if not 99% AP tracks held back in many ways compared to what Synsun does, stylistically that is. Still, that connection is just crazy for me. I guess all it takes is one track lol. -
Same.. I have no fond memories of gil, just the youtube darkpsy.
