  1. It was pretty good comp Goasia, indoor, Laughing Skull and Omnivox were really nice. The rest was alright. For some reason the Alidade classical mix didn't strike me as much as I hoped. Maybe I just like the original too much.

  4. Maia is literally perfect from start to finish for me. Can't choose any other.
  5. Ouch. Good luck selling, bet there are some rich collectors out there who have a perfect oppoturnity here. Unfortunately us peasants can only drool of such things!
  6. I swear, every single time I decide I'll have some of this afternoon delight, I cannot but to think what makes it so great and sets it apart from everything else. It's like one fantastic track after another. There is no filler here - just like Astral Projection - Trust In Trance. It holds a tight grip on the line of cheese and non-cheese. The melodies and over-production are like dynamite. All of the sounds are so raw, it's almost as if other musicians couldn't bring themselves to use such over the top sparkly crystal leads with larger than life melodies. It's like days were spent creating all of these cool sounds. It's also odd to note the conventional 303 sound is practically non-existent, which makes me almost beg to stop the comparisons to Pleiadians nowadays.. theyre such different animals it's not even funny! This album is just so far out there that I don't know what in the fuck is going on anymore. It's a grand experience like no other, ever. One of these days I'll figure it out... one of these days..
  7. Pretty sure non-goa related market is still wholly up to the 3rd party sellers. Cutting goa from their profits shouldn't be much.
  8. Of course since it's such an obscure genre there's not many consumers nor rich people. It's a numbers game no matter how you crunch it. Now for the digital argument. When the day comes when all is digital, I don't know what I'll do, but a thing is for sure and that is I'll be spending much less.
  9. I have grown to love the OOOD track. The violins and dark tone make it.. interesting to say the least. And I really love the progression of it. First times I just found it boring but something finally clicked and I saw beneath the surface.
  10. Pleiadians IFO imho. Hunabku was the biggest one but I'm glad that got fixed.
  11. Mind Rewind and such are very special cases where demand exceeds supply. Otherwise you take a random goa flavour cd and they will have over-stockage even with 1000 prints. Take a look at portamento or erta ale. Those CD's are top notch yet prolly are far from being sold out.
  12. Story time uncle draeke! Story time!!!
  13. How is skazi doing these days anyway?
  14. There is a whole lot of newschool without said melodies. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fesXlulwMY8 If this keeps up we will have a nice future no doubt. We just need a healthy mix of raw/soft uplifting/dark scifi/organic. Now now.. it's just aneobis's opinion for now..
  15. Holy shit this news is awful.. I loved saiko and it was a really good alternative to psyshop since psyshop can be iffy at times..
  16. Incredible. Also mad prop for getting new born material on your CD. I don't understand why he doesn't have any releases while every single tune on his soundcloud is masterful. Tbh same goes for lapsus.
  17. I don't care if it's old, I care if KOB is completely ditched or not.. that album never came out and I really want one.
  18. Damn isn't that disappointing - The two KOB tracks being released are tracks from way back.. I guess he ditched that alias. Sigh..
  19. 3 tracks in and this shit is wonderful! The electro sound is quite reminscent of that cheesy industrial sound in the way it sounds but here it's applied in the Juno way that makes it ooze of atmosphere. Guillotine is a rocking tune. This album could very well be the real deal of Juno Comeback. Going back all the way through Gods And Monster to Shango in it's atmospheric movie-scorelike tone but more refined not only in it's danceability but also in it's storytelling. It's very dramatic. A word of advice, don't let the first tracks cheesy melody structure betray you, I feel it's actually a throwback to old school sound purposefully like that. What with the epic space synths and pistolero esque guitars. My god I'm psyched.
  20. Too many questions.. I'm speechless..
  21. Nice album! Good old school fullon with razing synths and a lot of sparkly details. Most tracks find a nice balance with repetive 4/4 bassline and groove which isn't always so so on other fullon releases from the era. The little melodies that are there are very good, the atmosphere is there. Some samples are a bit weezy cheesy but overall they don't strip anything. 1st track is a classic in my books, love those razing rattling synths. And the last scifigoapsydowntempo is great!
  22. It's too late, sure but he needs to stop already. The only person he's deceiving is himself, fuck that's sad.
  23. He won't. He won't and he won't. This guy has been doing this exact shit for too long, maybe it's not so obvious for you, but all the others it really is. Honestly I wanna contribute to this situation somehow now.
  24. Don't expect to find much of anything about the artists behind old school covers unless you really wanna go serious lengths about contacting the old label managers or artists of the music and so forth. It's a shame but it is what it is. Today it is easier if you find something cool because it's still recent.
