Oh pleeeeease! I'm listening to this track already for half a year and it just is still so fucking awesome! This one is just perfect! Oh, just great! I NEED something similar! Preferably about same BPM (as it's great for jogging) and about same atmosphere ... oh shit, that would be great! PLEASE!

Tech-Trance for me! I even like it better than Oldskool! I'm crazy about this stuff

TURBO TRANCE RECORDS This is not trance, it's psy
-
Yeah, this track is good too ... though I wouldn't say it's their best. I had listened to some Wolfsheim in autumn last year, as I was in the military. It was depression to the third: first it was autumn, second I was at the military and third this melancholic music ... not the best combination if you have a loaded weapon in your hands, sometimes I already thought about how doing it...

Oh, you are so right about that ... I looove different locations, oh that's so cool running around inmidst an industrial area, desperately seeking some old factory in that area - and just as you want to give up you find it, it's the coolest ... though parties are still official it's awesome, I love it!

Mmmh ... I can't contribute with psychedelic melancholic tracks (IMHO this doesn't really fit ... when I listen to psy I wanna be happy or at least not melancholic, but this is just my opinion), but I can recommend some non-psy tracks: Aria One - Dido (Armin Van Buuren's Universal Religion Mix) is melancholic, but it develops to uplifting trance, I don't know if you like that. It's a great track though, I really don't like trance anymore, but this track is still good! Plastic Boy - Silver Bath ... somehow the same as the one above, only I'm finding it not that great. Wolfsheim is melancholic ... if you want it cheese-trancy check out "Wundervoll (Blank & Jones Remix)", if you don't want it that cheesy try the album version of the track, this one's far better IMHO. Other Wolfsheim stuff is very good too, like "In Time", "The Sparrows And The Nightingales" or "Find You're Here" ... but that's getting far from trance... BTW, I would not call Digitalis - Kyphi melancholic...

Oh. Clever software

Nice site! Good work! Keep it up

Luckily I had mine stored on my HD As for hotlinking the avatar pic, I also don't see how this could work - when you enter the image URL into the form the pic will just be uploaded to the forum server, won't it?

Though I already know the site... ...this thread rocks :D

I disagree. Listen to S-Range's older stuff, like Micron Transponder, Illegal Software, Black Lotus, Complete Delete or DNA Trackers and you will hear that he has indeed once been pretty progressive. Of course meanwhile S-Range's style has changed much, but I just wanted to add my 2 cents

I go to a psy party because of the music. Picking up women would be just a neat side effect for me, it's not my goal there, I love the music so much ... mostly I dance so excessively (without drugs, people, without drugs ... I know I'm too proud of that ) that nobody comes close to me anyway...

I knew that this thread would still exist! So I'm gonna bring it back up Harsh words. I wouldn't say that. Jarre has changed, that's a fact, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Metamorphoses is very different to Oxygene (though some tracks aren't that much at all - Millions Of Stars for example), but I still like it - and C'est La Vie is an absolute gem IMHO.
-
It's nice, I like it Though you should make it a bit smaller, it's too wide ... and you could surround the round images with a haze (like the font)...
-
Wow, that was a lot of information! Thanks, Kai So there doesn't exist a Mortal Kombat psytrance track Somebody should make one ... but please not in crappy full on style...
-
I remember Antix' stuff very well (on every Plastik Park compi there's a track by Antix) ... for me the best word to describe their sound is plastik. It just sounds plastik. I began to like it, then began to hate it and now I somehow begin to like it again ... it's weird...
-
I don't know the Guitars On Mushroom 2 compilation ... somebody knows that track and can tell me if it is the one that I'm searching for?
-
I absoulutely agree! Music shall be about fiction - about flights over strange planets and worlds, alien cities, unreal landscapes, odd creatures ... about everythng but reality. Maybe it's just me, but I'm not interested in music about reality, that's nothing for me, really ... it's also the reason why I dislike many HipHop music, because the text is about some crackdealers getting fucked up or conflicts going on, I'm not interested in that, really. So I don't think I'll ever buy Zoo-B ... not even if I saw it on a CD market for two Euro...

This might sound a bit cheesy, I know But I'm just on this retro-wave now ... and you surely all remember that film Mortal Kombat (even I have seen it though I don't watch many films). And many of you surely also know the THEME of that film. Well, I know it and though it sounds cheesy and techno-ish and not that good at all actually it's so wonderfully retro and I just love the "Mortal Kombat!"-scream! Well, to cut it short ... are there any psytrance remixes of the Mortal Kombat theme? Or if not, do you know any songs that use samples of Mortal Kombat? At least the scream ... it would be just great if it only had that "Mortal Kombat!"-scream in it ... hehehe Please, don't you have some tips?
-
And one more: SPACE TRANCE (S-Range, ...) (well, actually S-Range can be filed in one of the others too ... but it just overcame me ) And Matenda can be put to morning trance too I think...
-
I'm sure the one above is Bruce! No, seriously, I have no clue as I unfortunately haven't been there. But it's a bad, bad, bad thing to hear there were robberies at Boom. It shows actually that the evil doers are at the source, at the festival itself! That makes me angry. And sad. I hope someone can identify those shitheads

I don't like fast bpm either. The bpm hasn't so much effect on how rocking a track can be. I suggest: Penta - 1001 Hangovers Delirious - Analog Booster Space Buddha - Acid Prophecy Neuromotor - Black Planet Azax Syndrom - Shockwave ...

What other artists are like Infected Mushroom?
RTP replied to TheCreamFilling's topic in General Psytrance
Yahel is defintitively a good suggestion. I'd also recommend to check out the Man With No Name, I especially think of the track The First Day right now as this track always reminded me a little of Infected, but I don't know why... -
Yes, it's "Phase 2", though I thought the cover would be like that on this page: http://www.juno.co.uk/IP/IFX149671-01A.htm Anyways, I won't buy that...

Wait, I have found ONE reason to go to techno/trance events: The chicks! They indeed were yummy, yummy ... But after all every one had a friend ... such a 2 meter cupboard-style prolet. So it was always: just look, don't touch
