  1. sundance compilation There's an artist "Taalpa" listed there... I wonder if it's Talpa actually? The sample seems pretty nice actually, so it could be him
  2. Union Jack - Red Herring. It's quite nice
  3. Astral Projection - Mahadeva IMO 155 at least
  4. Ill Renegade Ninja - Bath Tub Experience It's not very psy tho... And yes, it's my own track...
  5. It should be general trance... better than eurostuff anyway... dunno if i ve ever listened it ... maybe once 5 years ago or so..
  6. Zodiac Youth - Devil's Circus ( Elysium Rmx ) Yeah, that's great
  7. I began to wonder today, that Simon Posford should make a new version of Astral Pancakes. The melody in it is... maybe my favourite melody ever. It has so many different feelings in only a few notes.... (and I usually disklike minimalism)... It's a personal thing probably.. Anyway, after the melody's off, the track is just too noisy and not very well produced today,,, If I have a chance to play this track on my set Ill probably fade another track in instantly after the melody ends.... I just wish that he made a new version with these melodies and the pschedelia the original track has, but made something more interesting out of the end of the track..
  8. I can't dig the end part.. it's too damn happy for me...
  9. Uh,,, me too
  10. I have only one vinyl (Hallucinogen - Angelic Particles EP)... The old good stuff that I like is so hard to get where I live.... But I like vinyls more. They have that sense of professionality really And they are cool
  11. What, the first delay has already come? What was the original date then?
  12. Some great remixes I have discovered over time: Infernal Machine - Loin King (Man With No Name Remix) [even better than original imo] Infected Mushroom - Overload (Deedrah Remix) [about as awesome as the original] TIP - Stimuli (Hallucinogen remix) [great track, and the remix , even tho it doesnt change the strucutre, has a lot better production] Eat Static - Bony Imcus (Man With No Name Remix) [psychedelic rave style I'd say. From the same album than Loin King rmx... which has some ravish elements as well imo] Slinky Wizard - Lunar Juice (Hallucinogen Moon Struedel Remix) [awesome track... dark, but not hard, rather cosmic..... "it was a machine.... itwasamachine.." ]
  13. I quite agree....
  14. Ok, I didn't make my self clear, I'm sorry.... I'll try again: Many psy track names are stupid, but many are also very good. Those I named I consider very good, not stupid or cheesy.... (And I know some mythology )
  15. It's not that bad, but yeah, it has been a lot better.
  16. Are you screwing around with me ?
  17. That's what I said
  18. Yeah, a lot of psy track are stupidly named, but then again i love so many of them Like Liquid Neon Sky Astral Pancakes I See Myself Alcyone (And other stars from IFO) Megalithic Even Dwarves Start Small Machine Forest Rotorblade etc
  19. Heh, now that I have listened to this track several more times, I'd say it's really good for full-on and I don't dislike full-on generally (it's just the stagnation of this genre that is bad). It's way over Etnica's late stuff for me
  20. I've now heard it all, and I's most probably give 8/10 as well. Some tracks are really good, maaan........
  21. Im surprised why that Elysium guy always bashes other artsits...
  22. Stunning acid ambient. My highs - Comsat, Mos 6..., Central Plains
  23. I think Filteria is only one dude Anyway - about the ASteroids track: I like it Sure, it's not close to Alcyone [my very favourite track from IFO and all Pleiadians], but it's good full-on at least

    V/A - Midnight Storm

I don't know what to say. From the samples it sounded like ordinary noisy full-on to me. Are the full length tracks really so much betteR? Uh, I guess this just isn't my style.
  25. I haven't heard most of the stuff on the list to be honest, but from what i have heard my top 3 would be most likely: 1 - Talpa [mainly because of 3 tracks [The Moon, People Are Animals, Back to Dreaming]. Others are very good too, but those I really enjoy. 2 - The Misted Muppet. Most people here probably don't understand why I prefer them over Filteria, since it's full-on and powered up etc, but I really dig the acid melodies and to me The Misted Muppet Dull-On Bassline > Other Full-On Basslines, I like the medieval references and I like the drumwork here and there. I agree, that a few tracks get too boring and are only good for danceing, but there are so many beautiful parts in most tracks, that Im willign to forgive it. 3 - Filteria. While the style is really indeed like Pleiadians and it IS pschedelic and crazy, the melodies are somewhat not so good in all tracks. I mean... to me they are not as good as they could be [Well, like ... uhm, Pleiadians have better melodies]... Except in The Snuggling Snail where the main melody is really top notch to me. Don't get me wrong, I like this album a lot, I'm just saying the melodies could be better built, more harmonic... As it sounds to my ears. From chill I enjoyed both Abakus and Aes Dana. While I haven't heard all from Aes Dana album yet, I basically like the style more than Abakus'. It's deeper. While ofcourse a summery chill outdoors would probably be better with Abakus plauying
