Mindsphere - Mental Triplex : Mindream (SUNCDLE06)
Richpa replied to Anoebis's topic in Artist News and Labels announcements
I think having a downtempo/ambient album from the complete trilogy in the middle is brave and good decission and thoose samples really sound great! -
I'm really glad everyone got different favorites on this compilation Here are the updated links and info: Our new compilation is now available on Ektoplazm too! Download for FREE on Ektoplazm: http://bit.ly/DG4-Ektoplazm Support this release via Bandcamp: http://bit.ly/DG4-Bandcamp Review: http://bit.ly/DG4-Review YouTube: http://bit.ly/DG4-YouTube SoundCloud: http://bit.ly/DG4-SoundCloud The new chapter in the Dimensional Gateway series, Veil Of The Moon, ritualizes the annular Solar Eclipse with Goa trance over three different stages, making for the most fitting soundtrack to this event. Even though it has been more than four years since the last Dimensional Gateway compilation appeared (and in the meantime, the team behind Neogoa Records introduced other interesting ideas and concepts on releases such as The World Beyond, Svemirski Hod, and Celestial Transvibrations), this moment is perfect to return to our own roots and unleash fresh works by some new projects, but also welcome back a few of our contributors from the early days. Veil Of The Moon offers plenty of darker and acidic vibes, but yet it keeps the melodic aspect present in competent and solid Goa trance form. Mastering by Igor Čeranić at Deimos Soundlabs with artwork design by Richpa at Neogoa Design.

Actually the shipping would be the same because if we sent them together still the complete package would be +100 grams

Thank you very much for the early review, I'm really glad you enjoyed this one When it comes to the whole process, it was (unlike some other experiences) very enjoyable and I have to say, no matter the fact it took some time, it was great ride in the end, mostly thanks to the high-level of professionalism and dedication of these talented lads. As you mentioned, it will be available on Sunday for free download at Ektoplazm and on Bandcamp (in case someone wants to support the release or add it in their respective collections).

One of the reason is that we didn't get the CD's on the exact date, so we could ship the Ohm Mind album before the Morphic Resonance, so instead of getting our supporters and buyers waiting even more, we shipped the Ohm Mind digipaks earlier. Once again, the issue with printing factory was out of our control. Also, the digital version has been added for Ohm Mind, I hope you all get the files to your email.

I'm looking very forward to this release. Besides being a top notch Goa trance producer, Ali knows how to create superb downtempo music (Mindphoria). Artwork also looks nice -

The psytrance scene and why the digital format is so expensive
Richpa replied to Void Mantra's topic in General Psytrance
LOL yeah, but purchasing power in Croatia or in UK for example can't be compared so we're still on the same bandwagon... but I don't mind. However, tell me Antic, is there option to get WAV or FLAC on Google Play besides just MP3? -

The psytrance scene and why the digital format is so expensive
Richpa replied to Void Mantra's topic in General Psytrance
Thanks man! We're working on the option to include all our back-catalogue on Bandcamp to offer people the music so they can add it in their collection (since I believe many of you are getting our music on Ektoplazm), so if you have it, why not have it on your own collections on Bandcamp too. As usual, it will be available for free download. That's around 50 releases in total. -

It's one of the reasons why we (at Neogoa) still try to offer digital music for free. It's not easy, it requires a lot of money, but thanks to 'name your price' option on Bandcamp we're able to cover at least some of our expenses. In long run, it will affect the number of releases we publish through the year, but still we will continue to offer music for free download. Regarding the physical releases, they will be available in both formats (and if artists agrees on Ektoplazm too). I can't speak for others, but I agree that in some cases digital downloads are overpriced. -
New Kreator album is amazing +1 for The Algorithm, top stuff

Samples of the new Infected Mushroom album Return to the Sauce
Richpa replied to mike.54's topic in General Psytrance
Personally i'm not liking this new 'psytrance' of IM. Last time they actually had something to offer was Franks and Project 100, and that was a long time ago. Besides that they always released something that I couldn't connect to. And yes, I don't have anything particular against the dubstep as a music. In the meantime (counting from the third album onwards), Talpa, Faradize, Principles Of Flight and Misted Muppet offered a lot of content that somehow sounds a lot better than this new stuff, in my personal opinion. The Gathering and Classical Mushroom are still one of the best psytrance albums of all time and no matter what they will make, that music will always have a special place in my heart. This is just marketing that goes well with nostalgia, but folks here on Psynews who experienced thoose two albums are smart and won't be fooled I guess. But, I'm sure there will be people who will enjoy the new IM 'psytrance'. IM just not one of thoose -
Looking for new music - tribal/ethnic influenced
Richpa replied to winterelegy's topic in General Psytrance
I would like to suggest Kolovrat album, and mostly Svarog's Celestial Fire track (in case you haven't heard it yet). It has plenty of traditional melodies and it's tribal/percussion-friendly. Full album is available for free download at Ektoplazm. -

Musicians who you wished released a full length album?
Richpa replied to exotic's topic in General Psytrance
Without any doubt - Apis Also, I wouldn't mind to hear old-Travma in full lenght -
So many great albums should come out this year, but none made me so hyped and excited as Aversions Crown Xenocide (to be released January 20th on Nuclear Blast). First music video is up, and few lyrics videos and visualizers are also available. If you like more brutal stuff in death metal style with sci-fi/alien themes, check it out. Music video: Visualizers: !!! Now, give us a new Rings Of Saturn album and I can die happy.
