  1. Why might I ask? How does one's personal life choices affect your non personal relation to artists? I appreciate artists who make the best work; like it or not, 90%+ of whom do some sort of recreational drug use. I agree that drugs are not required to make trance or to enjoy it. When it comes to making trance being intoxicated is quite counterproductive. In fact, its quite a feat to make a masterpiece while intoxicated.
  2. anyone aware of his whereabouts. I wish he released more material like blue planet even though its risky and will face high scrutiny if not up to blue planet standards...
  3. Its a layered kick with narrow pitch modulation in the bass and a click mixed in on top. You can build this with 2-3 osc functioning in different roles: the click(initial transient of the pop), pop, and bass (from highest freq to lowest)
  4. Blue Planet Album is a masterpiece. Certainly one of the best goa albums in existence. A blueprint for survival has some great tracks too. 10/10
  5. Just do is sparingly and prepare well. Avoid situations that can lead to paranoia
  6. The sounds are very new and mystical at first, but if you spend some time understanding sound synthesis it all makes a lot more sense. Goa always has those characteristic elements and form, I just listen as the pieces fall into place. Regarding your lack of reaction A) upgrade your speakers! drink a fair amount of liquor or smoke some cannabis, listen to your favorites or something new; Problem solved.
  7. Mai mai is great Great artist over all
  8. Best etnica/crop circles/pleiadians = I.F.O. album, Starship 101, Pentagon, Lunar Civilization, Antonomasia (tetrahedron is good overall), Full Metal Jackpot (remastered version), Moon in your window, Zeta Reticuli... so many more worth mentioning
  9. His goa tracks are surprising average taking into account how long he has been producing it. Apart from that he has a couple notable tracks Rain remix... gate to the past... some others Also his track "Follow Me" off of infinity has a quote smearing atheist, which leads me to believe he is some sort of religious kook.
  10. A non-issue thread imo. You should just wait for her to ask for more, otherwise you're just being annoying and creepy. You need to work on your people skills
  11. Here in america we all go around pretending out currency has value and ignore whats going on elsewhere...
  12. My taste changed and developed the most while I was still learning to listen. Lately its stopped changing as rapidly and has been broadening instead.
  13. I have a bit different taste. I'd recommend: Ghost in a Shell (sac 2 is my fav) off the air (if you like getting high or doing psychedelic trips) Arrested Development is good for two seasons or so I have like a million more comedy shows cause thats what I like to watch Check out Aqua Teen Hunger Force Sealab 2021 SquidBillies
  14. this is the first os my dad is having trouble getting accustomed to. I don't think you're getting to old they just drastically changed the UI and it is no longer intuitive.

  20. I looked up Bulgaria only to realize how little i know about the country. I never new Bulgarian was a balto-slavic language also the folk/cultural attire is quite interesting.
  21. Ribbon tweeters seem to be a mark of higher quality monitors. I've listen to some new Adams (not sure what model) and they sounded crisp as can be.
