  1. I don't think so, but I'm not sure. It's a cool track never the less.
  2. I would say Hallucinogen - Gamma Goblins Part 2. That track is just genious. I also agree on Pleiadians - Headspin.
  3. Artist: Broken Toy Title: Broken Toy Label: Alchemy Records Year: 2005 Tracklist: 1. In a Dark, Dark House 2. Fragile 3. Girls and Boys 4. Slaphead 5. Fucking Machines 6. Psycho Bitches 7. Toys Just Wanna Have Fun 8. Speedfreakz 9. Tortured Brain - The Raver (Broken Toy Remix) I looked forward to this album for quite some time now. I have really liked his tracks on various compilations. And this album was no let down. Extremly well produced with crystal clear sound. A very modest and mature album. I guess it fits in the full on category. But there is something in his music that catches me and gets my attention. Is it his great, powerful and groovy basslines? Is it the sounds and fx that fits so good with the basslines? Is it his thoughtful drum and percussion work that completes these things and creates 9 truly good tracks. That must be it! I'm stunned by his choice of sounds he has in his tracks. I don't know what makes me feel that way, maybe his music . Melodic in some way. Screamy from time to time. Evil when it the tracks catches that mood. Balanced breaks, cool buildups. And I must say it again. His basslines rocks! I've have listen to this album for 2 days now so I might be blinded. Anyway...South African artist rules Final Verdict: 8/10 http://www.psyshop.com/shop/CDs/alc/alc1cd015.html
  4. I don't know how really classify it. And I can't think of an artist that sounds similar. So this post is useless. I bet you have checked his album.
  5. I got my comupter hooked up with the stereo (NAD amplifier and Dali speakers). I couldn't ever enjoy this music with some crappy computer speakers. Once in a while I put in a CD just to get those extra frequencies
  6. 1831*1024*8 / 3600 = 4166mbit/s hmm...Ah fuck it
  7. No, its 4310mbit/s. Unless he who wrote the article miscalculated it. Megabyte and megabit is not the same thing.
  8. Ye, I saw that. Can't wait
  9. They are both very good CDs. What do you think of Shift? His new album sound wicked cool.
  10. I read some time ago that the world records in data transfered over the net was set between Sweden and USA. They transfered 1831 Gigabytes in one hour. Thats 4310mbit/s. It was transfered on the public net without any traffic being slowed down. I would like that connection Here is a link to the article. It's in Swedish tho.
  11. The Delta - Travelling at The Speed of Thought + some Dark Soho tracks from Sunspot. I still haven't heard better use of guitars.
  12. I don't like it at all. The production may be good but it sounds plastic. No soul at all in the music. Altho they are extremly talented and that talent shows from time to time in certain tracks. The Gathering and Classical Mushroom is two of the best albums ever released imo. And I've stopped hoping for something even near that good long time ago. They seem to doing worse album for album. Anyway...To bad they took the approach on progress they did
  13. I think Infected's remix is kinda good. Nice sounds and a cool approach to the original. For the topic. Almost all remixes on Astrals - Ten is a punch in the face to all astral fans. Dynamics massacre of the genious track Dancing Galaxy made me outrageous. And therefore is one of the worst remixes I've ever heard.
  14. Artifakt and Co will rule this year Timecode and Nexus Media also. There won't be happening any other interesting things. muahah
  15. On topic. I really like this. Always nice to get some extra information about what is going on. Also, pretty much all of my favourite artists is confirmed there
  16. For me, Sunspot is the gem. And is the only album from them that I own. Combustion has a few good tracks. But it lacks the scary elements that was so great in Sunspot. Light In The Dark is, well, it's just crap.
  17. Here is some ambient/chillout artists: Ott Abakus Nada Bluetech Ooze Deep Dive Corp Kaya Project Downhill
  18. Oh, yeah. That wasn't very thoughtful of me to write. It's pretty likely you will get bored of the tracks in time
  19. I only have 120 records. No 122, I just ordered 2. Only psy/chillout. I got a few soundtracks and some classical music too. I feel pathetic.
