  1. Solar Fields - Blue Moon Station Artist: Solar Fields Title: Blue Moon Station Label: Ultimae Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Confusion Illusion 02. Elevator Sunshine Girl 03. Cosmic Dessert 04. Magic Eye 05. Infection 268-7 06. Magnetic Air 07. Majestic Feeling 08. Blue Moon Station (Album Version) 09. Planet Zoo 10. Third Time (A-Version) 11. Swimming With Stones Review: To tell the truth i haven't listen to the whole album yet. But I can already say that this is amazing stuff. This is the best ambient out there at the moment. Very soothing but it never becomes boring. And sometimes the tracks just explode and creates those very cool melodies and grooves. Actually...there is only one flaw this far and that is that there is this 4/4 beat sometimes. But it blends into more sounds sooner or later so it's not a big problem. Final Verdict so far: 9/10
  2. V/A - Radical Simplicity Artist: Various Title: Radical Simplicity Label: Ketuh Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Silicon Sound : The Jaguar 02. Dark Nebula : Down Undertaker 03. Polaris : Clone 04. Membrana : 2f Sugarcubes 05. Penta : Xml 06. Kluster : Bom Shiva 07. Lukkas : Mind Kontrol 08. Penta : 1001 Hangover 09. Fractal Glider : Cicada Review: My first thought was: What the hell is Silicon Sound doing here? He shouldn't be here. The other tracks are way to hard and rough. But maybe it's a nice thing to start the CD a lil' softer. Dark Nebula have some good shit going on, album soon plz Dark and a exact melodies and noises. Very balanced. That goes for Polaris also. They uses many percussion sounds. Like one bam there and another bam there and some wongs and flongs there. You get the idea. I like that stuff. Membrana delivers a very cool track. So dark and with a great melodies consisting of a clocklike sound. It's sounds somewhat scare. The Penta track Xml just annoys me. With a damn snare that they should remove. Kluster is very freaked out as always. Lots of things going on. Sometimes there are just too much. But this track, as the others got a scary feeling. And the nintendolike melodie near the end is cool. Lukkas has a more soft feelong. Smooth bassline and so. But the melodie is wrecking. The dolphin sound is cool Next is Penta and i gotta be honest; I don't like em. But they fit in here on this CD with their strange sound. At last but not least, Fractal Glider. He does cool things in this very weird track. And anyone who like Fractal will love this track. Final Verdict: 6.5/10
  3. V/A - Night 24 Hours Artist: Various Title: Night 24 Hours Label: Inpsyde Media Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Triplex : Wooden 02. Membrana : Chip Analog 03. Psyside : Cybernetic Hunter 04. Arhivolt : Other Planets 05. Masada : Pluskvamperfect 06. Jahbo : Fuzzy 07. Devic : Diabolic Nexus 08. Somatic : Frontal Lobe Stimuli 09. Frequency Surfers : Suspiria 10. Etack : At Strange Review: This CD has a strong start. Considering it's name, it's dark and hard psy. These artist aren't big but some of them can sure be. After track 6 it starts to get lesser good. More amateurish and kinda bad production. Lucky Frequency Surfers bring up the bad ending. Anyway...This CD is probably perfect at night and if you are in the right mood. Best track is Masade with Pluskvamperfekt. Silly name tho, a swedish grammar word. The CD is almost worth buying only for the Masada track. Final Verdict: 6/10
  4. Steptime - Steptime Artist: Steptime Title: Steptime Label: Stone Age Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Three Things 02. Rabalder 03. Pagan Sunrise 04. Shiva Power 05. Berserk 06. Its Time 07. Bad Behaviour 08. Gocart 09. Horny In Hell Review: I guess you know what to expect from Stone Age Records. This release is very 'freakfactory oriented'. Weird hard noisy psytrance. But very wellmade. First i listened to this one at a low volume. And I thought "this is kinda boring". I turned it up and wow! Very driving psy! If you know what I mean. The basslines change from time to time and the kick is strong. Put noises of any kind on top of that and you got Steptime. I recommand this to everyone that want a little madness in their lives Final Verdict: 7/10
  5. rx7style: I have moderated away it(?). But you can still read it if you log in to the admin page.
  6. But it's not Infected whom have done the reason version.
  7. Holy smoke! Hey Seb. Have Legion Of Green Man released any other tracks than this one and the one on Chillosophy 2? How about an album? I love em
  8. Doesn't Deviant Electronics use weird time signatures? I don't know a thing about this but his tracks has really cool beats.
  9. Mr. Peculiar - Elements is GOOD.
  10. No Agalactia?!?! ( His track was the best on the first one. Oh well... cya
  11. V/A - High Paradise Artist: Various Title: High Paradise Label: Solar Flares Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Vatos Locos : Tripmonks 02. Orion : Si State 03. Earthling : Goa Constrictor 04. GMS : The Rescuers 05. Bamboo Forest : Baratruc 06. Absolum : Stupid Humans 07. Shanti And Bushman : The Swarm 08. Bamboo Forest : FM 09. Mukunga Umbura : Black Hole Review: As you see, a pretty strong lineup. I don't think a comp like this can fail. I think all of you are familiar with this sound. It is outstanding to listen to at home as well as freak out to it in a party. Altho, there isn't anything new here. The artist do what they always do. Each one has it's own style. I must admit that I con't a little confused with the GMS track. It's very fast. Seems to lose its pace. They have done better. Credit goes to Bamboo Forest with Baratruc which is one very good track. All of the bamboo sounds and structure are there. The Swarm is another top notch track. So who is up for some nice twisted, fullon with good production? I am! Final Verdict: 7.2/10
  12. X-Dream - Electromagnetic IM - Tommy The Bat
  13. Fractal Glider - Parasite Mr. Peculiar - Elements
  14. Very cool cover imo But it doesn't feel "infected". But it's unique. Hope the music is as good, but I doubt it :/
  15. Vibra - Civilizations Artist: Vibra Title: Civilizations Label: Neurobiotic Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Science Friction 02. Bounce 03. Caravana 04. Nova 05. Crystalis 06. Alien Beams 07. Arcada 08. Civilizations 09. Extended 10. Fluctuate Review: Good good good! unique style. Kinda like Skazi but much better and variated. Once the kick starts, it never stops. Dark basslines and hard kicks combined with outdrawn noises and some cool sounds to make it spookier. This is very good fullon. Not the Astrix kinda shit (no offense), this much more psychedelic and rough. No room for cheese. Best tracks: 5 and 6. Final Verdict: 8/10

    V/A - Third Trip

V/A - Third Trip Artist: Various Title: Third Trip Label: Parvati Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Mic : Areostronaut 02. Azax Syndrom : Shockwave 03. Osom : Acid Tonik 04. Psychotic Micro : Gravedigger 05. Kindzadza : I Like Sport 06. Hyper Frequencies : New Order Of Noise 07. Digital Talk : Artificial Beings 08. Neuromotor : Black Planet 09. Sticky Finger : What's Going On Review: Got a weak heart? Stay away from this then This one is twisted and psychedelic, just the way we want it. That's not entirely true. Could be compare to Schlabbaduerst's releases but a little lesser hard. There is tons of weird sound flying anyware in these tracks, sometimes, to far outside the box. Will probably smash the dancefloor if the audience is in the right mood. Final Verdict: 6/10
  17. Aphid Moon - High Diver Artist: Aphid Moon Title: High Diver Label: Dragonfly Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. A Lot Of Radio 02. Disco Biscuit 03. Boo 04. Spectra 05. Reactor 06. Dunno 07. High Diver 08. Zak Stardust Review: Nice to have this release in this modern time. The old sounds makes appearance in this CD. I gets me to think about Chi-AD. I like the way the combine strong bass with old sounds. You know what I mean with old sounds. But all tracks don't have that sound. Some more old than others. The weird thing is that there isn't much melodies, if that is weird. Hard to describe but it's more like a pattern. But this CD is nice if you're sick of TIP, 3D Vision stuff, like me. Final Verdict: 7/10
  18. Magnetrixx - Phase Shift Artist: Magnetrixx Title: Phase Shift Label: Tatsu Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Quagga 02. Tohuwabohu 03. Suppencaspa 04. Lemmink 05. Zigzagg 06. Phase Shift 07. Zuversucht 08. Gluonball Review: Many of us is familiar with Magnetrixx. Has a progressive sound. Hmm...What to say. I don't get the feeling that I wan't to get mad and wild to this kind of music. Something lacks, and it's prolly a groovy bassline. But with sounds that just "blipps and blopps" that would sound weird maybe. Anyway, he makes a good atmosphere in his tracks. He uus bongos and stuff well. But this CD is too slow to do it for me. But hey, thats his style. Number 2 6 is cool tho. Anyone that are on the progressive style like Son Kite and Co should buy this. Final Verdict: 6/10
  19. Mumbo Jumbo - Speaking In Tongues Artist: Mumbo Jumbo Title: Speaking In Tongues Label: Turbo Trance Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Turtlehead 02. Brad 03. Techno Boom Boom (Rmx) 04. Jax Back 05. Dumb Ass Groovers 06. Mysteronz (Live Mix) 07. The Bongolians 08. Fishbone (Rmx) 09. Speaking In Tongues Review: woohoo...The Cosmosis sound is all over this one. This is like a Cosmosis album, almost. The percussions are so typical. Oh yeah. This is much like "Find you own divinity" track on Contact album. And I like that track which means I like this one too. Actually, there isn't much more to say. This is a solid release and it's has some very good moments that will blow you away. Final Verdict: 8/10
  20. Hux-Flux = Dennis Tapper and Henrik Something. No more, no less. Hux-Flux is like the best live act I ever heard. So don't miss them when you have the chance
  21. Author: german (---.uninet.net.mx) .mx Isn't that Mexico? I do believe it is. Solong!
  22. Vibrasphere - Lime Structure Artist: Vibrasphere Title: Lime Structure Label: Digital Structures Date: 2003 Track listing: 01. Soul Wire 02. Lemon Phase 03. Newport 04. Time Shifter 05. Manzanilla 06. Indian Summer 07. Purple Floating 08. Infusion 09. Silver Sun Review: Progressive trance. I could stop writing now cuz that is exactly what this is. Compare to their first album. This hasn't got so many chilled tracks. The non chilled are better than the non chilled on the first one imo. But I don't like it to much. Maybe you will. I really wanna see a chillout album with these guys. The ambient track here (Manzanilla) is truly amazing. I love their ambient and I think they should fokus on it :-) Final Verdict: 6/10
  23. This is not as good as the first one. Shpongle does what they have to ofcourse. But the other tracks arent special at all. Just long typical TIP-world stuff. The first one truly delivered awesome and very cool tracks, but this one; naaah. Final Verdict: 7/10
