  1. Well, I like the cover. Look how happy these little creatures are! Now they are free! =)
  2. Haven't heard the album yet, but I like Psyfactor's chill track @ VA - A Magical Journey. ...and I'm with EP here. All this devil and evil things, it's SO childish and cheesy =)) If you name tracks like this, you do this because you have got a certain aim, you want track names to give a special effect. And if you want your music to be associated with Devil, Satan and the funny things like that, the most primitive way of reaching that is naming tracks like this. IMO, that has nothing intelligent, psychedelic and interesting about it. Have you tryed yourself in black metal? I'm sure you'd be very popular there among 16yo dressed-in-black-fed-up-with-life depressive kids shaking their head and screaming 'AAAAAAaaaaaaa!" every time words like "Devil", "Satan", "Kill" or something like this pops up. Stupid. ...look and the masters of Dark Psy - Xenomorph, Para Halu, Ocelot - has anyone ever seen track names like this? Never! Their music is so twisted ans psychedelic that it scares me. That's the point about dark, imo. Has anyone ever seen a discusion about BAD track names? Never! Only about the best ones... So, maybe there is a point in words of guys that spent like 10 years in goa scene saying that this is stupid?
  3. For a long-long time I couldn't chill properly with music that had (too) many beats in it. As for ambient I can say that I grew up with IDM-like ambient: Aphex Twin, Autechre, BoC, Brian Eno, Steve Roach and so on. Ambient (and most chill) has to be beatless in the first place, imo. I could not stand duby tunes for more then 5 minutes Just not so long ago I began to understand (like) dub and all that stuff, but still, after partys or if I'm very tired I put on floating sounds without these agressive beats saying boom boom
  4. Samples. PsyShop's real-audio stream doesn't want to play.
  5. Has anyone heard these Mysterious Eight Bonus Tracks?
  6. but they are pretty good in making bad music u can't deny it
  7. Interesting, how much did USTA and Phonokol pay to psyshop for that kind of promotion?
  8. Para Halu - The World Of Peace, definitely
  9. Entheogenic - Spontaneous Illumination (2003) Shulman - In Search of A Meaningful Moment (2003) H.U.V.A. Network - Distances (2004) Aes Dana - Memory Shell (2004) VA - Earth Octave Lounge Vol.2 (2005) Mystical Sun - Primordial Atmospheres (2005) ...and Shpongle, of course
  10. Miditec really is crap... it's sometimes hard to say to an artist that his music is crap, especially at the forums, but this isn't that kind of situation

    V/A-Source

8/10 What if I don't like SA style? What if I don't like full on?
  12. My father was an audiophile some time ago... so he had a nice equipment, I think: Technics SL-PS50 - CD Player Sherwood RX-4030R - Amplifier Kenwood KL-666X - 2*120W Speakers I couldn't find anything about those Kenwoods on the net, because they are from the 60's... but they sound like 'OMG!', diamonds! There also was an equalizer, 'Photon' - the ukrainian company, but he gave it to his friend who never returned it
  13. Autechre - Nine (Amber / 1994) Psyfactor - Realiens (A Magical Journey / 2005) before falling into the dream unusual combination, but these two track are almost made for each-other, imo =) Goodnight!
  14. BoC reminds me of my childhood... don't know why, but every time I listen to them, I close my eyes and see blue sky with few clouds over green trees floating very very slowly. That was the first thing I was seeing every day then I woke up. Just like in the morning after party, especially if it was an open-air at some nice place (ie moutain), you sit and watch the landscape... everything is so quiet BoC takes you to this kind of state instantly. I've got many stuff by them, no original CD's but everything in 320kbps. Need anything - just ask =) And remember Everything You Do Is A Balloon!
  15. that's the point about this track, now we all know what to expect
  16. Sounds nice, didn't expect MFG to sound like this these days. but still it sounds full-onish... and that guitarrrr... :/
  17. Me did I want to write a nice review, because I'm in love with it too... I hope to be the first to write one.
  18. me too =) listened to it for 3 times and I can't get it... I'm pretty disappointed Have to give it more listens...
  19. I can't find this CD interesting and I agree with DP that I previous releases were much better. Son Kite has been previously released... but I liked Natural Flow's track Flying Toaster, just wish they still produced Blue Vortex-like music well... waiting for new releases by Groove Zone.
  20. Cosmicleaf always gives us something different. As I understand, Unicorn (-› Cosmicleaf) is based on a mp3-label or something like that ...like Resonant Earth for example, so the artists are true music-lovers and making music is their hobby in the first place. It doesn't sound that proffesional, but it has a soul... and it has greater value. This is what I like about their releases. Still, the music is wonderfull, there really are no bad tracks! What I would like hear from the artists on this compilation are faster tracks, I suppose they would sound very interesting.
  21. '09. Psyfactor - REaliens' is definitely the favourite for me
  22. Co0l! =) 9. Ultimeatmegaultradisko - this is so funny ))
  23. Wonderful! =) When can I expect Schlabb07 to hit the stores?
  24. If you only knew the power of the dark side! Really tremendous album, one of the best for dark side of trance =)
  25. If I had a chance - I'd go. Don't waste yours. The guy is a legend, no matter what people say. He sux, he rocks, doesn't matter, see him, listen to him and u'll know what he is.
