  1. Could not agree more. I think I reviewed it on here a while ago. Awesome vibe through the whole CD. I hope it wins one of the best releases for 2007! :posford: Mdk
  2. Yep, if you read the date on discogs it says April 1st. However, it could be an April Fools joke. Thanks in advance for keeping the Goa spirit alive and putting this compilation out there Mike! Mdk
  3. Getting antsy now! I want it, I want it, I want it! *sits down, puts chin in left palm and exhales deeply* 2008 is just shaping up to be a blockbuster. Way to go Mike! Mdk
  4. Ace Ventura - Go With the Flow (Morax rmx) from V/A - Think Different Mdk
  5. Great question! I am one of those guys that wakes up at a certain time everyday (including weekends) without an alarm clock. Never owned one. Never needed one. Even in my youth when I would get stoned out of my gourd or falling down drunk the night before, I would always wake up very early in the morning. It's a curse, as I have no idea what it is like to sleep later than 8:30 AM. I am however a master at the 20 minute power nap! How's this for some variety? I just listened to some Lupe Fiasco (great artist) followed up by my childhood hero Billy Joel! :posford: Mdk
  6. I thought about how much I listen to this music. I'm listening to it right now. I search here and at Isra for upcoming releases at least 3-4 times a day. Here is a typical day for me: Wake up at 5:30 AM and get all the things I need for work. Since I don't leave until 8:15, after showering, preparing my lunch, making breakfast and caring for the dog, that leaves me with about an hour to listen. Straight to the computer I go. When I get in my truck I pop in a cd of about 100 mp3's per, and listen on the 25 minute commute to work. At lunch, I either put on my mp3 player or recline in my truck and listen to more music. On the way home, you guessed it, more psy. I haven't listened to the radio in months. When I get home, if I am there before my wife, I will listen to some until she gets home. After I cook dinner for us, if there is no hockey on TV, my wife does some work and I listen to more psy until bedtime around 10 or 11. Then I get up and do it all again the next day. On weekends, I have spent an entire Saturday just listening to music. I think I need an intervention. Anyone have similar situations? Mdk
  7. Never heard of V/A - Cosmic Disorder. Who released it and when? Mdk
  8. Although it sounds a bit dated now, I liked this album. Some of that delectable goa sound thrown in a blender with horror movie samples and what you get is a satanic ride through the supernatural. I just received his latest "Demagoguery Of The Obscurants" and am looking forward to giving it a listen. Mdk
  9. ManMadeMan- Wiliam from the V/A Funk 1997. This album is weird, but I kinda like it. I'm hoping for some goa riffs soon, as I now equate 1997 as the goa year. :posford: Mdk
  10. I agree with Riton, nothing to see here people, keep it moving. Mdk
  11. 2008...The year goa dominates. Hell. Yeah. Mdk
  12. Jesus, guys stop! My heart can't take this! You're telling me that Ethereal has a 2nd album coming soon? Release date? Samples? This is..is.. Goa-Tastic! :posford: :posford: Mdk
  13. I'm guessing you mean Anahata for Transwave That is a spectacular tracklist! Mdk
  14. I swear I can not listen to all this good music fast enough. Suntrip is about to drop the mother of all blind buys on Friday and now this. I am an official Suntrip bunny! :posford: Mdk
  15. I came across this artist in my travels and I thought he was very good! Time to give him some promotion! Wavemaster Enjoy! Mdk
  16. I am quite familiar with the symbolism of the pentagram, thank you very much. Now, onto your belief that I am judging a book by its cover. Let's look at the facts: Trishula records responsible for the following releases: Psyfactor- Evil Inside V/A- Ignus Fatuus Procs- Stuck in the Oven With Me Mubali- Cats @ Play V/A Crazy Goblins and Wicked Pixies All Dark Psy. So perhaps you can see why one would assume that this would be a dark release with the pentagram (show that symbol to the majority of people and they will associate it with evil) and the devil-like creature in the center of it. Now, having said that I look forward to this release. For me a lot of DarkPsy is unlistenable (see Psyfactor's 1st album) but that is just for me. I also find the happy cheesy trance unlistenable. I quite enjoy dark-full on like Phatmatix or Shift or Zybex or Tryambaka. If Psyfactor puts out a slammer like those, I will be first in line to purchase a cd. So Trishula records, I respect you as a label and you can put any promo material out there you like. However, don't get offended when one would make assumptions about releases based on your own labels catalogue. Mdk
  17. So this isn't Darkpsy? Really? Not even with the pentagram or the devil in the middle? I call bullshit. Mdk
  18. Happily still here! :posford: Psytrance styles may come and go, but they can never equal the feeling of goa! Mdk
  19. Cool! Love your music! :posford: Can't wait to hear these. Thanks so much! Mdk
  20. Wow. Just wow. This sucks donkey ass. Mdk Actually, I haven't heard it yet, but I will soon!
  21. But not so crazy to put you off if you don't care for Suomi stuff. Mdk
  22. Boy did I just waste an hour listening to this snoozefest. I realize this must've been when minimal was popular, but 2 Tylenol PMs don't put me to sleep like this. I agree with the first poster that this seemed like a half-assed effort. Mdk
