  1. Lumukanda - That Was Zen - This Is Tao CD '13e' (Psy Trance) This is more of a down tempo release than a psytrance release. That said, it is a great album and I encourage someone to snag it!
  2. I'd fear your colon blowing out before you dying. This runs right through you... lol
  3. The price for a half gallon of coffee is a few bucks. It's quite cheap to make at home. I'll kick you some coffee for free =) I'll be bringing a bunch for camp
  4. Come out to Symbiosis Total Eclipse festival next summer up here in Oregon and I'll bring enough to share! =)
  5. Yes! If it is the end of the world, I'm gonna go out satisfied!
  6. It definitely affects me. I drink one cup of my magic brew each day and that's it. On weekends I might have an additional cup of regular coffee if I go out to brunch. After fucking with my caffeine levels greatly during that stint as a barista, I now watch my intake. Also, it cleans me out! That shit makes me poop like mad. Instant diuretic lolololol
  7. He does live stuff in Edinburgh. If you are ever in that part of the country, you can probably hear him play some place. He does recordings for other people but I'm not sure how to figure out which bands. If he ever puts up a discography, I'll let you know. Most of his work is live performance installation stuff. Don't think he releases it.
  8. The song is absolutely, 100%, childish, immature, offensive, and could be considered quite misogynist. This is all done with intent. That said, my song does not condone or glorify sexual assault. "Grab them by the pussy" is sexual assault and if you don't see the difference between my stupid childish song and assault, I don't know what to say.
  9. (may as well post this in both the political threads...) I wrote a song about Donald Trump! Only one more week of it being relevant (I hope)!

  11. When I want coffee, it's mostly a mental thing. Like when you want a whisky and all they have is a mint julep. There is nothing wrong with a mint julep, but it's not a whisky. Same with coffee. I drink mine black and with a touch of molasses or sugar. I don't do syrupy sweet milky drinks. Nothing wrong with them, but see the above analogy for liquor. =) When my brain needs the elixir of life, a Frappuccino is not that item. When it's 105 degrees out and I want a yummy sweet concoction with a bit of pep, a Frappuccino totally hits the spot!
  12. Frappuccinos are delicious milkshakes =) Well, they were. They stopped selling the creme de mint syrup, which was my jam. Mint Mocha Frappuccino was awesome. The new peppermint shit is not the same. I haven't had a drink from there in years but it's a nice sugary dessert. Not what I consider to be coffee
  13. Process is now Dr. Process. Has a degree in sound design and really enjoys recording analog music, playing with unique microphones, and making noise and drone music. He's quite very much out of the trance world. I was shocked Drezz was able to get him to work on a track for the album. It would be great if he did more, but I really don't see it being in the cards. That said, he's really happy with what he does and I am very stoked for him. He always enjoyed music far beyond just the trance, so it wasn't surprising that he would veer away from the scene as time progressed. It's a bummer that he doesn't come back around but I'd rather have him sit it out and do what inspires him than fake it for a couple of cash grabs. Who knows, maybe he'll find it in his heart to come out again at some point.
  14. It's all about Killin' It with Paul Crik
  15. I was a barista for over a decade. I love coffee. I make a cold pressed toddy every week and drink that. It's hella strong and thick. Kind of like drinking a super smooth, cold, cup of espresso. I mix into the pitcher of toddy about 2tbsp of dark molasses and a teaspoon or two of dark brown sugar (I'm kind of going through a tweaking of my recipe) and then I just pour myself a cup of coffee each morning. It's immediate and I don't need to wait for the coffee to brew. Oh, it's so good...
  16. Psy-Harmonics closed and I don't think his last album sold too well. I think he's just chilling out these days. He has/had an album of material that was either only released on a single comp or entirely unreleased Other than that, I don't know if he's up to much these days
  17. At least we know it won't be happening again
  18. Anyone planning on attending? Should be a pretty stellar good time =)
  19. I tried balancing a mix of old classics with more new and modern tracks through my Happy 20th(ish) Anniversary series of mixes. The fill 6hr04min long version can be streamed from MixCloud here: https://www.mixcloud.com/goaconstrictor/happy-20thish-anniversary-goa-trance-604-mix/ You may also stream the 04 individual mixes on MixCloud (or download any of them from my server) Not sure if that's what you're looking for though. The Spring and Summer mixes are my two favorites of the four seasons. I think they came together the most cohesively and smoothly... https://www.mixcloud.com/goaconstrictor/happy-20thish-anniversary-goa-trance-spring/ https://www.mixcloud.com/goaconstrictor/happy-20thish-anniversary-goa-trance-summer/
  20. (lololololol... t-shirts tucked into jeans will never be a good look...)
  21. I love this album for it being mostly straightforward. Their last album was a bit too house for my tastes. The album before was great but was also more electro-house influenced. I really like that they dialed those traits back and gave us some pure progressive trance with some acid and nice fills. No vocals, no horns, no gimmicks. Just gorgeous psychedelic progressive for a warm sunny summer afternoon...
  22. Yay! I'm glad you liked it! If you're into these mixed genre type stuff, definitely check out the rest of the series. The first one has some Kino Oko, Shaolin Wooden Men, Rip n Eiji, and more. They're all a bit unique from one another.
  23. Squarefeet is one of Pepe's solo projects. Here's a YouTube with the music: It's not at all like his bangers That said, the breaks are sick and it very much shares a type of sound which I have troubles explaining. He has a way of making everything sound thick and drowning in syrup while crushing you with a tree. I'm glad you posted this topic as I had completely forgotten about this release and I'm excited to dig it out and give it a spin. There was a grip of great music being released at that time and my memory is overflowing with songs. Good stuff though. I say, pick it up =)
  24. Still need to see this movie. Have heard many great things =)
  25. Geoff (Rip Van Hippy) and Andrew Till definitely still kick it. We had a blast and Andrew's set was easily one of the most psychedelic experiences. In addition to them, since he was brought up previously, Process played. apolloslute.com/ The Propaganda onslaught for promotion was fun with that. I miss throwing parties and booking lineups. Unfortunately, Rip Van Hippy, Andrew Till, and Process, while great on paper, is hard to entice people to in a place like Oregon, USA...
