Im not a pro in this regard, but if Id have to say quality over quantity then its definitely Italy I know of only 2 acts, Etnica's team and Lotus Omega team and we all know that Etnica were masters of early psytrance and Lotus Omega were really creative with their sounds, let alone their union that led to Crop Circles, another psychedelic trance legend act. Israel on the other hand have been the most productive with lots of great artists and releases and also with many crap artists and crap releases too. Germany, well I think they were all about quality, X-Dream, MidiMiliz/Spirallianz... France was good also, UK too. I named those that had either super quality acts in large numbers or that defined the genre at some point that I know of !

How I see the live thingy - you tweak sounds, track architecture on the fly and dont rely solely on pre-recorded sequences and track arrangements, you add something different to each of your live appearances/sets, because you dont pre-arrange everything before you start to play, you leave some room for creativity and alteration of sounds making your live sound richer, fuller and more unique, more personal!

Well, how about this - playing songs from, for example, CD's but applying real time effects and additional tracks/samples/loops being layered on top, Id consider that to be more than pressing play as well !

AP seem like quite weird union these days: -most of oldies are sick and tired of playing their Goa tunes so they are producing mostly full on and playing that for the most part at parties, right? -yet AP havent produced much recent sounds so they are sort of "forced" to play their old tunes no matter if its Goa crowd, full on crowd or just fucked up druggies at your generic rave party -at the same time, AP seems to be playing all of their sets from either mp3 players or laptops running pre-made sequences with no actual live sound alterations done on the fly, thus making this your typical press-play-act like youre doing something performance. So, yeah, summing that all up, Id say its weird that they have been able to play their old tunes for all these years and at the same time putting little to no effort in making them sound different each time they play. Money only?

Draeke, AWESOME! Huge congrats on making this happen! Mental Puzzle - track Ive previously heard and it was floating around as Max+X-Dream Walk on the Moon? Fluorophilia Camps Bay sounds like out of this world! Some tracks in this album sound more like Pleiadians tracks, which is a good thing! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! Will this have digital release with e-booklet attached?

I love AP, they sound liquid and flowing, however inner geek and interstellar traveller loves the weirdness of MFG's sounds and effects, they are pure bliss! I voted MFG, but id say 50/50 for both of them ! Love it, epic!
