  1. Ok, fuck it. 5 top Goa (artist) Albums, no VA, no other releases then full album by Goatrance artist with Goatrance release: #5 Ra - 9th (It's very nice Goatrance) #4 Dimension 5 ‎– Transdimensional (Even though I dont know it by heart, I think it should be here on the list) #3 Hallucinogen ‎– Twisted (hard to choose from the lone deranger and this, but this seems more Goa) #2 Psykovsky ‎– Ksolntsu (fuck you, it just became Goatrance) #1 Pleiadians ‎– I.F.O. [i.dentified F.lying O.bject] (the triple CD from DAT)
  2. From whatever I want you say. Hm, how lush is that. My point was that if I was sailing on a boat in the wast oceans, and a terrible storm set in that rocked the ship majorly, so majorly that the boat got into problems, and threw me and it self in to the depth of the water swirling around being crushed against the shorelines of an unknown tropical island, destroying much, but essensially not all, and all this collude. Would I then end up flushed on a beach on "your" Desert Island (Albums) with My personal luggage, like it happens in them movies and books? Ok, so if my luggage wasnt flushed on the shores of this fantasy Desert Island like my (Im still alive!!) body was, IT (the gear needed, Albums, and Equipment to listen to them on / maybe only a discman, or, an iPod of sorts to make it easier) would still be in the ship sealed air/water tight in my fancy lugaggecontainers, so after waking up and gathering my mind and shit, i'd dive and rescue whats left of the sonics in the shipwreck. And yeah sure, not only would I dive and salvage my personal record collection that is tightly sealed inside a travelbox that also contains some soundsystem that I for mysterious engineering abilities makes work (power), and pump out the sound that I need while Im stranded on this beautiful but remote island in the middle of nowhere. Anyway, this is the 5 best Goa albums I recon in my humble collection: And you stress that it HAS to be GOA. Such thin line sometimes between Goa and Psytrance. Just listen to Multimoods by Tandu, is this Goa, or Psytrance more? Imo its both Goa and Psytrance, but maybe more in the sytrance pile then Goa. this especially goes for Pigs in Space imho, its Psytrance, not Goa pr say, right? Same goes for i.e. UX - Ultimate Experience, it's Psytrance more then actual Goa-trance, right?? And The Lone Deranger is Psytrance where Twisted is Goa? I figure if you want to go straight down on it, I own mostly Psytrance, and less Goa. Though, even a Destination Goa album can be full of "psytrance" and less of "Goa".. This is hard man, to pick 5 GOA albums thats top for me, in my own collection containing 600 + albums 'cause of all the boarderline Psytrance albums and releases.. Anyway i spent time this morning skipping my breakfast trying to post an answer to this rum&coconut drunk topic of yaars: BTW just came to think it, you write Albums so clearly. But I can choose from all GOA, also EP's and VA's? 1. Ravi Shankar With Alla Rakha ‎– Music Of India - Rāgas And Tālas https://www.discogs.com/Ravi-Shankar-With-Alla-Rakha-Music-Of-India-R%C4%81gas-And-T%C4%81las/release/2499112(Hey, it was bought in Goa, Ok. Yes its a vnyl, but on this island, i would make it work/sound) 2. Various ‎– Distance To Goa 3 from Substance https://www.discogs.com/Various-Distance-To-Goa-3/release/41442 2. But enjoying More then 5 albums, moohhah * Or maybe I just drowned and died, and am now dreaming of my (Goa) music
  3. Quit interesting, mjees jes. Høres fedt ut man, trippy emotional and travelling. Have you thought about going over to Ableton instead of FL? Im biased caus ive decided after many years to go on the Ableton asap - most people with success of releasing (if thats a goal at all - for most its the only goal :, do not use FL in my experience of knowing.. The amatourishness impression without a strong knowing of what Im DAW-talking ABOUT, often comes because of the usage of FL instead of another DAW, like Cubase, which is a much harder tool to learn afaik. Nice sound man, vibe and space .. Of course, if youve spent your life dedicated to FL mastering, its crap to have to leave it and learn a new one, i guess. This is a really nice track with its content and ideas. Lovely noise you got there also -- Experiences with live gigs hearing your sound pump out of the speakers into the space will improve your production skills a lot i think.
  4. Aum ..... After 7 years in my wishlist on discogs, i finally bought it. Its paid for, but not sent yet https://www.discogs.com/Yamabikaya-%E0%AB%90-Namah-Shivaya/release/637775 ^ Never heard these tracks before. I bet they are amazing. I do not own a vinylplayer.
  5. Can I choose 5 albums from all of the worlds Goa albums, or should I choose only 5 from my personal collection, to make the topic more authentic?
  6. https://www.discogs.com/artist/58107-Yamabikayatheir full album is amazing imho
  7. What is desert island, is it to exclusive to be discogs-linked?
  8. HaLLuCiNoGeN - Space Pussy EP (digital from Bandcamp) HaLLu C i No Ge N -Deranger EP (also digial from BC) Only the ddigital release, not the CDs: Inner Panic 2 - V.A. (Manic Dragon Records) HORRORDELIC Rec. AUDIO DVD + I got all the files, again from Bandcamp. https://horrordelic.bandcamp.com/album/spice-melange https://boshkebeatsrecords.bandcamp.com/album/cybered-acid-box-cd-horns-hoofs-entertainmentThe CD (ordered today), its really good and me who came abit late to presently find the deep magic of The Delta and all those X's, think it's supernice with the present production that CYBERED - ACID BOX contains, not hiding his musical source of inspiration (afaik) and its tracks seem a bit more positive compared to the darker psychological themes of the Delta..swirling steep inside sound psychosis'. --which from this forum makes me think I should (with respect) get a Amitabha Buddha album soon. It's been on hold for a long time. Ive never really listeten good to his music just some few listen here and there. If you who reads want to recommend me a album by him, be my guest and suggest!
  9. Never leave home without one. the Buddy El-car

Im gonna play a couple-3 tracks, like Pleiadiens, A.P, and D5 Also, its gonna be a wild experimental set in ways, and this is PSYCHEDELIC METAL https://ubartmar.bandcamp.com/track/mugen-kun-zenbuiri , happy to be infused and stuff with the set at some time. Im not preplanning the set(s), just gonna bring much music and equipment to play with and see what comes out of its furnuce
  11. ...and gnuq it like silverware

  13. im doing the same, and im mainly using a cloth that cleans sunglasses ... these guys have amazing products; http://www.enjo.com/html/int
  14. Much respect to them and their diverse psytrance production. Also, i think maybe that the huge aussie artist Terrafractyl, kinda (im feeling and guessing here) got his signature sound / drive from this album by SunSUN? https://www.discogs.com/SynSUN-Phoenix/release/657939He just, kinda perfected it. Made it his own sound and signature. I know also Terrafractyl was one of those who was very inspired by Infected Mushroom's IM the Supervisor. I supported SynSUN back from the very start by buying the Symphonic Adventures album.
  15. WoohA! What an outstanding hardcore Psychedelic Ba-boom album! Ive heard it some here and there throughtout the years, but never had the time/money to get it. It's price is Ok, and the music inside is mad. Would love to hold this release in my hands. Thanks for sharing this, i hope to one day also own it in my collection. Its a beauty, for sure. https://youtu.be/XDFpER0XqSA?t=58m36s

This thread smells like cum and poppers  Anyway, im still a voter on the Donnie Darko OST being ftw.
  19. So great I own 3 out of those 5 suggestions from the top of your (nice choices!) head.
  20. Hey ! So im gonna update this post as I'm finally after many years going through my collection, carefully. This is the special releases I own, be it digital, or physical.. I personally dont own to many "special" digital releases .. .Maybe you do:) Some of us will own the same release, and perfectly well understand the specialness about it. CD's: Phi - Phinalizer https://www.discogs.com/Phi-Phinalizer/release/342410 ~ Because of the hard packaging, and the silky like digi-sleeve cd-protector Psykovsky - ksolntsu https://www.discogs.com/Psykovsky-Ksolntsu/release/7767658 ~ I'd rather not say actually. Vinyls: Shpongle - Museum of consciousness ~ It's the only 3D covered vinyl I own, and I think the music inside has holographic tendencies. Digital: Digitalis - Collected Vinyl Breaks ~ because it inroduced back the idea of including a dj-mix of the tracks of the release itself, like that 2nd CD sometimes in the old days used to do... See last track: https://sebtaylor.bandcamp.com/album/collected-vinyl-breaks Any other formats you have that the release is special in design for you? memorystick, Casette...smth else?.. name them if you wish
