  6. That ,,thin" take-off when it all comes together at Only Love = PS. When I got this album (Kill Fucking Bill) I was hooked (again) on SSX3. The main mountain which takes about 20 minutes to ride was a favorite to play while spinning this track:) There is a thin line between trippy and psychedelic. Most psychedelic stuff is trippy in a sense, but not all trippy stuff is psychedelic in basic. I love trippy stuff.
  7. Did anyone bother to check out the Eddie Mis album, it's defo worth the listen if interested in slower psychedelic house induced music. Rabbit Dream
  8. Am not sure, challenging melodie, most psychedelic and also tripped out? donno .. maybe a Koxbox track from Dragon Tales? .. So many people talk about Hux Flux, annoys me I still haven't really heard their work proppa' buuut, I would like to mention that the bassline of (also it' melodie) totally drags me in and out of this dimension. It's hyper tripped out, I can feel my face bending. Cunt Roll :b hehh Good question, hard answer.

Energy Fields 5:55 I first heard of Eddie Mis’ music when I started to listen to Israeli trance back in the very early 2000’s. The track that I got the opportunity to get to know and love was the oh-so-famous ‘The X-File’, which today stands as one of the biggest classics out there with plenty of releases (no wonder it stands as a huge classic with so many releases on various compilations through the years) and vivid remixes by acts like Jon the Dentist, Quirk, Xerox & Illumination and others. Also the classic ‘Liquid Troll’ by Chakra stands out as a good example of trippy flavored and liquid feared piece of psychedelic trance music for the fantasy to dive. Both of these tracks originated from his and Chakra’s jointed debut album 'The Promised Land' from 1996. After nearly a decade away from the limelight, with occasional appearance here and there (Funtech's 'Playnice' album in 2000, f.e.), 2010 finally bring an Eddie Mis new album release, and this time all on his own. Gone are the frantic and mad vibes from earlier psytrance works, and in steps the progressive acid house relaxation groove with a smooth dose of psychedelics. For those who expect to encounter killer trance related beats full-on-style should take a step back, because this album consists of 11 intelligent, mature and experimental tracks with patience for the absurd, love for the detail and passion for the slow feelgood tempo. Those who want to experience the experimental view of psychedelic house induced music with weird fields of play and stunning planes of grass, should give themselves the gift of purchasing this trippalicious album released by Eddie's own Acix Recordings (based in The US - SF, California), because it is for sure a gem worth taking the time to get to know and adore. The cover design by Laura (www.lauraworks.com) is as lovely and flavored as the music inside. The 60s vibe is floating nicely with the dream filled rabbits jumping along the wavy colour paths of liquid streams. The production seems flawless with deep basses, nice clear kicks and ticks to tingle your chakras and with enough smart melodies to chill you out, groove you down and smoke you up. I know that I am very grateful for owning this special piece of art, I doubt it will become a well known classic but I will do my bit to make sure people out there knows about its existence. Music like this deserves attention, even if it isn’t fast phased action packed music for the dimwitted ones. So go check out the samples, feel the experimental vibe and dream the feel of floating with 11 rabbits (read tracks) and more then so colours (read details). Recomendation: Highly recommended for keen acid ears and patient party souls!!! 13. Artha - Influencing Dreams (Cronomi Records) 2010 (cronomi003cd) 1. Dubber Nubber 6:50 2. Controlled 10:32 3. Chaos 7:02 4. Saikol 9:18 5. Mystic Change 7:53 6. Vocal Distortion 9:17 7. Bali 9:57 8. Transfusion 9:06 9. Insidelamp 8:51 Artha first got certain recognition for his production skills and vision when he joined a Psynews.org contest to make a Goa track for a free digital compilation. This was in 2002, back when his sound was (naturally) rougher and sort of more energetic if you’d like. As time passed, Michal from Poland, refined his sound and his music became cleverer, more twisted and he advanced in his hallucinogenic trance motion with subliminal patterns. After years without almost anyone daring to pick up and release his masterful music, Cronomi Records teamed up last year with Ektoplazm.com and finally decided go full throttle and release a free digital EP named ‘Fluori Dolby’ (download it for Free here) which managed to create a stir in the psychedelic trance community. This release quickly grew in popularity and demand since it had feelings of lost magic and forgotten rituals. His style was a long sought after imitation of how real emotional and complex Goa trance was supposed to sound and feel, it was like someone had released 'Hallucinogen 3’ under a different alias. Ok so here it is, in blunt words. This album is a MASTERPIECE. It has all the grooves, the turns and trance-flows a psychedelic explorer searches after when it comes to the Goa in trance. If you’re already familiar with Hallucinogen's earlier work, like the Twisted album released in ‘95, you will quickly realize how beautiful this full album release is. And this I say no matter how similar it is to Hallucinogen with some Shpongle influences here and there, or should I say inspiration. Influencing Dreams is fantastic trance music with beautiful cosmic voyages that absolutely deserves and craves your love and attention. For years, since Hallucinogen released his second album 'The Lone Deranger' in 1997, people around the globe had been crying for a third album from the master (Simon Posford). Well people, a Hallucinogen copy or not, here it is, this album is for you! Ok, so enough about the fact that it sounds very much like Hallucinogen. This album has of course a lot of originality from Artha’s own heart and emotions. It’s filled with beautiful melodies and sexy tricks. It is satisfyingly lengthy, giving you a proper trip for the money spent on purchasing an original copy. What seems to lack in this release might be what Artha used to have before becoming professional, a tad more power/energy and rougher pads - a stronger identity and better coherency would also be appreciated.. The album artwork seems cheap, but really it's super trippy! The track names however, give me little to no inspiration. Though one can argue that track names means nothing, I think differently because for me names and art will and may boost the impression of a track or an album, it becomes an extended identity of the ,,product”. The artwork has been cleverly created by one Tomasz Rozynski. I like the design scheme where you can hold it against the light and see how the front and back picture sort of morphs nicely into each other. Recomendation: A couple of days ago while for the first time listening to the album, I fell in love. This was passion in music I had been missing. The following night I had the most extraordinary ‘in space with alien races’ sort of dream. When I woke up, I had to ask myself; Influencing Dreams, really? … Mastering is well done by Colin Bennun (OOOD). Everything is super, and that extra bass-drive in some of the tracks is nothing but stunning to get driven with. If you’re a fan of melodic Goa trance with intelligence and psychedelic drive, there is no doubt- GET THIS ALBUM! 18. Yo guys ! I got this release, bought it because it was the only Transdriver album I could find, and I thought Vasily Aka. Psykovsky was a part of the project (still). In this album he is not, but the album is still great, got a lot of classical music melodies and it works wonders, especially the night CD. You see, one CD is night driven with more psycore elements, without being dark killargh chainsaw music. And the Daytime CD is luvely with a more full-on approach, I guess they both have that full-on flavour in psyland without being chemical induced crap. I love this release, but don't listen to it frequently, I morte or less pick it out of the CD shelf from time to time to get a kick, and it does kick nicley I say check it out : PS. after a few years of owning it, it is still growing on me and revealing more of its magic. Which I like, a lot!

  20. Hell yeah baby! U know I'd love that too :)

  21. Hi again people, I would like to add some information that I forgot to mention in my review. This release is really well thought out with important details for collectors and DJ's. First of all this contains a 6 paged booklet (fold it out) with beautiful art and some writings. It is also included a DJ-slip which is (unfortunately) rare these days and that is definitely something to appreciate. Ps. About the luxurious whore sentence (Ninth track), I would like to add an edit inspired by folks from the psymusic forum: I should have thought harder on my luxurious whore comment. its way better with 'glow in the dark tits' and yes this is 'illuminated tit psytrance' with extremely hard nipples, not 'oiled whore psytrance' - Very sexy and colourful in the brightest and yummiest fashion. .. Naughty review .. Very naughty music. bOm..!! to the Devils Mind Crew for their hard work and effort in giving us something, giving us art that will last for years and years! And always remember; 'To talk about music is like dancing to architecture' :)

Mind D - Omn Way (Remake) 142 bpm 08. Mind Controller - LHL 128 bpm 09. 7th Reef - Back To Earth Electric Dope Records first came into peoples conscious light with the release of the down-tempo/freestyle debut album by ‘Psyknights’, which quickly found itself a core of fans in the underground scene and established them self of being an interesting label to keep an eye on. Unfortunately not much would spring out of EDR’s release catalog and it would pass a couple of years before they again released a physical compilation with hard knocking full-on psychedelic electro tracks boarding to psychotic. This is a compilation filled with Down and Dirty electro Psy-Trance influenced tracks, so get ready to bend and twist your skull and give your feet a proper blister workout. Depending on taste, this contains 9 hard knocking tunes by mostly unknown names within the scene, which is great. It’s always nice to see newcomers and to listen to their offerings. The first track is a rugged one with flat-liner sort of apparatus sounds making your heart jump and pump. This is sexy electro Psy-Trance with power grooves and hard knocking beats – which sort of lays the foundation for the rest of the album. *** Second track is a Powerball as well, with some nifty samples bragging about how cool the effect is with harmonics and change. The track drives steady with energetic pads and riffs in the synthesizer and elevated sounds. *** Third track play on a classic string, weak in the distance, strong in the foreground. Beats are pumping and the robotic voice sample is playing with your impressions while a more classic melody in the bassline/pad jump in reminding you that the 90’s dance Pump up the Jam anthems are not far away. ** Fourth track is a more mellowed down track with a fuller-on vibe and a subtle minimalistic effect range. Also this will introduce changing basslines in the 90’s dance style with breaks and lifts and progression. ** Fifth track starts with the typical muffled bass emerging from the depth with a hollow pointed ball leading the way until the beat stabilizes and becomes generic and driven by some cute enough effects that floats on top of the track. Lifts are present, breaks are there, and the cool factor is hard with some nice and mellow strings followed by rougher pads. Grind your teeth it’s party time! *** Sixth track provides more mysterious atmospheres and cave like windy moods with some electro vibrated bats circling around. The tempo and effects are all in the vein of the compilation and the melodies so. Breaks are present; yes this compilation is all about the Down and Dirty electro grooves. ** Seventh track leaves massive Déjà Vu’s as it again is about the electro power, the rough pads and the breaks followed by chemical lifts. This track has some nice work on the echoing and do play on tight wires to create that extra tension. It also has a nice mellowed out part at the with some strange voice sample chanting something. *** The number eight track follows the more mellowed out vibe instead of the immense power stroked electro sting while still being electro to the bone. It has some sexy elements with female voice samples that are for sure to get your dimpling sweaty on a hot and lush summer night by the pool. *** The ninth and last track cools down with slower beats per minute and lingering voice samples from a snaxy woman singing about getting back to earth almost get’s my juice going. It’s a nice and calm number easy to be enjoyed by most with a margarita in the hand. Not really my glass of drink as I prefer beer and brown booze. But nice enough for girls in short skirts wanting to shake their rump. *** Personally I think this music is terrible, I don’t like the electro vibe unless I’m wasted like a kite with a hot lady shaking her ass towards my crouch. All tracks are in essence nicely chosen and put together with firm flow and progress in evolution. The cover art is nice and cool promising exactly what it offers. - Taste will forever be taste, so this is not for me. Score: 2.6 / 6 Stars favorite tracks, not really. 23. ^yeah I love this and the debut album of Shulman, real beautiful and allienated music with tons of mystical smiles. Too bad his later offerings for me became too much and didn't sooth my taste at all, even though their more complex and well done, I would for ever preffer Shulmans two first albums.
