  1. I bet Radi604 would stepp her mountains any day PS. It ain't psytrance tunes, or atleast it's not maredet like psytrance on the cover so no need to flash it here, right? *bad cover: Nice fireworks, funny Aka. name. Bad cover. http://www.psyshop.com/cgi-bin/zoom.cgi?adp1cd001_b.jpg:CDs/adp/adp1cd001.html:;
  2. In the late 90’s a Makus character from Ukraine of astronomical magic ventured into the world of psychedelic trance with that extra passion in the spikadelika. In 2006 a match made in the cosmos where to be born as Makus and his beloved Dana Do formed what would become, Overdream. Overdream is a beautiful collaboration between two souls, two lovers of two planets (Mars and Venus). This is a celebration of two people with a passion for the psychedelic and a curiosity for the trance and the magic of holy dance. With a shamanic approval and Avatar Records interest, they finally in 2008 released their mighty debut of wonder and wise. This is their jungle, their flair, their power and stare. This is their baby, their musical journey, their fantasy in shamanism and colours that shine. Join me as we venture through nine compassions in an almost hectic suit. Overdream - Wonderwise (Avatar Records) 2008 (AVA051) 1 Wonderwise 7:52 2 Sunrise Mind Trick 7:45 3 Fiji Island 8:13 4 Extraterrestrial Travellers 8:34 5 Mista Twista 8:02 6 Aqua Boga Djerba 8:24 7 Daisy Limonade 7:49 8 Animated Mess 8:08 9 Sacrosant Toucan 7:51 1. Spinning elements builds the sound pushing out the beats as they are made out of singularities only to become frequent spacemen of talented shaman of electronically wonderwise never rolling a random dice for guidance. The beats are comfortable while carrying the amaze of sounds surrounding your astral being. Glittering stars wanders so far, sharp leads takes the need to feed on coolness and some haste makes sure the flight is weightless in fluorescence room-booms. ***** 2. As the mirror bends the sun rises with tricks in its flickering voice of meditative madness. The beats are heightened in tempo and the mood is more confusing with its basketak (to get a real hold as in a fight) while the leads are strong, never gone and rises while becoming distant as they surround you together with many other sounds creating what this album is all about, trance inducing states of pleasure in teeth grinding manners while playing on soft notes to create that extra angel wing. The melody at the end that finally comes after a long and tricky sunrise for sure flies your spirit away to blissful glimmers of flickering light. BEautiFULL. ****** 3. On Fiji Islands you are introduced to ‘the American way of life, on the threshold of the golden 60’s. Colored, style, comfort, utility and convenience. Recreation, fun... These seems to be the ultimate desires of today, tomorrow and for the years to come …’ Swirling centrifuges travel the beats, dunk’a-dunk the beat goes as shimmering effects on mushroom moods strikes your nerve-cells in that fashion we like. Something as confusing as this will always perceived as being magnificent and beautiful in all its colours and light with the dark matter combining it all for travelers on sunshine. Funny to get a very twisted take on a more or less typical Arabic melody with imaginary belly dancers and rotating pulses moving around with starching and barking. **** 4. Computerized bleeps, chanting visitors with Extraterrestrial Travellers clicking their thoughts in exhorting manners, building suspicions to a breakpoint of massive hysteria where birds and jungle aliens gather in more energized madness... All of these tracks have a strong jungle shaman with alien transcendence and fluorescence power to them, but the background layers in this track makes it extra evident. And after a nice build we get some Eastern European melodies (dare I say Ukrainian melodies?) for the head to shake on and feet to groove by. What a wonderful story telling gift these two lovers have. ***** 5. Hey hey greet the aliens in Latin America... Massive kicks and daggering side effects with sharp sintering sounds seem to be coming out together with hot fumes and playful sprouts decorating the otherwise abandoned fields with much life and pleasant duration. The sound effects as always on these twister tracks of Wonderwise really makes you fly because of their power to swirl around you so firm and fast in its hallucinogenic manner that gravitation almost seizes to exist. **** 6. Aqua Boga Djerba introduces bubbling vortex, melting poles and swinging masses asking for your divine attention. Calm is the play, sturdy is the walk with howling energies trying to get up and stay. Moist crisp in bamboo sticks trying to make a melody in its humble corner. As the water based life forms echoes inside a jungle cave, an eastern instrument of bended eyes plays a tune encouraging the stick-player to feed the confidence with drippier play without so much care for failure. ***** 7. OOoohhh so powerful the rolls have become, like a nuclear threat of some kind. ‘Picking up a lot of yellow, must be daisies. Lock on target, men!’ Rockets are fired, blasting the disco out to endless party moods. I am unsure of what effect, color or whatever these guys are using, but I love the, pitching”, fading” and flangering” of the anti-gravitational effects that swirls around, they make the flight so powerful and energetic with its uplifting blinks of love and fantasy. Love it! ****** 8. Talking people with laughing joy, throwing stones in water filled caves for future raves. Softer approach, silence creeps until the beat powers the showers of magnificent flowers. Crows ‘krah-ha’ a voice and the drum gets affected by moist. Swirling sounds open the ventilations only to throw you into its deep end of quicksand. Blocks of funky chunks acts as lifeguards only to drag you inside a metalized playground of ‘Yeah baby!’ Rugged stuff, this is diffidently not a bluff. Indians around their camp talk about the champ as heavier synthesizers grab the hold of the bold and curses the melody with a pleasurable trump of thump, only to be guided back in the cave of laughter and fun. ****** 9. As the end nears, the final tune is something to admire and desire. The beats and energy of sounds are thicker in a way, melodies are quicker in presence and the heavy gets tougher with bolstering moods and motherly charm. Tribalization of the higher education is near at hand and the gathering of lightworkers, People of the Heart, Rainbow Tribes, Cosmic Families, Warriors of Light, Old Souls, Star Seeds, Ancient Ones and Servants of the Mothers are forever presence in its beauty and truth, may them shine in their quest to realize what is, that paradise is here on Earth. ******* Recommendation: Overdream uses a lot of the same tricks or builds in the tracks of Wonderwise, with the track-introduction where it swirls the beat manifestations up to a clearer view only to continue to a point where the whole track has swirling twisters playing with the sounds spinning them around in every angle possible to imagine to a breathtaking climax where all sense of self seems lost and colours totally emerges in hefty emotions to sensational behaviors. And yeah, they manage to create a wonderful trance like state, it’s nothing to miss! Would also like to mention that I really like the voice of Makus (?) like in the second track. His effective voice-effect is spread around the album and it puts some personal charm to the whole pack. I love and absolutely dig all the tracks though some for, um, more commercial reasons because they (like the ninth track) stand more out with catching melodies and/or effective twists for the mental fist. Then again, we all know how tracks like these are the tracks you get fastest tired of only to make you realize how powerful that other track you really didn’t notice actually is in its more subliminal manner; If you know what I mean... All in all, want something special, fun, energy driven and totally shamanic in its fluorescence paint, go get this release, it should wow you because it for sure managed to Wow me then and still does so today. And yes, the artwork is sooooooo nice, and it suits the music soooooo nice!! Super duper work, Marcos and Rangoon Some keywords: Uplifting, magical, trance inducing to the max with trippy snax, exiting and shamanistic in junglistic fluorescence. Exhilarating, all tracks is about the build, the layers and the Overdream melodies and power. 3. Principles of Flight – Smash EP (Timecode Records) 2010 (TCDIGI002) 01. Smash 09:59 02. Bubble Up 07:52 After the critically acclaimed second album Chaos Opera by PoF released on the honorable SA record label Timecode Records in 2009, PoF is back with a planned series of digital EP’s (so I have read) to please the grease of nighttime lullabies wanting some glitch-techno inspired PsyTrance with balls of crunch-infested mechanical steel and a heart of organic chaos. The EP starts out with the title track named Smash (T1), which is a pretty suiting description for PoF’s latest tracks/sound because of their smashing attitude and raw power with a beautiful flower. The Smash track begins with ambience and melodic mystery to catch your curiosity about what’s to happen in the land of strangeness, building the suspension for your pleasure. As the beat gathers the glitch rises to wider horizons and extreme beat manifestations starts to roll in heavy manners. This track has such lovely and bouncy beats that it might make you cum right there on the mental dancefloor. The vibe is creepy with thumping basslines scraping off scarecrows and other slime infested creatures. Effects are beautifully arranged making one smile as it was sunshine in the ash of technodomes. The story telling is what we are used to with the creations of PoF, adventures, interesting and extremely exhilarating with jumping steps in loony places deep within your state of loco. ‘Oh what fun it is to run along the sounds of these smashers of thrashers. And when the welcoming fairytale break comes along it makes time seem distant and forgettable as the melodies gather for a last stand in chaotic dramatizing of one’s staggering and insane dance. Thumping basslines, did I mention this track has an awesome thumping bassline just thumping your wit away to different strays!?! Next up is the Bubble Up (T2) track which got some crazy voice manipulations of a human being trying to sound like an energetic alien horse who is neighing, snorting, grunting, blowing and maybe even snickering in the outer cosmos of deranged tales inside bubbling glitches and farting festers. The bassline is more FullOn directed with stronger go and punchier knobs. As the break enters a mocking organ play that starts to stagger the melody to expand the thought about what is to happen as the lionized horse like sounds returns to bubble it Up in blubbering glitches and static echinoid sounds from the underground. Recommendation: I strongly suggest that if you want some dancefloor killers to die your audience so much they will be screaming for more madness, this digital glitch (yes, I’ve mentioned glitch a lot, but it is!!) EP is for you and your nighttime creatures of alluring fun and dance in trance. Jump jump ~ Boing boing !! 4. Yes thats the one. If you've ever crashed on acid or felt stuck or anything on the flipside, you will most likely get a very strange feeling from som of the scenes in this movie. I felt all strange when watching it. Its not great, but for sure it has it's values and should be seen by anyone interested in movies taking on the LSD perspective. watch it.
  5. Oh yes he did Anyway, I have been wanting to comment that Space Cat coverart for a long time now. .. I see the awefulness in it, and it's funny and alll.. but I cant help my self when staring at it that it's fukking trippy and um..psychedelic. 6. Welcome to the debut album of Leon Kane, a talented person with a nifty ear and hefty sense for psychedelic trance in that lovely and gliding UK style which so many of us love. By now Leon Kane should be no stranger for the lot of you who digs this style with his involvement in Reality Grid which was a co-operation with Alex EVP from Wildthings Records. Avalon's rip-roaring tunes has been tried and tested with big success on dance floors all over, like his many appearances on varies festivals like Glade2009, Burning Man 09, Universo Paralello 10 and many more across the plains of Europe, Australia and Japan. With the support and acknowledgement of Nano Records, Leon has gone developing his own solo project called, Avalon (Which is said to be a paradise island where King Arthur was carried after his death). When listening to Avalon you should be aware of its complex nature and sublime features of advanced trance skills in that proper UK way of putting the Psy in Trance with non-cheesadelic melodic features for the layer fanatics. Avalon – Distant Future (Nano Records) 2010 (nanoocd023) 01. Play It Bahia 6:53 02. Into The New World 6:38 Vs - Dickster 03. Teleporter 8:15 04. Destiny Awaits (Avalon Rmx) 7:04 Vs - Cosmosis 05. Funky Voodoo 6:54 Vs - G-nome 06. Out There 8:18 07. Another Planet 7:12 Vs - Tristan 08. Swamp Funk 7:11 09. Distant Futures 7:01 10. Opus Pokus 6:43 Join me as we fly through his ten tracks with and without respected working partners: 1. Calling all trippers, warning all flippers.. Bahia is here to play his tunes from a fractal present inside an alienated yet familiar landscape where some Indians once roamed in claustrophobic forms. This is a place where spirits gather in holy dance and solid trance. The bassline is steady with floating elements on top making it all feel like a jingoistic take-off of delight in flight. We like this, eh.. the eternal (?). **** 2. Into the New World where mysticism and strange tokens rises on the deep atmospheres becoming rocket fueled starships gliding carefully yet strong into the unknown essence of one’s own emotional depths. Psytronical insect-like creatures communicates through clicks and blips. This might be the instruments inside your astral craft roaming through intergalactic stars and acid iced forests. It’s absolutely beautiful the colours it shines towards you, and may it bring in its future path; No rules where nothing can go wrong! This is defiantly a cruising track observed from inside a flying object. ****** 3. As the Teleporter energizes itself to become ready and self-aware the heavier beats gather in flickering motions with hallucinogenic effects surrounding your being in acidic manners and it’s time to get teleported in lotus positions to another stage of faith. ‘Why does he care so much about the past? Maybe he thought he could change it..’ ***** 4. As Destiny Awaits, the funk is on a groove and the effects seems to be on a echoing roll sliding it’s acid troll inside a metaphorical trip, so watch out, don’t slip! It’s your destiny to join us, only effort and guidance in right directions of selective protections will help you through the ketamin glue. ***** 5. Where we have come is something to be undone but never unsung, the tribalization is in synchronized harmony of guiding trumpets and misfit stompers - Beauty in a space jungle, Funky in the Voodoo magic. You do, who do? I’ll tell you what I believe; ‘Shit happens’. **** 6. Out There someone is teaching people to use their head, now the point is that in order to use your head; You have to go out of your mind as it is a fleeing possession we all cherish to dwell on not seeing that we are more than the shallow mind and it’s protective reactions to what our true being is dealing with. Our cosmic unity has as many incredible layers and powers with astonishing self realizations as the music at hand. Musical evolution which states the fact that there is only a fractal-self, there is just the sense of to ‘be’ while observing and watching what and where the mind wanders without care ***** 7. .. the mind travels to Another Planet where fruitful growth and inner education to a state where one manages to find underlying peace in any situation. The mind is calm while the body is busy dancing to joyful sounds selected by life that might as well be found on a distant planet far away near enough to be seen with eyes closed on a state of being open for informational transcendence. ****** 8. Flickering lights and rusty pipes with jumping flights Swamps the Funk towards psychedelic junk in a magnificent and swirling trunk. Quirky tempo and respectful thoughts comes out to another floor with interstellar slurries attaching the grind and making smiles shine. ***** 9. In the view of Distant Futures we seem to not be moving through time but time is passing through intellectual moves and gravitational grooves. Drops of hope carries the deep kicks while melting all realities into one reaccepting sense of wellbeing and ultimate understanding of how the universe might for all we know be a self-inflicted intelligence test trying to realize itself through our own eternal consciousness of profound understanding. **** 10. Jungle rain makes the dried potatoes go insane. Juggling beats is nothing to defeat. Opus Pokus is about that special composition exhilarating our chakras making the world morph into a truer self than what seemed possible at first peak, until the magic starts to dance in advance. To create a thought, an idea, a sound with the mind is not always an easy task, now imagine that you where to create the whole universe with the very power of your own thought.. ***** Recommendation: Now there is something utterly alluring by the way some of these UK chaps manages to produce such complex and vivid music that just seem to fly in subtlety psychedelic trance. It’s the many layers with touches of pleasurable groove and refreshing funk that excites; it’s the willingness to not go over the top with melodies and craziness that puts it on a divine dinner table for the wizards to feed on the many details placed around to create what it eventually manages to create – Bliss and mystery. So what’s the downside with this release then? Well, without liquid goggles and fancy pants, it becomes generic and lost too fast. It’s definitely a pleasurable listen, but breathtaking and ear-catching to follow in its own distinct characteristics, not so obvious.. It should be mentioned with loud words that the cover artwork by Android and the acid reflection of a lost Mayan city inside the cover artwork by Anton Kononov is absolutely spectacular! All in all I find myself really enjoying this release because it truly succeed to draw you into its magical realm where surprises keeps on coming and dropping out leaving you breathless with a giggling sanity for a smile. For those with fine tuned ears there is such honorable complexity in the composition that one must wonder where they get it from (must be something in the water, must be .. ). So if you like your FullOn to be psychedelic with trance inducing flow and groove, please check this one out – It should turn you on! 9. V/A - YggdraSounds (Yggdrasil Records) 2008 (YGGCD002) 1. Konkylie - Underwater 8:42 2. Procs - Open Up 8:45 3. Krussedull - Banana Boat 9:05 4. Hutti Heita - EQ 4 U 8:32 5. Zoolog - Maria Johanna 6:46 6. Hutti Heita - Twisting The Night Away 9:09 7. Alter Egon & Loke - Spectral Ghost 7:52 8. Loke - Riding Bridges 8:31 9. Derango - Ginnungagap 7:11 1. Deep thundering bubbles streaming towards the surface to catch that essential breath of air while whispering play and static signals pushes the mentality to higher grounds where coral reeves and watery insects crackle their claws of demonizing selection. A wave deliciously shushes over your skull while life evolves from the depth of sea up to the land of me. Radio-activeness play a lovely tune, it’s moist like tears of pixies in fruitful trees. Bassline is fine, oh so fine. Sounds cooperated like nature itself was composing this tune from a delightfully confused loon. Sea ghosts scream their pirate signals, fog rolls within your heart of self-inflicted farts. The energy rises up to a land filled with haunting sorrow. Freaks are bleeping their colourful fleets, the rocks being formed by crushing waves as life begins to breathe with the help of pulsating heartbeats in astonishing patterns of trembling life. ***** 2. Silence creeps, selection sleeps and drops of frosty acid makes one freak in all that we seek. Ping-pong’s travel in holy rooms where dragons breathe in silent corners. Life stretches their arms and waves the stream of pumping life into that opened up spiral, move those crooked limbs like chimps. Gone are the settled beats and hurray we welcome the stomper fest like it was a never ending test. Crackling beetles, jumping crickets and fishing trolls play through a dark yet shining and green forest full of leafs and sticks. Incredible, the sparkling firecrackers spin around your newborn being fresh out of the sea like tingling spiders and playful ticks. All around in flattering patterns they fly high and low in the forest below. Magic becomes as trolls start to hymn fast along the activated song. What a dance, what a joy! - Forest magic at its finest. ***** 3. Warning roaming rockets doming signal squeak in flair, sounds push the foundation stare while insects tingle and wind blows through silverware. Crunchy plate of selected confusion, melodies scattered like a fine platter full of ghosts and other freaky moist of lost toys. Apes swing through trees, many autumn leafs of the thieves is to dine on the line with the sane. Inside caves there are light generated by the smallest organisms ready to evolve, grow and become funky melodies based on hypnotizing dance which definitely takes you into a wonderful trance. Only thing I don’t love about this track is the weird factor of the haunting voice, its intriguing for sure yet it keeps on annoying me more then it trigger those lovely synesthesias. **** 4. Continues sturdy in the previous tracks tempo, phased and sturdy. It has moved from the slippery Banana Boat into the miracle world of EQ 4 U where the sounds are surrounding you all around creating that authentic and impressive YggdraSound space right up in your face. .. Then more of the weeded out and haunted tricks to make your eyes flicks comes along to show. Such beautiful production, such massive control of the insecticide bleeps and beeps, tingeliding-tingelitang-dang, what a tiring sang. *** 5. Story changes direction as we cross over to a Zoological space which seems like a race to create what is the not so fast and not such an entranced theater of side winding effects where harsher winds and tumbling woods mold. Bassline has its ups and down as the harder rock mashes in the ghostly mood of break-beatable animal food. New dishes, are we cooking hunted game for Maria Johanna, I thought she was a vegan because this for sure has meat on the skeleton bones, too bad it seems staled and unfocused about where to be served and how to be eaten. ** 6. After a meal like this it’s time to put on your rocking shoes, twist the knobs to create chicken slacks so that the night might become impressive the way the way the way we like it to sound. It has to be mentioned many times, the basslines of these Yggdrasil guys are key for their attraction together with sexy butterflies flying all over your presence trying to grab your hornyfied persona. Oh yes, the basslines are like huge comfortable sofas ready to be ridden like a phat horse with ghostly wings. She needs a spanking this blonde horse, yes of course. So let’s twist the night away inside fluorescence walls close by 50’s shopping malls where alluring beats call. *** 7. Something is overheating, could it be the stove, is the radiation Ok? Strong beams travels past, cosmic in sense and sparkling as well as dense. Bassline kicks sturdier with a mission clear at sight for this is a set-up for unrolling brilliance followed by sneaking peaking with seashells breaking along a forest trail of anti-fail, look! Is that a snail? … A travelling piece for sure. *** 8. As the intensified rolling bass and kick flights the fight with hysterical insects of the Yggdraforest, a motorcycle of kind sweeps thorough presenting heavier stomps to shake our romps. Laughing matter is a something we all need for without it there cannot be seeds to feed a trolling shoaling. Building bridges is hard work, it isn’t easy to cross the water one was born in, or a gap you have fallen inside before. It takes courage and strong will to climb those clouds to attach the wiring and bricks necessary to keep a bridge stable and firm. - Stressing, impressive and most of all, boring in its chaotic beauty as summer breeze and birds song shine on through the tree leafs high up in the mushroom sky. ** 9. As the end nears more haunting is presented to climb the creaks of ghostly pain which might make someone insane one day. In good sense and respectful gesture the last act from a Swedish crack brings the YggdraSounds higher to a screaming plateau of flying shadows and smelly meadows without spotted cows that wows. In this poetic justice, I’m feeling a tad rustic; must these tunes be so freaking endearing and sin-searing? ** Recommendation: Yggdrasil Records fast became with this release an respected and well thought of record label, where others focus on mad tunes for the forest Yggdrasil takes it’s binding roots and gives us in YggdraSounds a compilation full of muddy Mosstrance delivered from the ocean bottom, their sequel (which I managed to review before this release) showed how they manage to create an entertaining travel from water based life forms to the land of the forest floor and if we are lucky, the third YggdraSounds release will take us up to the sky for more airfoil’ish tunes with loads of fresh breezes and feelings of flying without effort. Who knows? It’s definitely worth the mention that this time as on the follow up the breathtaking art & design is made by the talented Are Marmelade, and the mastering is done by the legendary Tim Schuldt. Check this album out for some extra special forest trails full of controlled and confused delicateness. Rating 3.2/5 Edit: I'm sorry that I managed to rate this album 3.2 out of 5 stars. What should be noted is that I made an equation out of the scores I made while writing the 'so called' review. In all fairness this album with it's single track ratings needs and deserves a 1 star bump. So my more or less Official rating would be 4.2/5 * bOm bhOleNaTh, Kabootar :-) Where to buy and other links: Yggdrasil: http://www.yggdrasilrecords.net YggSpace: http://www.myspace.com/yggdrasilrecs Discogs: http://www.discogs.com/label/Yggdrasil+Records Wirikuta: http://www.wirikuta.at/web66/product_detail.jsp;jsessionid=NFIEPGADBHOC?showDetail=201129 Beatspace: http://beatspace.com/dettagli/dettaglio.asp?id=4336 Saikosounds: http://www.saikosounds.com/english/display_release.asp?id=7423 psyshop: http://www.psyshop.com/shop/CDs/ygg/ygg1cd002.html Play.com: http://www.play.com/Music/MP3-Download-Album/4-/13680799/YggdraSounds/Product.html Juno.co.uk: http://www.juno.co.uk/ppps/products/321299-01.htm?highlight=YGGDRASOUNDS More moist reviews: http://www.myspace.com/psytonesmusic

  12. Faxi Nadu is no newcomer to electronically based music. This is a guy with variation in music taste within the everlasting world of dance and listening music from computerized mental chips. In Modern Knight you will find a lot of atmospheric gliders, mystical energies and dark moods for that extra exiting moment of your floating yet struggling life. Faxi Nadu - Modern Knight (Digital Drugs Coalition) 2008 (DIGICD005) 01. I Am The Night 7:26 02. Take Cover 10:39 03. Issue At Stake 7:00 04. Pace Of The Space Race 5:46 05. Dark Night starts with dark, mystical and atmospheric atmospheres for you to crawl inside, it’s 7:30 in the morning and the trance-beat with pulsating dibbles carries the bell towards hypnotizing phases where dark knights wave their magic wand to blast you with pleasant bleeps and inspiriting seeds to be planted firmly in the ground your feet may dance a pun. Nice introduction *** 2. Again more unsettling and deep noises for your synesthesia to activate on. The space form seems to be bubbling into another horizon of darkness, wonder and fantastic illusions. The beat is kicking firmly while the tempo is playing with your head-trip, battling to stay sharp and civil as the power gathers in a settled manner of unsettling playfulness. Funny subtle phase shifters to create **** 3. When there is some issue at stake, like how to make the best possible surprised soundscape possible for the potential trippers at large, one will try to make something very honest, soul filled and mystical with layers to trigger your ambient urge and moods to mesmerize your fantasy world of whatnot and satellite might. ‘Issue at Stake’ is a nice and thumping piece with funny enough sounds to grind your imaginary doorway into wobbling spaces where balance seems hard to acknowledge when the floor keeps waving like it does. *** 4. As one fly past sprinkling star dust with the sound of crackling fire, the Pace of the Space Race takes its toll. A space-like groove with anti-gravitational snailholes that will take you past the base of usefulness sensation. Sure the beat flow is sturdy; the sounds are all interesting in its strippable manner of chaotic clothing with harsh crunches covering the alien nipple with its dripping milk which has a taste of green apples combined with cinnamon and raspberries. Some chanting of sort with hovering lights lets one know the transformation into another dimension is close, fragile and aware of its own presence. *** 5. Bob Dylan’s voice comes and mysteriously disappears into a mellow forest of birds with basses and leafs of hammering effects. Kick and beat carries deep, down to the root of a forest filled with light in darkness. Rooms are to be found, with echoing life as if the spirit it represents is hidden in muddy craze only to be lifted by beautiful voices which rises up towards the grass filled meadows where the Alamo used to lay... ** 6. Hasty action on your doorstep, hungry beats to cover the frantic noise of crazy people attacking flickering fast phased shocks of Sigilweaver and bubbling institutions of upraised prayer for delightful entrancement inside the most wonderful dance movement, which would be nice. Viva la Cuba! ** 7. Stadium fans scream their cheers for a rolling ball, effects crumples them inside compact beat manifestations where rugged carpets tries to fly away to another stay where one might get a real good aural lay. Some effects makes a good effort to please the ear grease while tempo and compositions makes it hard to actually ride the sofa towards other livingrooms with walls painted in bliss and the darkening wondering-ponders about life. - Some disturbing moods fly towards the swirling hole in the ground. Hey, that’s chewy and stretchy, which vortex will it lead and can it be dissolved with attention to beauty in flow while escalating the fetishist? ** 8. A crisis closes in; the walls are falling down like a terrorized bridge. Screaming hollows to become flying cowards as the sharper nipple-ripple strangles your reflection of hornyfied hippies refusing to shave their armpits in anger and deflect in prude selection. Interesting, mad, temper based and strong, yet something essential is missing in the listening adventure ** 9. Moaning hearts of static glory rolls fast on the freeway of freedom against stupidity and close-mindedness. Mystical atmospherically layers are presented with soft basis to lay a head waiting for the uncomfortable to hit the stray. Squeaking sounds please the ear canal with perfect balance of tempo and room to boom. Defiantly one of the most powerful tracks presented by ‘Modern Knight’, good mix in composition and breaks to make the sweat leak and smile widen like delightful drops hitting your brainstem with some serious bam-bam! **** 10. Sweep Dreams are made of these, who are Faxi Nadu to disassemble the tremble of flying jets and closing noises. We are looking for unsane patterns in our dimensional music in futuristic ideas and star-rising holograms of floating vibes which strives to float inside a perfect universal lightbeam of sweeping bleeps and dreaming moods. *** Recommendation: There is a lot of interesting tricks in the bag of Faxi Nadu and the man behind this project is Not without great talent, that’s for sure. - But too often it comes short of grabbing the full attention with extraordinary emotions that will siege a head which is after that something special that I think we seek. That said, I have to give mad props for the layers of atmospheres that has been carefully placed around the album for our experiencing pleasure, this is not a test and if it were, Faxi Nadu’s Dark Knight would have passed for its overall impression on dimensional experimentation. For me this music sounds like its inspired by acts like X-Dream, Ghreg On Earth and like most times it all falls down on personal taste, and when it comes to my own, this album lands somewhere in the middle, just above average. The mastering is done by the legendary Xenomorph who has done a superb job. The artwork by Hadar Lubaton is nice and simple, kind of homemade without too much effort in making something brilliant yet it seems to be a nice fit to the music presented inside. 23. tsk .. hence the 'great-great-grand' sentence . By 2018 I guess they will have released 27 albums or smth. If I'm lucky they will be so poor and greatful for the booking in 2018 that they will play fr very little money and sleep on my sofa Or they are so well known and famouse that I would have to get the Norwegian Oil fond to pay for their gig. - time will tell.
  24. hey Infected fanboy, thats a nice effort you made and shows that you for sure have a love for the disinfected mushies :) They have been to both Sweden and Denmark many times in the past, never have they been to the brunost land of Norway. I don't think they have Sweden on their 2010 schedual because non has paid and booked them yet, so if your "lucky" some orginizers, venue place, concert arranger might book them if your signature-site get's a lot of positive feedback. I would hope, since you now are doing some positive work to get them booked that you would deserve a Free ticket fo U and U'r gf. Free limo, a bottle or 20 with champagne and enough acid to burn a giant hole in the dancefloor Good luck and lol with a smile. peace, je PS. I have been playing with the thought of getting them to Oslo in 2018 to play a great-great-grand-OLD-skool set heh
