  1. Easy, you can post it to me as a friendly gift I only got a DL'ed version And it's psytrance. np. Overdream - Sacrosant Toucan :clapping:
  2. *blitz* *blitz* NO COMMENT *blitz* *blitz* A part of the deal is to get attention over to the main Isratrance.com page. Fair enough if you ask me. One weeks wait, and I push it out on this forum and Psymusic.co.uk (I include a link to the original review). Abasio is also in on the same deal
  3. Solar Fields - EarthShine.. I think this is one of the most beautiful albums Ive ever hard
  4. Hi, was just reading a review of the 'Daheen - Green Chillies' album by Timetwister; .. and I was pleasantly surprised about a line where he writes; Quote: The album comes in the form of an ecological friendly package What does it mean exactly, and which other artists and labels do you know of that uses environmental friendly products in their releases? When receiving a album in cardboard material it would be nice to know it came from recycled paper. It would be nice to know that the plastic used in the jewel case is made from recycled plastic and the booklet and so on. What are the distributors, labels and artists doing to make more eco friendly releases except Digital Downloads? I don’t care how boring this subject is or how senseless some will find it to be. In my opinion it is morally important. And I know the downside about this in the capitalistic profit marked for us consumers is the heightening of prices. Want ecological food, you better pay more you stinking hippie. THIS IS WRONG!! The profit game is forcing us to pay more and it isn’t right. Question: Why does anyone bother with releasing physical media anymore? There is defiantly something about having the physical format in your hands/shelf that digital downloads can never replace. And I don't think people who buy the physical format will throw it away that quickly. To produce CD's does damage our environment I guess, but they will not create after litter/garbage which is thrown on garbage dumps to rot or to be burned. In most cases, we’re talking collector items. Regen Records :: I think it's great to see labels like Regen Records, a branch of environmental festival organization R.E.G.E.N. who releases environmentally concerned physical CD releases that are produced completely Carbon Neutral. I think more labels should make this a P.L.U.R. approach trendy, more labels should jump on the wagon (SUNTRIP RECORDS?). I think it would be very suitable and appropriate if a scene like ours that are supposed to be earth loving would do more effort to complete the whole P.L.U.R. package we so often proclaim.. http://www.isratrance.com/cd-reviews/treec...d976.html"</a&gt'>TreeCreation Review By Abasio Quote: On 2009-02-27 16:35, Basilisk wrote: The packaging uses recycled material and vegetable-based dyes in the cardboard shell and the tray itself is some kind of foamy potato starch material. Of course, the CD itself is a regular CD--there's no avoiding the impact of the disc itself--but Regen plants trees for every CD sold, which is a very nice gesture. Can someone list up all releases that was printed in a Eco-Friendly fashion? Surly this has to be a older concept then Regen Records?

  8. V/A – YggdraSounds II (Yggdrasil Records) 2009 (YGGCD003) 1. Konkylie - Bikini Lagune (8:34) 2. Loke - Expand Horizon (8:16) 3. Helan & Halvan - Gnomen (9:57) 4. Krussedull - Whiskeyjack (9:22) 5. Hutti Heita - Indianer (7:49) 6. Purosurpo - More To It (Version 2) (8:27) 7. Troglodytes - No Isolated Archetypes (8:09) 8. Freeform Syndicate - Roar Like Thunder (8:31) 9. Kanka - Supreme Beings (9:39) Bouldering thundering roars can be heard deep inside the forest, bears lift their head in questioning awe, dears run for shelter, the squirrels gather their flock to party down and the Moose, King of the forest, shakes his head, smiles and asks; what’s up with these crazy Norwegians? YggdraSound II is undoubtedly a strong, thick and bold release with nice clear sounds running all over deep inside its forest bubble. The tempo and grooves are stable, the feelings are in constant wonder and it aims to comfort you, relax you and create an amusing show of bleeps, piips and meeps. What is most impressive and standardizing about this release is its sound of haunting atmospheres, creeping and squeaking effects and a sense of being inside a world manipulated by party trolls. Because of the strong groovy baselines in most tracks you feel like you’re riding a Safari truck from the other dimension, riding along an adventures mystical forest trail of dark trees, unsettling fog and some colorful frogs and insects. Most of the album is a gathering of tracks made by Yggdrasils core members Alf, Kim and Frode. These guys have scattered them self out in varies projects where they collaborate with each other or stand alone in their solo projects. They all sound pretty much the same which is the foundation of why this compilation gets a review like it was a album instead of a V/A release of multiple artists and impressions. YggdraSounds is a focus on making one unique sound that will represent them with deep rolling baselines in a superb sound quality with thick/soft grooves and a production that is extremely pleasant on the ear – It deserves a massive sound system to be recognized for its audio genius. I think you either love this music, or you think it’s nice with some value as it has a certain cool factor about it. It doesn’t excite my pants much but shows a lot of impressive promise in sound and production. At times they seem out of ideas of what to do, how to thrill. Loke is for me the track with the strongest baseline grooves though it has a stupid melody being repeated to create that strange factor, while Krussedull, Purosurpo (One half of Derango) and Kanka is the ones giving the smartest tricks and hidden melodies. Konkylie is presented as the opener sound on both compilations and is the one act I expected the most from since their track on the first YggdraSounds was impressive. It represents a killer opening and a good sound, but as it nears its end it gets extremely boring and it would help a lot to have the sample removed as it is hyper annoying, ‘for the last time’. The down tempo track in the middle by Hutti Heita pauses the repeating feel through the first half of the compilation but unfortunately it ends up sounding as a slow version of itself and becomes boring too fast – none the less a smart move to place a breaker in the middle of the compilation. After the break we get a couple of acts that heighten the tempo and provide us with some much needed fresh air with faster beats and snappier effects while they still deliver true YggdraSounds but in a more Swedible fashion where the atmosphere is thinner and more in your face. The compilation ends with Freeform Syndicate which is the combined project by Alter Egon and Loke, and Kanka takes us back to the introduction realms of chubby vibes, but delivers a trippier touch to finish off a mediocre but interesting release. On a positive note the artwork by (Are) Marmelade on both YggdraSounds releases has been nothing but pure beauty and the mastering is done by the honorable and repeating name within mastering, Tim Schuldt. Recommendation: I think a major problem for me personally on my taste is the vary trials of making strange moods and melodies. In my opinion they fail and sound strangely uncomfortable or boring and not pleasantly strange and exciting. If we take away the strange trials of making something sound strange, and we take away the at times random but nice sounds floating around we are stuck with a strong sound image that delivers in all its glory a humping and pumping compilation which is soft and relaxing like a huge sofa. It’s the way the sound walk, the grooves and wiggle that saves this shit from being flushed down along to a forgettable puddle of sounds. After multiple listens in different moods and on different sound systems I feel it’s wearing a strange cloak – maybe it has elements that I can’t see yet, maybe. But I strongly feel that this album is giving me all it can give and contains very few surprises. Yggdrasil Records is a fairly fresh Record Label still trying to make their ground and sound. I think that with some more work and imagination these guys will be able to deliver us some of the more impressive work heard, no doubt. The strong foundation has been laid down so it does sound good, but YggdraSounds has a potential to sound even better and more interesting. With these words I congratulate the YggdraCrew with their massive success seen round the globe and especially in India, because needless to say they are praised as being something fresh and innovating. This second release is a step up from the first release so we should expect something extraordinary from the third release in the YggdraSounds series. In short: If you’re after something new, fresh and strange maybe something you haven’t heard before, seemingly deep in emotion and impressive baselines that sounds cool and feels relaxing while being played, this may be a winner. 15. I do now .. MOoooHHAHAhhahhaha ha ................... Established in Stavanger, Norway by Leif Erik Askeland (Former member of Trold) and Ketil Mardal in 2005, these guys set out to present the world to the real world of fantasy, of psychedelic trance and mind expanding music which by many feels lost and almost forgotten. They have their presence in the world of psychedelic trance for more than 15 years as DJ's, musicians and party organizers in Norway, as well as international psychedelic trance artists focusing on psychedelic full-on for the feet and mind. We are presented here with Nordic Psylight Records debut compilation PsylightXplosion. This is a surprisingly fresh and trippy V/A which will include 9 unreleased tracks that will for sure fill crazy dance floors all around the world! V/A – PsylightXplosion (Northern Psylight Records) 2006 (NPRCD01) The mystical Northern light is the tag of a beautiful light phenomenon often seen over the Northern regions of our beloved world. These magical lights have been around since our Earth formed an atmosphere millions of years ago. The dinosaurs saw it, early humans in our evolution saw it and our descendants will see it.. The Northern lights have always been mystical phenomena for all ancient cultures in all times and where commonly associated with dancing. Inhabitants believed that Northern lights were old maids, dancing and waving in perfect motion. It was a dance by the heavenly spirits across the sky. The Northern Shamans used this phenomenon in their rituals with respect, and it was a common link between the living and the dead. The Northern lights also makes magical sounds for your ears and Psychedelic spells for your eyes. It’s a mystic and magical musical displayed for our pleasure. Playing in the atmosphere with colorful lights by the heavenly spirits for us to dance and enjoy. These inspirations from the heavenly spirits influence us to respect this phenomenon with a pure heart, and.. Northern Psylight Records.. is trying to spread this message from the heavenly spirits that made all this magic in the sky happen. Light – Sounds – dance and enjoy … 1. Braincell – New Way To Think 2. Trold – Kick'n Carries 3. Uruz – Dimension Of The Mind 4. Imaginary Sight – Organismic 5. Trold – Wonder & Amazement 6. Uruz Vs. Ansuz - Gibo 7. Mental Spark Vs. Killer Buds – Sparkling Bud 8. Ansuz Vs. Uruz - Melana 9. Yab Yum – Felicidade (Total RMX) .... 1. Braincell – New Way To Think :: Dj Flips, the compiler of this exciting new compilation from the North kick starts the session by dropping us a new acid trance tune by Braincell (Ralph from Rastaliens). Here we get the well known sample used by the likes of Simon Posford. As the samples echoes away we get a firm and stable groovy baseline which will lead us into jumping sounds, sparkling leads and atmospheric effects. The base drives hard pumping your body to prepare it for the rest of the journey laid down by Dj Flips. I have to say that this Braincell track really reminds me of Trold's work – I would even get so bold to say that this track is inspired by Trold. With this opener for psylightXplosion we can hear that this compilation is going to be one fun trip into the emotion of a dancing Nordic light. Hypnotizing and wondering minds is what we should expect. 2. Trold – Kick'n Carries :: Ah, the legends, the strange ones, the Trold's. Stein and Bjørn carry us over to a bouncier side of psylightXplosions. Always with their unique approach on psychedelic trance, we again get a special treat from the mystical producers located in Stavanger, Norway. Trold gives us a lot of skittering effects and a funky drive which leads you up to a dream world of the Norwegian 40's/50's children's book / puppet movie musical theme from Karius & Baktus http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karius_og_Baktus - Great sample, really brings back nostalgic memories. .. And let's not take the speech samples for granted either. Trold knows how to make you think with their samples. It’s a track that kicks and carries you away. Masterful track! 3. Uruz – Dimension Of The Mind :: Uruz, former known as Humbug, Heggmatech and Samadi Sound Source (together with Ansuz presented later on) has already some releases under his belt on Xilium Records, Black Drop Productions ect. And he has played on different parties around the world, like Italy, India, Brazil, Belgium, Norway, Sweden and so on. Here he brings us his new project that will kick you in the third eye with an ocean of sounds and smiles to keep your attention under control. A good track, maybe a bit boring as it progresses but a blast for your tripper eyes and hands! 4. Imaginary Sight – Organismic :: Kicks us back into the loop with a strong baseline and firm effects. This is a story of strange but light moods that will for sure surprise you on the dance floor. We get a visit from a Terrance McKenna sample and a melody of strong light which will lift you up and bring you down again as you where in a rollercoaster. If there is something Imaginary sight from Macedonia knows how to do, it's to give you a ride for life. No one will escape this rush of a storytelling. Marko Daravelski who is the brain behind this project is also known as the founder and label manager of Glowing Flame Records and Xilium Records. The track got great trippy effects and moods, a rocking track to lift your spirit for sure! 5. Trold – Wonder & Amazement :: Ah, once again we get to tune in to one of Trold's magical tracks, this time with an even trippier mood. We are driven inside a playfield of beautiful arranged melodies with great compositions and awesome drive. As usual Trold gives us a lift and flies us away. Move it to the right side, move it to the other dimension of mysticism. As always I got great admiration to this duo which always focuses on darkish but positive energetic trance music of the forest realms. The track is absolutely mind-flipping. Great! 6. Uruz Vs. Ansuz - Gibo :: Yet again we get a track by Jostein (Uruz), but this time connected with Glen (Other half of Heggmatech and Samadi Sound Source) On this track we kick off with a baseline that sounds so familiar – I really can't put my finger on it, but it's driving, mad and pushing psychedelic! Again we get an ocean of sound-effects that will trip you out like a twister in the sky. Ansuz is said to be known for his studio which includes a huge collection of odd and rare synthesizers that everyone wants to own. And this is clearly represented in this mighty colorful and trippy track which is loaded with funny, cute, strange and twisted sounds. An absolute delight for all the twisted and tweaky-sound fans out there! Check it out, you won't regret the adventure. Mmm, hallucinations creeping up the walls. But where do I know that baseline from? Ah, yes, now I remember, it's identical to Spindrift - Breakpoint presented on the good old V/A - Örebro Freakfactory. 7. Mental Spark Vs. Killer Buds – Sparkling Bud :: We leave the wonderful world of Gibo and wonder into the fairytale of the gangbang crew Mental Spark and Killer Buds. Now the compilation is really picking up, lifting us higher to another space of reality. These guys know how to get the party started with extremely bouncy sounds and effects. If you want to get a little bit crazy like a monkey on the dance floor, this is the track for you. Stomping beat, playful sounds that will for sure keep you entertained all the way through never ever land. This gang of people is spread all over our blue/green planet. One half is from Brazil, and the other is from Belgium. What a delight..what a trip! One of the strongest tracks presented on PsylightXplosion. Really drives you happy mad-mad - Go bounce! Boing boing boing! 8. Ansuz Vs. Uruz – Melana :: For the third and second time we get another visit from the Norwegian duo with many names. This time we are thrown into another world of crazy sounds that can cut your brain in half. Groovy baseline and wicked feelings to trip you out while trying to follow the sounds with your hands and soul. The guys push balloon noises and freaky feelings in your face. Grabbing your bouncy soul and tells it to dance and freak out! .. I must say that the impression that I get is that these guys should never leave each other, never! While Uruz's track alone might have felt a tad empty, I feel that his talents combined with Ansuz's talents (And Synths!) are a trippy-tweak match in heaven. It’s an energetic track with the heart of a child and soul of a fish. If this track won't make you smile and spread laughs, then you don’t have happyflappy humor, I'm sorry. - You go guys! Hope to hear more from you in the future. Thank you. 9. Yab Yum – Felicidade (Total RMX) :: Last but oh not least, we get a track from Ajja and Gaspard. These guys with the collaboration of Tanina Munchkina and musician, Master Margherita created the label Peak Records in the summer of 2003. – Let me tell you, this track, this track that finishes off the whole holy psychedelic compilation compiled by Dj Flips is HUGE! It will actually drag your brain out of its cranium. Scatter your emotions and fears on a ground and dance upon it like the whole Goat it is! Don't get crazy, it's just a masterpiece ready to bend you, drown you and fly you high up to the sky again! It also got a heavy tasty baseline with good ol'skool break-beats on top! Ah, this ending sure puts a smile to my face, can't wait to get a hold of more music from these guys! Bravo!! Amore!! Fhjuu!! Overall.. Take a looooong breath, sit back and chill… This is one heavy compilation. Not that it's heavy in the dark Russian style. But it has so much going on. Sounds and effects from every angle imaginable. And after a session of this album, you will feel sleepy and at peace. It's a compilation filled with beautiful emotions and nagging effects that will make you feel Shiva’s dance, laughter and entrancing you to your eyes glitter of sparks and life. I think Dj Flips has provided us with one of the drippiest and trippiest albums of the year. It’s light and pleasant in mood, but dark and hardcore in effect - A pure psychedelic experience for your body, mind and soul. If you’re looking for some freaking effects that will bend your mind with a fresh breath of hypnotizing trance beneath it all, go to your favorite web shop and purchase this mighty fun album. Not only will you support an outstanding Norwegian visionary label manager with intensions placed at the right spot, but you will also be the lucky owner of one of this year’s craziest psychedelic trance compilations with plenty of original music from original producers. It got fresh, new and old talents that will serve you unreleased killer’s he-he. Also worth the mentioning is that the cover artwork and design is done by Flips him self – It is beautiful and represents the music perfectly. If you like releases from labels such as Peak Records and Glowing Flame Records, I suspect you know your self – Take a drop inside its world and trance to the Northern Light as our ancient brothers and sisters once did. - It was a hard album to judge and review because of its intensity and drive/effects, but you guessed it – Recommended for the freaky ones! 16. V/A - Nine Worlds (Yggdrasil Records) 2007 (YGG1CD001) 01 (8:49) Hutti Heita - sailing in the sky 02 (6:44) Zoolog - biochemistry and magnetism 03 (6:14) Katastrof - syndrome 04 (9:51) Loke - different vibrations 05 (7:27) Kluster - caracas maracas 06 (8:50) Fragletrollet - the invasion of the mysterious... 07 (8:33) Norwindia - raggsokk 08 (9:51) Trold - monoatomic 09 (8:57) Uruz and Ansuz - final pinal 01. Hutti Heita - Sailing in the Sky World one, we are greeted by a strange little crooked old man in dirty pants who is trying to say something about that he's got a special treat for us music lovers... and it seems, yes, maybe, not sure, but it may seem as if he's offering us his wife for our honest and well thought sexual pleasure as we journey through the nine worlds of Yggdrasil's Nine Worlds of utter pants! *insert fart* Great! Let's wonder inside his house, haha, it's a strange place with bumpy but soft and pleasant roads and the roof seems to be leaking some kind of green, orange and purple acid. Hush, I think the sexually hornyfied wife of the baker is trying to communicate, what is she blabbering about? I'm confused about if she's ready to hump or if she's complaining about my subjective toaster and trying to warn us about something. Could the old crippled little man be a troll? She sounds hot, a little twisted, but that just increases the sexual appeal of the spirit. I better wander in to that roooommm... oh yes, there she is. Oh my God, the door is geometrical and bubbly, how could that be? Exciting my pants none the less, I'm stepping in. .. Is that, is that her with rabbit ears, in violet? I can vaguely see her standing with her back towards me. She’s moaning, sensually. Or maybe she's exhausted from something, maybe she's mumbling about my view of the world? Maybe she's scared? She's 6 feet away from me, but for every step I take she glides away farther against the corner which is covered in soup like she's shrinking. This room is very strange, very weird, maybe one of the funniest weirdest rooms I've been in for a long time. Amazing! A track that takes your attention with slow hypnotizing effects and sets it in total spun and joy with multiple bouncing cute sound effects. A bunny track if I ever saw one. 02. Zoolog - Biochemistry And Magnetism Ok, who's playing the drums around here, show yourself! This is very daggedida. You got some moves. Oh yeah! Still inside a house, hunting cabin or what you'd like to call it. We're out in a deep dark trolledy forest, that’s for sure. I don't know what’s luring in the dark, but it got sharp teeth, and I fear it might bite if I move away from my spot. Lights are turned off, imagination is running wild. A door is opened, not any door, a quirky trippy door. Who's there!? Do you have laser pistols? I could sure need some light, so if you got one, shoot a little. Shoot it like you’re a bird riding a UFO. Ah, there we go, hahaha, the door is dancing with the lights. And the scary thing with teeth seems to have settled or maybe it's gone? No, there it is, it's flooded the floor with water, I bet it moves better in liquid, I better jump on this dancing steamboat, yes, that seems much safer. And the lovely birds, their so nice. I have a bird. My bird likes funny noises. Wonder if these birds would like to say hello to my bird. .. Hold that thought, seems as if the birds are going loco with bittlelittle laser rays.. Are they angry or something, they seem pretty twisted. Well, I better phone myself out of this room. Hectic yet fun. 03. Katastrof - Syndrome what’s this, a transport vehicle to another place, we sure are in a rush mister, watch out for those trees!! Jesus Buddha, you could have run us over with yourself, are you insane! And may I ask you why we're driving through a warzone? Captain, get us out of here, I feel like ducking and hiding. .. There we go, a little walking doesn’t hurt our feet, and with that walkie-talkie we could maybe find ourselves another house? Seems it starting to rain barbwire, not safe. This is Katastrof I tell you – No good. 04. Loke - Different Vibrations Oh my goodness, where have we landed, inside a rusty elephant cage? *hush* I think were inside a theater, the movie is about to start. Hæ? What did the actors say, I didn’t catch that. Forget about it, here comes the best part with acid rain and small sprinkles of metal dust. It’s so beautiful and so enduring. *hush* .. .. Earth. .. .. Vibrations from the devil, the underverse ... Crazy? .. I'm happy I'm sitting, because this is the most interesting dialog I've heard in a while, with lovely backgrounds as the actor proclaims; lets teleport the whole universe with music. hihi! I think it's a psy-fi movie, very cute but it seems to be getting a bit snappy now. Are we being teleported as I think, and am I saying what I'm thinking? Not sure. This is a strange place we're in, from the left to the right around and around we go with jallha-flutes on a blackboard and a lady speaking some words. It might be a devil worshipper or something, better sit nicely and don’t make fuzz until it or it is gone. Hum, got to admit that she does sing a lovely tune, and it's a nice but strange break from the devil like creatures lurking. Ha-ha this is very weird, but I'm not sure if it makes sense or not. Maybe the mantra could tell me... Ah, yes. True. I didn't think of it like that. You’re the one in tensing the fear. Are you saying I can't handle your horror? Are you laughing of me or with me? Good thing I'm not paranoid at the moment, I'll tell you that, because this tune can drag your paranoia over to new dimensions, luckily the movie ends with a smile and a truthful notion of laughter. 05. Kluster - Caracas Maracas Alice went tumbling down the rabbit hole. Slamming her head from rock to rock *bonk dunk* making her nut go ko-ko ko-ko. Oh! What a joy Alice said while drooling rainbows, let’s go dance! Now this is mocking with class, this is paranormal fun with grinding class. A hefty ride and thumping beats makes this into a fun, ruff and tuff carnival for your psychosis to rest on. How one gets out is hard to say so you'd better ride along with it and hope the trail doesn’t go off a cliff. No worries, here you will get beautiful angel scenery, dangerous curves and warning signals only to tighten your trip. Hang on! Don’t let go, don’t lose it! This is wilder then riding falcore on acid with chemical wolfs running after you snapping their jaws. A mocking track, a beautiful playful mocking track to trigger some imagination and good hearted confusion. 06. Fragletrollet - The Invasion Of The Mysterious PartyClowns OOoohhhhh... I think Dumbo just got drunk. We're inside a funny looking circus tent with breathing walls full of colors and swarfs with 6 arms riding small korny pink bikes. Now, I'm no huge fan of circuses, but this seems to be an amusing psychedelic circus which plays more then you can imagine. It's serious business, like a huge gorilla wanting to dance ballet. The band sets up its acid guitar and it's dripping stars from the roof... Riffs in place, time to take action. SMACK! From a calm and creepy quiet baseline in the introduction stand the troll, the Fragle-man takes us on a FAT cartoon train running 100's of meters pr hours in warp speed tchooing its way through different landscapes of curves and gateways making your tummy tickle of excitement and joy. This is terrifying and joyful to the fullest! Train settles in to its stable track while going fast backwards tunneling forward... But what is this, is it strange clowns? They sure look like partyclowns with that awkward running style. They sure are mysterious, and it seems as if that is what they now are trying to show us, how stomping mysterious they really are. - Are you ready for tales that will shatter your spine and boil your blood!? Sure, let’s go!! .. Hum, the clowns seem to be stuck in some kind of strange loop dance that isn’t very attractive. Or is that the way they actually walk? Not sure. Maybe their acid is running low because an otherwise exiting journey just turned dull and stupid. Best track in its creativity and way of portraying. 07. Norwindia - Raggsokk As a cloud of dust we remove our self from the mysterious clowns and are swept inside a ghost bubble of haunting souls and nagging blizzards. Better take on my raggsokk, after all, when hiking in the psychedelic mountains covered in snowstorms one must dress appropriate. But what happen to the ghosts that made a shallow appearance just a moment ago? Seems like a run to the nearest shelter would be nice, maybe we'll encounter some spirits on our path after shifting baselines from playful to firm. And there they are!! The ghosts, only these seem to have some kind of attitude problem, but gosh do they know how to twist, shift and take us on a vertical lift! A lot of adventures squeezed in to one track, but what can one expect when venturing inside Norway (Phobium) and India (Silent Horror) at the same (there is no) time! The seventh world is a fair collaboration with a couple of identity problems. A lot of lurking souls ready to talk and some snow blizzards to sweep you around your own sanity. North beast meets East beast, a wild animal. Will you take the consequence? 08. Trold - Monoatomic It’s about time aliens landed *smile*. After sexy granma's, raving birds, mocking bitches and mysterious clowns, we need some aliens from outer space to take full mental contact. Some lurking and shifting lights, phases that make you breathe according to its will. Maybe it’s best I sit and listen a bit. The story makes me tired yet interested. It's been a rough trip so far and sometimes it can be nice to view the action from below, so below. There are a lot of nicely done flying elements inside this joint. The audio is light as a feather, strong as a solar storm. Dialogues makes my ears point out to catch the words trusted through the thick atmosphere. The air is filled with vibes and strange elements. Some of these materials of great magic will crush you to the floor making you feel like a ton while when it's done, it will lift you up and play with your visuals and thoughts to make you smile. Be careful of what you think they might just read your thoughts and use it against you. But do not fear the alien trold, it does not want to harm you, only to realize what is, and what is not because nothing is and everything is also so. A scientific track. 09. Uruz and Ansuz - Final Pinal Do not drink, do not smoke and do not, whatever you do, snuff. Let's go straightforward as a closer with a nice drive and some sweet synth sounds chasing your astral vehicle playing strange notes to get you curious. Dialogs about a certain mushroom will lead you in to light with squeeze noise of childish behavior and serious parenting. As always, these guys combined gives you brilliant drive, sweet synths and fascinating tones. Not a lot of fairytale, but it is an educational tune in many shapes and forms. Take a look and see where the goat trail leads you. Overall.. This is a fascinating release from well respected Yggdrasil Records. It's a journey through Nine Worlds of pleasure, enjoyment, fear, mocking paranoia and laughter. My absolute favorite tracks on this compilation is the first track by Hutti Heita which is super heavy and floating with a lot of sweet and meaningful sound effects, and Fragletrollets masterpiece which is filled with strange mysteries and an absurd attitude. The compilation does a real good job at making the album seem as one, as it is made with a theme in mind (Yggdrasil – Nine Worlds http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norse_cosmology ?) without getting boring and repeating. This is especially present in the first half of the track, and it loses its hold on the storytelling flow around the last three tracks. For me it's important that the track has a soul, a story to be told, to be felt. And I'm very happy to say that there are only a couple of tracks on this gathering of worlds that seem to lack this quality. Its twilight and dark to suit the moon light that shines through the trees. It has a distinctive flavor within the more joyful twisted forest realms. Katastrof for me is the track I felt less connected to, it got a bit too stressful and depended too much on tiring sound effects and drive. The Norwindia track has a very twisted story and at times it seems lost in its own confusion of what to do and where to go. A playful tune of many stories with shifting beats and playful vibes, but a bit to schizophrenic I think. The Trold track didn't catch my attention as much as I expected it to do. But none the less it is a steady track with interesting samples and good groove. With my right hand on my heart I would say that this is the best release to represent a Norwegian psychedelic trance sound. It’s one of the best V/A’s I have yet to listen. All in all It's not boring Full-On, it's not boring Dark-Psy and it's not some lost trial of gathering cool tracks. It's a good twisted and psychedelic gathering of Nine tracks, Nine Worlds. I will recommend this for those of you who are after a new sound of forest hallucinations with a lot of trolls using humor and twists. Drink your mushroom tea and enjoy! 18. fuck man, I still haven't heard the first album and it makes me sad No where to be bought (No money anyway) and no where to be DL'ed (Illigal mofo). PoF, if you see this post. Send me a Promo!!
  19. Hi Monipoff, thank for the relevant questions. The music is defiantly on the cheese border imho, but it all sounds well done and isn't fattening, or nauseating, if you get my view. This is melodic Full-On to the bone and it's defiantly best played during the daytime when the sun is high up on the blue sky!
  20. luff ^^ Thats some great pointers that I will for sure take with me on future reviews. thnaks!

  23. I would call it psytrance. And my brother from another mother, don’t take my critique so personal and serious I was about to write no personal offence to the one who suggested Talpa, but I thought it was unnecessary. piis
