  1. Fucking awesome samples. I want this so much now
  2. Hey, I am currently working on this remake of my older track "Patterns of Chaos". This one is dark, raw Psy with a heavy kick and bass combo, like the original version was. Yes, it sounds very raw and noisy; I intended that. I however feel totally uninspired about the track structure. I think I got some good sounds, but I could still use some suggestions about the structure, if you like it that way or not. "Patterns of Chaos 2006" Length: 8:53 Filesize ~20MB Bitrate: 320kbps Eqipment: FL Studio 6, ReFX Vanguard (for the bassline), Linplug Albino (for the weird FX and synthlines, also the main "lead"), Spectrasonics Atmosphere (for the ambience), rgc z3ta+ (that massive DarkPsy FM sound). The link: http://www.cybernetika.de/cybernetika_-_pa..._chaos_2006.mp3 enjoy!
  3. I have to say I am totally disappointed. I had high expectations into this album since the awesome track "Melding Plague".. The album isnt bad per se, but I was expecting something fresher from Dark Nebula, this one is rather formulaic full-on. I wouldnt be able to tell that this album is by Dark Nebula... compared to the excellent previous albums, this one is really a disappointment to me. One or two tracks are still pretty solid, "Kraftworld" is my fave track.
  4. I am more the "industrial" guy hence I am totally into a mechanic, pounding sound. I basically like anything with dark, wierd and futuristic noises. One of my favorite Psy tracks at the moment is Aldus B - Hideous Strenght.
  5. Last thing before I go to sleep: awesome mix dude! I almost cant believe what my ears are hearing here... everything totally sounds like a unity. Mixing is perfect. It's dark, fast, noisy and eerie at the same time which scores some extra bonus points for me. I know most of the tracks but nevertheless, the way youve woven them together to a massive assault to all senses almost made me freak out. One of the best mixes, if not the best I've heard so far.
  6. Hey Here is a new tune I just finished. A whole weekend's work Again the style is melodic, complex, multilayered Goa, but this time with a hard Psy kick/bass combo and techy percussions. Tell me if this is maybe not too much. Length: 11:25 Bitrate: 320kbps Filesize: ~25MB Equipment: FL Studio 6, rgc z3ta+, Spectrasonics Atmosphere, ReFX Vanguard, etc. Mastered in WaveLab. the link: http://www.cybernetika.de/cybernetika_-_ar...he_universe.mp3 Enjoy!
  7. Hey chatnik. That is a great idea and I want to support you in any way You can include "Distal Kingdom" I could help you with hosting too, if this is needed.
  8. Hey, thanks a lot for all the positive response, guys I never thought the tune would be recieved that positively. Awesome mind.breeder.: That choir type synth is the "A003: additive swell" preset, only very slightly changed. The morph gives it the feeling of a choir at times. Well, I wish I find a label... I am currently preparing a promo. Wish me luck I am really surprised because I will do my first live gig in April. Thanks also for putting me in the blueroom player RAH
  9. Hey, I just felt like doing a very dreamy and trippy track like this. I dont want to waste much words. If you like Psychedelic Ambient Breaks, this one should hopefully work Here is the link: http://www.cybernetika.de/cybernetika_-_distal_kingdom.mp3 I am still thinking of making some elements more upfront and maybe adding a main theme, but first of all I want to know what you guys think. Equipment used: FL Studio 6, ReFX Vanguard, rgc z3ta+, Spectrasonics Atmosphere. Enjoy
  10. Hey, my comment from TA comes here again nice introduction, cool FX. The sidechained distorted bass is interesting. Maybe you could decrease the attack time just a little more to give this more offbeat character? Otherwise, it sounds kinda cool. Nice break @1:26 ... hah, the breakbeats took me by surprise. Some cool filter sweeps. I'd like your percussion to get fatter. Get some better samples, or just layer some of them. You can make a lot of pressure with a tight percussion you know? again a break @2:50 .. feeling kinda confused. But the sounds are great, very dark. What a great melody! This sounds so strange, like its out of this world, like a completely bastardized alien version of a trance anthem. 4:00 is also very nice. Didnt expect this. Somehow this is cool stuff. Still needs something but this melody (which is a little bit too loud IMO, but thats a small detail) really got my attention. I think your track sounds all in all still a little fragmented. Maybe you could think about some interesting transitions. Keep it up!
  11. I'm not sure but theres a lot of Grindcore bands that have extremely short tracks. You could try Nasum, Anal Cunt, or something like that, if you want to risk bleeding ears, that is
  12. 1) What programs you use, and any hardware instruments, midi controllers, etc (PC Specs too)? AMD Athlon XP64 , 3700+, 2048MB Ram, M-Audio Delta Audiophile, a BCR2000 Midi Controller, Denon PMA-495R Amp. Software: Fruity Loops with reFX Vanguard, Spectrasonics Atmosphere, V-Station, rgc z3ta+, Linplug Albino, and various other VSTplugins. 2) On average, how long does it take you to build and finish a Song? anything from a few hours to months. 3) Which parts do you find tedious when building your track (if any), if it pattern sequencing, automation, etc? the automation and the fills. 4) Where did the inspiration come from to start producing music? Many Dark Psy, oldschool Goa, and some Industrial/Electronica Bands, first of all Front Line Assembly, then Noise Unit, Xenomorph, Hallucinogen, Fear Factory, etc etc. 5) AND Your favourite style to produce? At the moment: Dark, Cybernetic, Industrial Acid Psy with hints of Goa.
  13. Hey, anyone ever played the computer game "Emperor - Battle for Dune"? It was a RTS game in the Dune universe with 3 playable fractions, each fraction with an own soundtrack. The first two soundtracks are nice too, one is a classical battle anthem soundtrack, the second is more like stomping industrial metal. Anyway, I am referring to the third soundtrack, made by a guy named Jarrid Mendelson. This soundtrack is made for the strangest fraction, the "Ordos". Those guys are pure paranoid freaks, hence the music is very futuristic, unorganic, psychedelic. You can hear some very good breakbeat/downtempo stuff in it, full of futuristic sounds. I wonder how no one on the web has mentioned this excellent soundtrack so far. This is unique stuff, and I completely love those tunes. Here are two sample tracks I've uploaded for you: http://rapidshare.de/files/14288017/Ordos_...tronic.mp3.html http://rapidshare.de/files/14287455/Ordos_...tegist.mp3.html you have to click on "free", the wait for about 30 seconds. It will be worth the effort, I promise. Unfortunately, there is no way to prelisten this stuff on the web. There is also no way to get this stuff on CD, the only way to get this is to buy the game, but it should be really cheap now since its 3 or 4 years old. I have a ripped version of all the ordos tracks (52:43 length) out of the game in 128kbps. I am not sure if its legal to upload them, but you can ask for further samples via PM.
  14. we new lvl thank god now can make new naem make name me?
  15. I dont think their (or his) sound changed drastically. Dark Nebula has always been unique in a way, and he still is. Just listen to "Melding Plague" off the "Electric Embryo" Compilation and you will see. Or are there any tracks I dont know you are talking about?
  16. Sorry, but Dark Nebula IS Psychedelic to the core.
  17. Dude, your track impressed me a lot! Great atmosphere thoughout the whole story. The percussion is just awesome - very industrial, lots of details that make it interesting. I agree that there is not so much interchange in the second half, but I'd leave the tune how it is. Right now it has not much ups and downs, but a very contant flow at a high quality level. I think it works like you intended it Keep it up!
  18. I just wanted to inform you I found another very good comp that should fit your description, RTP. It's called "VA - Cold Cuts". You should really check out "Midi Miliz aka Spirallianz - Irreflexive (Main mix)". Awesome track!
  19. Strange, to me this is one of the best Psy-tech releases I've ever encountered. Ok, overall the tracks are a little simple, but on the dancefloor this one works amazingly well: This one got energy, drive and a great atmosphere. Faves are 1,3, and 5. If youre looking for something similar to Spirallianz or The Delta, look no further
  20. Thanks for the feedback, mind.breeder. Glad you like it .. yeah, I thought I could add a melody line somewhere and maybe get the bass more pumping. I think I will rework it and put it on my promo cosmogenesis: Thanks for your interest in my album. I dont know whats the problem with the link though, I can download it without problems.
