  1. AP are good musicians and I like their stuff, but being honest, their music has gone worse lately if you ask me... their new tracks are not that spectacular.
  2. I don't know the exact mechanisms of a compressor, but it's mostly used to make something sound more upfront, it's very easy to understand once you've figured it out. You mainly use it on percussive stuff to give them more punch. If your sound is too silent and seems somehow not to fit in the mix, apply some compression, it will sound much crispier than just turning up the volume. or its used on some of basslines (especially the full-on type), to give them more "aggressiveness"... you dont have to use compressors, a track can sound really nice without any compression, I actually use it quite rarely.
  3. thank you heh, I try to get signed.. know a good list of goa/psy labels? (where i could apply then) well, its already a great success for me that some of my tunes just made it into the rotation of di.fm goa/psy channel
  4. Ha! Thanks! There's so much good Goa stuff that you simply cant get anymore nowadays (except via p2p maybe)... great there are some rereleases of classics!
  5. Oooh, I haven't given up my Goa stuff, its only that I'm not in the mood for it at the moment
  6. Wow, that sample sounds cooool It's true that Goa has become very rare these days... but its good that some still keep it up
  7. My fave is "Scoobydoo meets the Fluff Monster" ... and you forgot it, shame on you amongst those in the poll, it must be "Sly"
  8. Hello again! Finally, I can present you my newest track "Imagon". I slightly changed my style at this one, this track here is grooving tribal like and a bit progressive at reduced speed (133 BPM). But it is still dark, spacey and trippy like most of my stuff... The title of this one is taken from the horror story "Imagon" by Michael Marrak, which I'm reading atm... for all of those who know that title . Length: 10:13 min Bitrate: 192 kbps Size: 14,5 MB Equipment: FL Studio 5 + ReFX Vanguard, Linplug Albino, Spectrasonics Atmosphere, etc... The Link: Download Cybernetika - Imagon Enjoy!
  9. the Spindle Sect vs Artifakt track is actually my fave... and usually I hate rap music... but this track is just too good at the end. Other faves: Tone Deaf Junkies - Noxious Shift - U can't say MPI Project vs Korrupt - Symbiosis (actually used it on my first mix )

  21. i know what you mean, I tried to avoid the average Skazi type of psy, but I wanted to celebrate the dark side of psy with influences from industrial and metal, I just love that style and I hope I succeeded with that anyway, my next mix (if there is at least some hope for me) will be Goa
  22. Uhm yeah, I know that's a crappy title, but I'm liking the tune
