Well i once scheduled psynews2 to be onliune for may 2002...so i can't be trusted. i need to develop still a bit on the, say, "releases & reviews" section + add the layout + import all the old data and it can be run as a light version. the admin part takes me ages to make...especially because this is complex, and on top of that, even though i'm using a language i know, the websites world is still full of mysteries for me (yes yes). BUT currently i am lucky at work : end of one project with not many bugs and summer coming, not speaking about my gf going abroad for 1 month (sigh)...so in the next 2 months i will have faaaaar more time. expect, guys expect. the day i'll post on this forum i need some beta testers, we'll be 1 month before the release date )

This message is dedicated to those who have an old bookmark for the forums. Those typing only www.psyenws.org to see them don't need to read. -------- As some of you maybe know the forums were stored on my home server while psynews was on a free.fr account, 3 years ago. Back then i only owned the domain onewayltd.com and they were stored there. That is still the case now. so if you're looking at this page's infos you'll see something like http://www.onewayltd.com/psyforums/read.ph...i=93858&t=93858 (Actually the frameset and the left menu bar are on psynews.org and the forums frame is on onewayltd.com) OK, so why not moving them to psynews.org, on the very same machine, 2 folders away when psynews.org and .net were bought then ? Just because we feared you people would get to dead links and would get lost and not understand. However now onewayltd.com is only used for the forums. So i'd really like to move the forums to some psynews.org address, release the onewayltd.com domain and save a bit of money for 2 other domains i'll have to handle soon. Instead of having the forums on www.onewyaltd.com/psyforums, you'll have them on www.psynews.org/forums, which is, in addition, more logical. So i'm here to announce it to you : within a few days and for the next 2 months, the forums will be available on both addresses, i'll advertise a bit everywhere on that, and by september and forth, the forums will only be accessible thru the psynews.org/forums address. I'll update you on this and will tell you when to update your bookmarks. Then i'll trust you too for sharing the info of that move around you Thanks. PS : For those who will ask in that thread, let me say i'm working on the new psynews.org again seriously (since i had slowed down the dev since feb), and this becomes serious, seriously

My super short review : First, it's not bad. It pushes hard and it's *not* full on. There is a lot of energy although it's a bit always the same kind of energy. You can easily recognize the style of MMM. Those who liked the previous album will like better this one i thinK. However after listning to it i thought : yeah....hmm....i did not freak that much....

I 100% agree with Cryion. The Hallucinogen remix rocks though it's not such a big work for him, this track being really close to the original one. The rest is sh**......hum......let's say......better than Safi Connection )) IMO this Red compil is a scar amongst the colored TIP series.

Jon Cocco : the new version is still in the works. really a few time to spend on it. Now Psynews is me + Anoebis as Children is............missing and the other ones are idle. i'll reform a crew later.

Hello. As you know maybe, the psynews server had partially burnt on arpil 7 (no data lost though) and since that it's been running on my home pc, with lots of failures as you probably noticed Today i managed to gather all the hardware needed to repair it and i'm planning to restart the server as it was before. BUT i'll have to reinstall an OS on it, migrate the old data, forums, etc... so you can expect the server to be down either tonigh after 1AM or tomorrow very early during 2 hours or so. thank you. fabien mars

Hi It's always the same story Psynews is in coma i dont have much time i will do it Psynews2 has been in project since 3 years but the development itself was restarted several times and it's like 4 months old. Not even saying that Children has been missing for 9 months. Please be patient.

Hello Hum 10 days ago the server's power supply started burning, but we could stop it just in time (or so we thought). After replacing the power supply it worked quite bad, though (reboots on big hard disks reads). Since april 2nd, no psynews at all : this is due to the fact that i'm changing my isp and the new one was late at sending me the modem. I'm sorry for that. The benefit is that for now on, you'll have 4x the bandwidth you had before !!! The bad thing is that the server never worked well anymore and i noticed this morning that the motherboard was in fact damaged by the fire too...so now psynews is currently running on my home pc (!) that i configured in a urge. I Hope that's all for the bad news. Please spread the info around you that psynews is back and enjoy the forum again. fabien mars.

In my opinion if you think his melodies are always about the same, them you must think all the full on tracks are one and only track released thousand of times since 2001 no offense. constructive comments like yours are always great. personnally i think he makes great music though he could indeed spend more time on the tracks. don't forget he started making music not long ago. i don't know if you've tried but it's not so easy to make a consistent track. so doing this after a few months is already an achievement !

about version 2, we're in a strange situation. i'm doing a side thing currently, that may help me later. my work takes a lot of time and i dont have much usually. children is impossible to contact since august (dead ? i'm really wondering). i'm on psynews v2, it's like a personnal challenge now. it wil be released one day, i swear
