maybe Selected Ambient Works Vol 1 and 2. And DRUQKS. However i do think overall he is kind of overrated, Venetian Snares or Autechre are much much much better

Taken (2008) Won't tell anything about the plot because that could be a spoiler. Fast,hard,intense, lots of action and a bit of cruelty. Maybe just a tiny bit unrealistic, but without this there would be no movie. 8/10 check it, it's short anyways (93 minutes)

The total irony here is that perdition city has reference's to FSOL's dead cities, and ulver were influenced by it, it's sort of like a tribute album or sth plus it goes beyond psy-chill-dustrial, it's Ambient,IDM/Experimental/Electronic/Undefined ... imo

The Isness is pretty good actually. Shpongle's 2 albums after AYS? were shite-filled ;P The only bad FSOL material is not actually released under FSOL alias, but Amorphous Androgynous one.

That certainly goes for Shpongle (i only found the first album good) but not so much for FSOL. Especially their albums Lifeforms and Dead Cities have no fillers, it's top notch material, each & every second of the albums.

So ? One might argue that the genres are different, but then again, every musical project is different from another and in the end we are merely talking about electronic 'downtempo' music with ambient elements in both cases. My vote goes to FSOL without much thought.

I have it in mp3 though ;P P.S. I am fed up with the 'psychedelic' term, psychedelic this , psychedelic that, it's stretched and doesn't describe anything.All is psychedelic. Nothing is psychedelic. ;P
