Goddess Guerilla and Electro Fluoro Punx.. I have 2 promo albums from Troll Scientists.. nice music, not exactly goa maybe some goa elements now and then.

well maybe search for some post-rock/electronic stuff.. but it's usually not [only]acoustic guitars but also [mainly] electric guitars.. oh , btw there's an awesome ambient track by Vidna Obmana named Guitar Harmonics. search for it or you want the whole album? that wouldnt be bad either..

kick+bass is the major problem almost everyone that starts music production encounters.. from my short experience, try to experiment with EQ+compressor on both of them or on each one separately and then a compressor on their channel read some basics about mastering and frequencies ranges that give a muddy sound
