Hey I saw something interesting on your Discogs list. PM me and let's talk
-
Yes, I'm willing to either sell or trade it
-
..and since I got asked what I'm looking for I may as well answer here too. I'm after Transwave-Datura EP 12" (Transpact), SFX-Rainbirds CD, Hux Flux-Cryptic Crunch CD, Asia 2001-Ra CD or Crop Circles CD single on Auracle. These are just some releases I'd be interested. If you have something else or want to buy it feel free to PM your offer. Thanks for the interest via PM...you know who you are
-
Check buy/sell section if you want Pleiadians-I.F.O.
-
I've got the ORIGINAL Dragonfly edition (not Nova Tekk re-release) of Pleiadians - I.F.O. CD for sale or trade. This is your chance to grab (in my opinion) the greatest Psy Trance album ever. This CD, and especially this original edition. is very rare (loooong out of print) and in extremely high demand. It has both musical and collectors high value. Please PM me if you're interested. First come first served. Thanx

Is anyone into Robert Leiner's stuff. I just heard one of his newer tracks which reminded me I kind of liked some other tracks he released before. It's just that he was always under the radar for some reason.Has anyone heard any of his albums? Anyting you could recommend? Thanx
-
Does anyone have SFX-Rainbirds CD for trade or sale? I'm willing to give something nice in return or pay well for it. Please PM me if you have it available. Thanx
-
Hm I already have X-Dream "We Interface" but that sounds different to me. It's not as dark and too much vocals. I really liked Holeg Spies "Lost in Darkness" Fuzzion Rmx. It's got that greeeeat dark texture to it. Several other tracks on Chronika 2 have that dark and kind of apocaluptic feeling to them like Triple Distilled vs. Fuzzion "Midnight Circulator" for example. YOu know that sound that's more or less constany in the background of the song, kinda like a lazy dark melody.. That's what I'm looking for but can't find much of it. Psy Techno/Tech trance I heard since The Delta-Scizzoefective was mostly just minimal and stripped down so I lost interest after the fantastic first The Delta release. Knowing what you know now about my taste would you still recommend Horns and Hoofs and Non Standards?
-
I just heard it and I must say I really like it. I'm not into Tech Trance that much but this is something different. I love the dark atmospheres and diversity on this album. Any other Tech Trance albums/comps you'd recommend?
-
I'm trying to make a deicision weather to buy Chronika Chapter 2 by Boske Beat records. I've read some nice reviews but since I'm very picky about Tech Trance I need some further clarification. Does this compilation feature more minimal kind of sound (like example X-Dream "Irritant") or there is more feeling, layering and/or riffs (light or dark) to it like for example The Delta-Scizzofefective album or Midiimiliz-Cyclic Structure track which is very cool. Thanx in advance!

Most intense Killer Kick Drum Ever thread
visine replied to Frontier Psychiatrist's topic in General Psytrance
How about Infernal Machine-Noctural Chainsaw Kerfuffle on Dementertainment CD ? Total monster kick -
It's Moby-Thousand. I think that track was in the Guiness book of records as the fastest song ever or something. I may be wrong. It is brutal though.

Juno Reactor are faarr away ahead of pretty much anyone I can think of in so called Psy scene. Even big names such as Hallucinogen, X-dream etc. aren't at the same level as Juno. Juno Reactor are the only band I can think of that have kept evolving and got better and better (while others just plain sucked after they changed ie Etnica). Of course this is just my subjective opinion and tastes are different...but Juno rules...at least in my book. After all these years it's hard to even find someone to compare to Juno...that tells you how original they are.

Oops wrong planet Some great titles there but I don't think those are the style/genres he's after. Most people would probably agree IM and Amon Tobin aren't quite the same ballpark
-
That's not very nice way of treating someone (I suppose) new. Anyways, looks like you like more "proper" Psy Trance sound with layers. Try to track down Total Eclipse - Violent Relaxation, Dimension 5-Transdimensional, Pleiadians-I.F.O., Man With No Name-The Moment Of Truth, Transwave - Helium, Full On 2 (Hommega), pretty much anything from TIP records prior to 1998. These may be hard to find today. Here are some mor erecent titles that may interest you: Electric Universe-Cosmic Experience, Jupiter 8000-Twisted Blis, Talpa-The art of being non..just to name a few.... Good luck huntin'

...but this is not Goa Trance

I think Orichalcum stuff usually has steadier pace than Koxbox/Psychopod who I'd say are more chaotic..in a good way of course. Both play with you mind just as good and if I'm not mistaken, they collaborated on one track..I think it was "alien homes" song Frank e' co-produced with them. Orichalcum is very unique. There is nothing else that sounds the same to my ears. However if you like that style, you probably'd be into their Live CD with slightly different versions of those songs, check out their "the egg" track on TIP records' 3D comp if you like breaks. This one was really nicely done. There is also an album of their other project Alienated called FF on Creamcrop records. I'd say it's somewhat similar to Orichalcum style, but not quite the same.

Sounds good. I'm looking forward to it.
-
The only way to find out for sure is to hear it
-
We like DJ sets as well. Actually it'd be kind of interesting to hear what you sound like in that role as opposed to the chill out/morning side of EP (which I btw enjoy very much).
-
How about a nice live set from you E.P.? ...and yes I have a quite a few original studio releases of yours on vinyl and CD, so I'd be nice to get that "live" feel too
