Of the music I've heard, the full-on stuff has entertained me more than minimal. -=- Matt/Strumpling -=- there's probably some awesome minimal out there.... I just haven't been looking, and haven't come across it

even though it's never been very "lively," let's hit that chatroom HARD! ALL DAY SUNDAY (so as to not interfere with Bomb's "Global Chillage" show ;-). I don't think I'm alone in saying Simon Posford is my favorite "Music Maker" (In the Psy genre, at least), so let's get into his chatroom and "celebrate" his Music-Making skillz!! I'll let Aquagena know what's happening as well ;-) We'll do some "synchronized listening" of his "BIG FOUR" cds (or maybe vote on what we wanna hear, i dunno - we'll figure something out!), and basically hang out and talk crap! The Official Simon Posford Chatroom! Hit that link on Sunday (I'll re-post), and get your albums ready! Be prepared for LOTS of fast talking (hell, skip every other line if you have to!), because god DAMN, his music gets fast! Please reply if you think you can make it! hmm.... this stuff works with midi channels too, right? still can't get it to record my actions. the read/write thing didn't seem to record any knob-turning with my synth...... and this overdub thing... I can't find it. I'm a true beginning ;-) Lifeform, I didn't write back bacause i'm really sick right now - it sucks ass! But I listened to your track quite a few times...... Both Shpongle CDs have some awesome parts where he's toying with warping metallic sounds. -=- Matt/Strumpling -=- they're very well-done!

I'm just digging the mp3s until i can track that one down - it's definitely on my list - a CLASSIC! it was ahead of it's time as far as ambient is concerned. -=- Matt/Strumpling -=- TIP TIP TIP!

k... I'm barely starting to get into this..... Is there any way to have cubase "record" my actions? It seems like it should be able to record me tweaking knobs and dials...... kind of a "live mix" type of thing? Or do I really have to make new tracks for every little turn of the knob on my synths? -=- Matt/Strumpling -=- say it ain't so!
