Take every sound that sounds too "clean" and make a few more "versions" of them (slightly different pitches or lengths, wobble/flange/whatever them a bit....... you know, different "versions!" heh) to hide right UNDER the "top" ones. This way your "top" layer stays "clean" but there are "unclean" sounds right under them (don't make 'em as loud as the origs, at least not near the beginning of your track That should "dirty" it up a bit -=- Matt/Strumpling -=- stupid amatuer

Reason is good........ but it's completely USELESS without Propellorhead's other software. so you'll have to get recycle and rebirth as well. -=- Matt/Strumpling -=-

I'll tell you what it is - it's one of the coolest effects there are. Posford of course has mastered it. He uses it to "tap tap taaap" the sounds to you instead of "streeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaming them in" -=- Matt/Strumpling -=-

And as far as the concepts, I've got all sorts of strange, edgy ideas, and seem to be musically "inclined" I made some kick-ass piano peices in cubase, because I couldn't figure out how to change instruments (i don't think i spend enough time configuring these programs and toying with things, i want PRODUCT!) shpongled, I purchased Reason last year, and found it to be LOADED with stuff I had NO CLUE how to use (hey, i'm relatively new to this stuff, and haven't put much dedication into it until recently). I was distressed that I couldn't use wav files with the looping thing, and I couldn't use wav files with that "subtractor" i think it was called (haven't fired it up in a while, I've been using sound forge recently, to make effects that i'd like to arrange into music with a cooler program). Thanks for the insight, guys. Now I have to make a bunch of money to purchase all this sh!t with. -=- Matt/Soundling -=-
