One of the very first night I danced was a Prodigy party Until then I was a stupid snobbish psy/classic rock collector missing how all this psychedelic rock originated dance maaan fuckin dance and I danced my ass off that night and it was totally live with bass, drums, snyhs and everything and funny but that samne night after prodigy paul oakenfield played in a rave!!! and he played goa now I know I am old but these things happened and more interestingly they happened in Turkey with a only around hundred people acknowlodging whats going on
  3. I think Children of the Bong is a little dub oriented too try that one and a lot of lsd compilations wander around those fields heck a lot of ambient came out of UK actually they re into dubby terrotories
  4. omg No Jimi Hendrix then i would rather not be born into a world like that my god no Jimi Hendrix, no pink Floyd, no goa no psy, no far out literature thank you Doc once more ofcourse there can be some people who prefer not to and still can make this kind a music no worries they ll do it soon, they dont know what they re missin There are some people who are in born lsd tripped like hermann hesse i mean read steppenwolf and journey to east
  5. When you re on `cid go for the analog equıpment they have so many lights that are blinking by the way I dont think its possible to produce under good `cid Nowadays a lot of people are into coke and speed but This whole music scene since the beginning and whether you take this beginning from the 60s or thousands of years old shamanistic rituals IS FUCKING INSPIRED BY PSYCHEDELICS and lsd rules the psychedelic world and if you dont believe me go listen to Bill Hicks he already told a lot about artists who doesnt do drugs. For a short quote from what he said "suck satans cock"
  6. Astro Cortex that second namlook cover is from his colleberation with the turkish guy Burhan Ocal, or they look very very much the same

  10. How old is Simon Posford?
  11. but if you look for some really tribal trance HILIGHT TRIBE look no further get everything you can from them especially the latest live
  12. Is Eyal Berkan Holymen? ıf so therefore he ıs Dr. Acid and dr acid blew minds in a way back then and holymen desert storm was good too but it makes no difference if he is a cheap ass rip off
  13. elysium - celestial sounds and neurotic tribal beats very tribal very psychedelic and subtle very trippy when you get it
  14. Well For years I have been into psychedelic music and it was Psychedelic Rock, my parents listen to psychedelia, and they mentioned they were playing white rabbit as a lullaby to me... I thought there were no other psy music except those... Then one day a friend made me listen Hallucinogen - LSD I can not tell you what I felt I think its a great chance (more than that maybe) that the world of psychedelia met trance. Trance itself causes trips without psychedelic substances. I do not go to history and all that we all know those. When loaded with this kind a music (goa/psy) and these drugs (`cid/shrooms or alike), where we reach is uncomaparble to anything I experienced before. I loved tripping and listenin Jimi Hendrix, but even that doesnt compare to that. For dnb it doesnt take me that further alone and it doesnt flow for me for days, it creates the stories sharp and unconnected for me... Feels synthetic. Another strange thing for goa/psy is a music made of unearthy sounds totally connects me to nature and thats most probably because of the trance unducing part... I messed a little but you d get the idea...
  15. The ones he did with his Turkish collaborator are: Sultan Sultan Osman Sultan Orhan actually it was like they were planning to do an album for every ottoman sultan and Osman was the first, Orhan was the second. I dont know if they re gonna continue. Sultan was the first collobaration and it was based around the same concept without a direct reference to a single Sultan. Osman --> Ottoman in Turkish Ottoman Empire is Osmanli Empire hence the first sultan Osman named the empire after his name. 3 good albums, if you are interested and cant find them contact me I ll send them to you
  16. he made 3 colloborations with Burhan Ocal a turkish virtuoso percussionist and they are really really good I recommend them to everyone If you are a fan and its hard to find let me know I can get them from any music store so nemo problemo
  17. Hallucinogen in Dub thats what I call a fucking RE-mix
  18. Oh my God This is so so good dont know what to say Liked it more than anything you ce done before includin metomorphosis let me tell you the setting crazy ass goa stomping all night on a very good acid a night full of revelations and oneness with nature and in the morning haze looking at the mountains for the sun coming up thinkin you figured it all out, with the hiss of the trees flangerizing arround your head and... this song kicks in with its emotional melody and i am in tears i need high quality version of this song lost buddha my friend and are you aware of what emotions and stories are hidden in that melody and in that song sometimes this happens you go beyond yourself and make something you do not even know what you have included and that is good art, not only intentional but emotional and honest and comes from inside, because then it comes from not only within you but within every single entity in this universe thus honest and trancendend art is and shows you the divine thanks again for reminding these
  19. Astral Projection - Soundform MFG - Why Psygone - Kashmir Shiva Shidapu - India Spirit Etnica - Trip Tonite Goa Syndrome - Energy Gate Cosmosis - Howling at the Moon Dimension 5 - Purple Om Total Eclipse - Chaotic Circus Talking Souls - Karma 209 these define goatrance to me but to define Goa itself the party situation is more important for me than the music. The people, the music, the place and everything in there comes together and merges in and defines Goa for me.
  20. Triad gave a chill on my spine the first time I heard it and still it does the way she sings it especially that your mothers ghost part the way she changes the color of her voice and the temper oh god i love this song

  22. after the earthquake and stuff two countries came closer peopel are more willing to live peacufully then having a war younger generations with a minor very minor exception is towards a peaceful attitude the major fuckers we gotto keep an eye on is political leaders who are trying to get a vote or two capitalizing on peoples nationalistic (belonging) emotions
  23. you got one point wrong i did not say i ll pay a visit during war we both know it is not possible i did say the intention to cross that border was sharing good moments not war and about suit and tie biz it depends on your expectations and your trust in yourself i dont like suit and tie either, but never said i wouldnt wear them (u never know) but i chose my job accordingly and I wear shorts and tshirt or casual and make money (this is important for people who believe only way to make money is with jobs with dress code) more than enough for me to live. about being reasonable or old enough or even clever enough i wish we didnt need creditentials but if you want i am an architect with a philosophy of art masters on top of it and love reading and thinking an debating but tell me once again why the hell we are talking about these it is about where are the most members from we understood you believe you are a realist and the reality is what your social surroundings structure and we believe reality has many sides and one big phenomena including immediate experience as well by the way there was no Turkey option I choose middle eats as there was not also europe and middle east together
