Frantic and Gutty are completely right! By copying that "full on" bass you will become another fullon artist making cool but forgettable dancemusic. If you keep on doing your own thing you might end up as the next shpongle! Which is way cooler, at least IMO I know it sounds boring but it's the truth.

i have only heard one of their tracks, called "we have explosive" (it is on 'wipeout 2097' soundtrack, no kazaa bug for sure) and just want to check it's the same FSOL. Cause it doesnt sound ambient/trance.

The band Noosphere uses some Acid lines, even in their 2002 album Aqua. Atleast i think they are 303 sounds, although not the extremely acid type.

Are you thinking of Vayshiyas? If you're talking about them, they rock... The incredible groove that kicks in after 1 minute in Electrosaat. Powerfull indeed.

They may not be repetitive but i find them kind of boring. The first album is built upon this formula: Breakbeat + piano + smurf voices + melodies that are very much like those in cheese trance but with different chords taking away the epic-ness but keeping the dull-factor behind. I dont own the other ones, but from what i've heard, they are not worth mentioning.

EDIT: sorry, i hadn't listened to juno for a while... Now skipped through some songs and they are great... I must have had grouse taste a year ago! They are great!

Seriously, Underworld, Orbital, Plastikman, Prodigy and that stuff is just boring... Let's forget it and be happy that electronic music doesn't sound that way anymore Kraftwerk on the other hand, is magic.

Infected Mushroom - None of this is real: the whole song is based on the guitar melodies and they are good and varied. It is cheesy, but in a good way i think. Noosphere - Vector: The very moody and low octave guitar amplifies the melody and provides the track with a very special feeling.

Texas Faggott is cool I can't think of any other fun name though (except those already mentioned), most of them are quite cliché.

But in that case, German, Swedish, French, Russian melodies would be eastern aswell.

It's very well done except the drums - they are a little dry and also way back in the mix... Nice spooky atmosphere but the melodies seem re-used. Nice psychedelic rythmics that change when they should. Well done.

I'd say in most trance it is 4-8-16-32 it starts with four and always doubles. But of course it is just interesting to see 12 in music as well, but it doesn't happen often in dance music.

Hallucinogen - Red Room ( don't know what it was ) Hallucinogen - Goa Trance ( This was in fact orphic trench from twisted ) Hallucinogen - Deep Trance and Ritual Beats ( The real name is spike ) Infected Mushroom - Pussy Trance ( It could have been a live recording with the mushrooms, but i'm not sure, anyway, they don't have a 'Pussy Trance' track, right?) Not very comical but misleading nevertheless... I hate kazaa >=(
