  1. Goazzz, the thread was open and pinned for a month. i'm suprised you missed it.
  2. haha good one "Have you ever touched Simon Postford? Where?"
  3. this is what god created samples and leeching for. to check music out before buying. i myself have been checking few releases, to see why people voted them. i just discovered the wonderful "VA - Albedo" chill out compilation man, some people need to re-evaluate their "promotion" activities.
  4. we've got our eyes on you boy .. and ears in march!
  5. both him and the Simon look funny cause they were talking while the pic was taken. but check out Damion, he soooo posing. he knew the picture was coming up. damion
  6. i like the guy in the back better. anyway, is the Simon who's tall? or is the Damion who's short? i'm asking cause i wanna calculate how tall our little posfords will be. but that's just cause i can't cream my pants, of course.
  7. hey Charlie, i bought The Lone Deranger this week. waiting for it in the mail. do you like me better now?
  8. i don't kick people!! haven't been @ in long time either
  9. oh, so it's you guys that banned the webhost you realise that we could have discussed this in irc, instead of posting here 2 more posts .. 20 Euro more to pay
  10. i've so far tried to "convert" few people to prog trance. successfully. but i guess that's because it is "closest" to what they hear in clubs? nobody cared about chill out. to those who are already into psytrance (though melodic), i tried to show them the "dark" side of the scene .. partially failed. what else ... i've caught my brother listening to Astral Projection and Blue Planet Corporation a few times. that's about it. not many people though.
  11. pretty funny flyer the serious front, the funny back .. they can be a constructive contrast.
  12. it's all about personal choice. after i did these calculations, i went to listen to Khetzal again and again. it's good, but i for one like other albums better. it will never be MY #1 for sure. same goes for Entheogenic .. in my opinnion there are much better chill out releases in 2005. as for Shpongle ... i play the album, and after 10-15 minutes it drives me crazy and i just have to stop it. maybe i'm a freak! however, i concluded that all releases that made it to top 50 or so are good and representative for 2005. so it's not all about top 3 or top 5 or top 10.

    Spam

i get spammed a bit on yahoo messenger, by romanian promoters. but it's not really annoying, it's just 3 promoters or so. the bad thing is that they're promoting stuff that happen like 300-500 km away from me.
  15. it's ok though, Lurk is cool, i'm glad he did it. i would have punched you too. but that's only because i can't cream my pants.

    OOOD

since both OOOD and Unconscious Collective are made of the same people, you can work out something like "one bullet hits two targets": - release new OOOD album - release Unconscious Collective album - get some nice promotion (you're doing fine in that chapter i think) - get 2 gigs in 1 festival: one gig at the main floor (psy), one gig at the chill-out floor
  17. Yes, this is a fine, fine selection of chill out tracks. I'm very impressed. This compilation has a tracklist that builds into such a delicate and yet deep journey. There is nothing more powerful than the combination between "delicate" and "deep". First, it was just playing in the background, low volume, while I was working. It was the remix of Bluetech's "Oleander" that really got my attention. Wow. Really nice, loaded with atmospheres, very emotional, I was instantly kidnapped and thrown into the sweetest journey. I played it again, and again, as it was making me feel good, and better. Then I "woke up" and listened to the whole compilation, with volume up. I found variety with each tune, every artist in the tracklist has his own style, but the selection is done in such manner that the "delicate and deep" factor flows along with the tunes until the end. Some tracks are really emotional and it's impossible not to get caught in them. Some tracks are really relaxing and it's impossible to hold on to your bad energies. And some tracks are really uplifting and it's impossible not to smile a little. These people are really tallented. VA - Left Coast Liquid is so complicated, and yet so simple. I just love it. Good luck Native State Records!
