I doubt psynews maintenance will be expensive. I'm expecting something like Basilisk said, between 10 EUR and 50 EUR per month. I'd rather not have banners and donate.

Well, the only thing we have to make sure of is that we don't miss 1 month of payment. So my proposal is to to donate according to our pockets. And Mars should administrate that money, and announce us at least 2-3 months before the balance come to 0, so we can donate again. If we can't pay for 1 month, then psynews goes down. So the fund raising should make sure that we can pay the hosting for let's say... 1 year in advance. Or 6 months. I remember that at psy-forum.co.uk they organised a big party, and the money gathered were used for the costs of the website. But it's impossible to do the same at psynews. The travelling time & costs would kill hopes for many of us.

Well, first let's find out what amount per month we are talking about, and then let's decide how we pay.

Symph! That's a good idea. Women would love some summer light shirts with such drawings on them! The idea with painting on bottles could also bring you money if you can sell them to various pubs/bars/clubs. Yet, to diversify your products, you could try to find bottles with all kind of shapes and sizes. What about doing such artwork on other objects? I'm just thinking about other shapes, cubic, pyramidal, sphere, i don't know, maybe weird shapes. I'd love an ashtray made by you Since you're so talented, maybe you could sell some ideas to fabrics producers? Get inside the fashion world and stuff? Am i going too far? Traveller, Nemo, reger have all been given a warning on 23rd of April. How come you only found out now? Did you receive the official PM from Shaft with the warning message? However, i aggree, this is a warning situation, as in reminding the members why of their purpose on psynews, as a discussion forum. But i wouldn't increase warning levels officially just for that. We all fool around on psynews a little at some point. We're discussing this issue with the other mods.
