I haven't listened too much to Headlines yet, so I guess you might be right.

I think the IMBA/KURO track is the best 2012 Psy I've heard so far. REALLY massive production.

The demo sounds cool as fuck, but much more like old early Iboga than Hux Flux.

I'm my rabid hunt for early PCP stuff I've stumbled upon a track by DAG Tribe called "No Compromise (Airport 5.00 - 11.59 A.M. Mix)". It sounds surprisingly much like modern-day Tech Trance (even some Atmos like parts). Further research showed me that DAG Tribe was an alias of Dag Lerner of Dance 2 Trance. Very interesting. I'm currently learning how to produce electronic music, and I've quickly generated a preference for analog hardware and recording techniques. It has given me the ability to peak beyond the veil and has in that process totally changed my perception of electronic music. It's not that I can't appreciate the sound and techniques of modern software and recording. But I'm amazed at how much more lively and "good" my music sounds when it's made with analog machines/synths and recorded on tape, compared to when it's done on the computer. Any opinions?

I'm surprised that you don't recognize Juno as "having much to do with Goa". I think Transmissions sounds exactly like the music that was played at the early Goa parties. That old school mix of Acid, Trance and EBM.

You just said everything I wanted to say. There's only so much you can do on your own, and as soon as you organize you basically have a small scale goverment as money is power. A goverment you can't vote for or against. That's why it's better to have the state taking care of certain things.

Can't say I have any expectations at all after U-Turn. So I'm going to be pleasantly surprised if it's good and indifferent if isn't.
