I tend to gravitate towards artists that represent a unique sound of their own. Astral Projection, Koxbox, Juno Reactor, X-Dream, K.U.R.O., Ubar Tmar etc. I have zero interest in music that is based solely on genre conventions. A generic Goa track is just as useless to me as shitty full-on. In that case, the lower the volume, the better.

Koxbox would always remix their own tracks for the live shows. That was part of the package. They also did a live performance on danish state radio around '98. The show was called "Eurospotting". Anybody who has heard it?

I've seen it a couple of times, but had other releases I wanted more at the time. I'm sure it'll pop up sooner or later though

Spent this afternoon listening to old Industrial records at Peter Candy's place. I took a few pictures I thought some of you might find interesting. That's a pretty single-minded (mildly put) view of a genre that spans more than a million films. You'd have to be both deaf, dumb and blind to claim something like Martyrs is exactly the same as Dario Argento's old classics. Just sayin'...
