I have one of the Psychoactive Scandosound CDs and the Ice-O-Lator comp. It's not my favourite stuff but when I'm in the right mood I really like it. My favourite track from the comps is Tripping Troll, that's a real trippy tune. Have you checked out the first Mr. Peculiar album, Element it's named I think, it's also on the darker side.

Oh we are sooooo coool, we listen to the right real holy psytrance, the other people don't know a shit about real music for the grown ups... blah, blah, blah... I wouldn't fly anywhere for that but Spacecat still belongs to my favourite artists. Also like Spacecat vs. Alien Project album. If they (or Spacecat alone would be even better) ever show up near me I'd kill to go...

I visited my local used disc shop on Sathurday and they had a lot of psy stuff (a lot means 10 or 15 albums, normally they have 3 or 4 or even 0). It seems like somebody has sold has part of his collection to them or something. I really had to calm myself down and only buy the stuff I would really like. The best evolution of goatrance (imho) is the diversity of genres! You find stuff from techtrance to full-on to new-school to dark to minimal or even pop-psy. This is what I like about this style so much, so many possibilties...

The String Theory track really is nice. The rest of the comp is also not that bad but I'll also give that Lift Off comp a try. Thanks for bringing it to me!

Dated? Well, it's personal taste but still... I like the first album the best, then the third and only then the second. The second one is too world music like at times for me. Anyway, I'm not going to buy that boxset so why bother...

When talking about future comps by Suntrip, what are you guys up to these days? I know, new Filteria and I still need to buy the Khetzal album. But still, WE WANT MORE!

May I ask for how much?

I don't know how rare it is but three guys asked me to sell it since I added my copy on discogs. It's a nice track but I just bought it because it's a Pink Flyod RMX and because it's a picture disc. So you finally got it!

Don't get me started about bashing music styles... Basically all styles are fine for me, some I like more than others, some I don't like at all. It's taste and nothing more. You are not special because you listen to THE RIGHT style of music... It's just music, end of story.

I've added two more artists: Beyond Third Spring I've ordered their album over the Chakra site. Haven't received it but I'm very curious about i. And then there's Human from Fiin Records. His promo is out and I love it a lot!

Exactly what I mean. I'm also not a big fan of progressive but even I have to agree that there are some releases outhere I like.

I would rather say how many people would have liked the song if it weren't for the cute little puppet in the funny video... Exactly my thoughts after reading the topic... How many people bash full-on all the time without even give it a listen...

After listening to this album some more I can tell a bit better why I like the samples in most of the tracks (especially track 1 and 2): As Basilisk allready has said the same samples get repeated on and on in the tracks. For me this is very hypnotising and intrancing. I understand why it is anoying for some but for me it works perfeclty.

Human - Mystical Encounter The CD is not on discogs yet becaue as with the other Fiin Records album (Subconsciousmind - Gfühlsweid) they first make 250 CDs themselfe (burned on the PC, cover printed themselfe) and when they all were sold they can produce the professianel mastered and printed album. All who bought the promo (or whatevere you wanna call it) get one of the regular albums too. I quite like this procedure. Haven't listened to the CD but the samples sound nice. Melodic stuff, maybe not as great as Subconsicousmind but still. I hope I like it plus it's my duty to help Swiss artists. If you wanna check it out, go here!

Here we go! And here are two other artists from the same organisators. Have listened to Pace's mix and I also like it (he uses a lot of different full-on styles). Haven't listened the last mix, it's progressive as much as I know.
