I know that you not throw around the full-on stuff, and I know that you know that I know... Sure, artists use the same chords, instruments, tools, sample cds for their tracks. As I've said I think that samples (some of them at last) are way easier to spot or that (some) people mind them more than preseted effects on synths. Matter of taste... You can't force somebody to change his taste, but they also can't change your tracks so it's sort of equal.

Well, that bitching about all full-on sounding all the same is allready going on in the forum for ages so don't worry about that!!! I think the problem is that a spoken (or sung) sample is way more easy to recognise than when artists use the same effects on a synth. If it's overused liek the full-on bassline then it gets boring very fast. But with a spoken sample or something it takes less. But tt's a matter of taste if people get upset by that or not. I don't mind it that much personally but I also somewaht understand people who dislike it.

I've received the Electrypnose Cd with morning sound on it. No cover but the music itself is just damn great!!!! I'm gona send this guy some money as soon as my credit card is unblocked.

And you know what's even more queer? In this scene a lot of people feel personally offended when an artist they adore dares to release a track they don't like. Maybe it's the same in other scenes but it's something I haven't seen often outside psy.

And try the Contact Clubber Vol. 1 compilation from Hommega, it's just great! (imho of course)

I think I know this one, even when it's not in my collection right now. I need to go through my vinyls at home. Maybe I didn't add it or I misplace it with another record.

So, Nemo has finally his account up and running. I'm going to sneak around in it right there, then I'll take a look at Psygoatdelic and Lauryn.

Added the Synaesthesiacs vinyl to my Wantlist and I've noticed that I allready have the Kind Of Intelligence vinyl. I need to listen to that again when I'm back home.

In the videogame collector's scene there is a guy buying all copies on ebay from the same game. It's for a very old system (not the NES, older and not as well-known) and the name of the game is something like Magic Boy. Everybody hates him (obviously) and nobody knows what he's up to with the games. He hasn't sold a single one of them for ages. Maybe it's the same guy? Would be kinda weird. Huh, then I really made bargain when I got my copy of it. I had to pay about 25£ plus shipping. I was the only bidder then... Still haven't framed it but I will. I'm browsing Melanocorypha's collection right now, I love sneaking through other collections...

I'm listening to the long samples at Saikosounds right now. From what I can tell it's very trippy music, I love it more every second. Since we have a somewhat similar taste, can you recommend me music in the same style?

Checked out the samples at psyshop, the Flight Number track is a blast and the other samples also sound damn nice!!!!! Nice stuff, I'll definitely buy this CD! When I remember right it's on sale (bargain) at my local psyshop. When I get my next salary... Thanks for recommending me that, it's not the uplifting melodic stuff I normaly listen to but it's very good in a different way!

I also can't listen to ram files. I'll try it at my gf's place when I'm there but a wav file would rock.
