  1. If you go for the sales figures the majority of "psy" listeners dig their music. And even if not, it's still possible they like what they are doing so...
  2. Maybe you could give an example of a track? Would make it easier to recommend stuff. Most progressive trance I know is not hard in the way you describe it, for me the description sounds more like some progressive house or hardhouse.
  3. Safi Connection - Beyond Your World from the Inca:Nations comp.
  4. Same here, I bought the Dragonfly album when it was still available in my local online shop and considering how good the album is and how high the price is right now, I call myself lucky. And congrats to Stryder for getting the album.
  5. I went to this absolutely fabulous psyparyt with Stardust and to my (un)fortune there was a cozy little stall with two guys selling CDs. After a nice dose of MDMA I couldn't resist and I've invested most of my money into some used and one new CD. I've bought this first when we have just arrived since I've hear samples before and liked them: Dancing Devil - Forward Into The Past http://www.discogs.com/release/1141803 When I got back later I've discovered that they have a special bargain price: buy five CDs and instead of 18 you just have to pay 12 per CD. Since there were some real gems (well, especially one gem) I couldn't resist and bought these: v/A - Chillum - The Ultimate Tribal Ambient Journey 4 http://www.discogs.com/release/455929 v/A - Inca:Nations http://www.discogs.com/release/64191 v/A - Israels Psychedelic Trance Vol. 4 http://www.discogs.com/release/365441 MFG - New Kind Of World http://www.discogs.com/release/77394 and now the best catch by far: v/A - Butterfly Dawn http://www.discogs.com/release/180120 And last but not least, I got this nice CD from a trade with Stardust: The Infinity Project - Feeling Weird http://www.discogs.com/release/204324
  6. Sorry that was closed by mistake and is open again. The problem is that you can close/open threads with one mouseclick and if you have several windows open (as I do) and click on psynews it's very easy to close the threads.
  7. Got some gift vouchers and bought the following CDs with it: Good Charlotte - The River (2 track single) not on Discogs Infected Mushrooom - Vicious Delicious http://www.discogs.com/release/941085
  8. There's a nice Swiss forum: www.mysticalforum.ch
  9. Found some trance records in the Easy Cash store: v/A - Suck Me Plasma Classix (Little Jam - Black Hill, Kai Tracid - So Simple, O-Zone - Neverland) not on Discogs yet?! Nexus 9 - Harmony http://www.discogs.com/release/315962 Mario Piu a.k.a. DJ Arabesque - Serendipity http://www.discogs.com/release/52132 And I was able to pick up a package at the post office with some minimal/electro stuff: Paul Nazca - Legende http://www.discogs.com/release/950254 Musik gewinnt Freunde - 2 not on Discogs yet Beroshima - Horizon http://www.discogs.com/release/993136 Lexx Aurel - Klang(t)räume EP http://www.discogs.com/release/1107304
  10. Ok, I'll try... Btw. how much would an easy jet flight from Spain to Switzerland be that weekend?!
  11. My list will be rather imcomplete since I'm just writing down the names that come into my mind without checking my CDs and vinyls so be aware. But at least it will be fun.... Terry Grant - I'll Kill You Guy Gerber & Shlomi Aber - After Love Space Cat - Kreak Part 2 Alternative Controle vs. Freaked Frequency - Emoticon Röyksopp - Only This Moment Compiler Suite - Regulate Rank 1 - Conspiracy Afgin - 10000 Shapes one of the Benza tracks from his second album but I'd have to listen to the album to see which one I mean Concord Dawn - Man Of All Season
  12. So I've finally found the time to listen to that mix and I have to say I like it a lot! I'm not a fan of darkpsy or whatever you call some of that stuff but since it's mixed with other full-on stuff it really gets me going. For my personal taste this set is very well balanced with the different kinds of full-on and it never gets boring. Very good work basilisk, will check out Ektoplazm for more stuff over the weekend!
  13. I will see OOOD AND Green Nuns Of The Revolution live at the 17. of November so... GNOTR are totaly awesome live, best show at the Twisted Anniversary party so I can't wait to see them again. I would also like to see Hallucinogen live again, love that sound! Space Cat is really at the top of my list of acts that I haven't seen yet. Somebody mentioned Dimensino 5 and this would for sure also be awesome, also Filteria and all the acts from the Avigmatic label. Can't think about anything else atm.
  14. Got two new CDs from Ebay: v/A - Kamaflage 2 (Dragonfly) v/A - New Generation (Organic) Didn't find the time to listen to the albums yet.
  15. Got this for my birthday last week: Madonna - Confession Tour live CD/DVD and bought this mysel: Sync24 - Source The Madonna CD is awesome imho, still have to watch the DVD, has more songs on it than the CD. Sync is also nice, three songs are great, the rest just ok so far.
  16. For me it's Marillion - Missplaced Childhood, it's an awesome psychedelic pop album from the 80ies. The singer has an amazing voice and the music is just divine. The most famous Marillion track is on that album: Keyleigh. Most likely the only track anybody here might know.
  17. There's quite a lot of stuff I still want, old and new but the next things I buy will most likely be Magial Journey 1 and 2 and the new Younger Brother album.
  18. I also didn't get the AMD album, not my thing since it's a bit too boring for me. But will check out Green Ohms, the description sounds very nice. Today I got: Eat Static - De-Classified http://www.discogs.com/release/1019807 Listening to it, first track sounds very nice and the artwork inside the booklet looks awesome!
  19. Kind of... Maybe I should learn to come to the point a bit faster instead of making those long posts. Anyway, grouphug!!!!!
  20. Well you know, let's continue that: one of the mods set the posts invisible without telling people to stop, they still continue to discuss (this has happened befoer, mind you), and then sooner or later you hand out warnings. You know what would happen? Warned users crying: you can't do that, why didn't you tell me something before you gave me the warnings and so on. Besides that, so many posts have allready been set invisible in the review forums, still people continue their off topic discussions so we have to set new posts invisible... And mind you, this has nothing to do with the intelligence of the people in the forum, more with not caring (imho).
